We've been using L&M for years. It doesn't matter which technician we get, they've always been professional and friendly. Since we have a small dog, one of our biggest concerns was his health. L&M reassured us that their products are pet friendly. On top of that, they notify us the day before a treatment so we can take the dog for a walk instead of letting onto the yard that day. I can't express enough how much L&M cares about their customers.
Wow can't believe how well my lawn has look just after a year already with treatment! My tech is extremely friendly and professional. The manager Lenny really knows his stuff! I called in with a concerned and he answered everything easily to understand! I absolutely would recommend them to any of my friends!
These guys ACTUALLY CARE! I wasn’t hassled to get anything I didn’t want. When they show up they do the job very FAST! I laugh at all my neighbors yards for being infested with weeds and dead grass while mine is clean and green! I have nothing but good things to say about L&M lawn care!
Steve is my technician. He knows I have a company cut my grass so he always calls me ahead of time to make sure I let my grass guy know. He has gone above and beyond multiple times for me. Lenny, the manager, helped me understand what services were right for me and didn’t oversell me on services I didn’t need. My lawn is always weed free and I’m happy to have the service!

Our Technician Doug is phenomenal to work with and is always professional and personable. Love the fact the spray is pet friendly. We are always made aware of when they will service our yard. If they are unable to come out due to inclement weather they make sure to reschedule ASAP. We have seen significant improvement to our yard and have had several neighbors ask what we did. I will always recommend L&M!!
Never experienced a ruder individual. He was blocking the street and REFUSED to move. He told the car in front of us. “You have room.” She tried to tell him she didn’t. He walked away and started spraying. When I approached I honked and asked him to PLEASE move, he ignored me and walked up to the back of the house. A little kindness goes a long way.
I ordered aeration last fall and was told it would be done by end of October. No work done. I ordered and paid for aeration in spring. In April I was told it would be done second week of May. It was finally done on June 1. I questioned the time of year but was told it was best time for them to come. They arrived and did my front yard with hundreds of dirt pellets obvious throughout the yard. In the back yard, only about 10% smaller, I found about a dozen pellets. Whole sections were not touched. No indentations even in about third of yard. Found more weeds than pellets/holes. I called on Thursday 2 days later, and was told I'd have to speak to manager. He was to call Friday. No call and when I called back, he had gone for day. No call Monday. Finally talked to him Tuesday and he basically accused me of lying regarding work not done in back yard. I asked for refund of all other prepaid services and for half of the aeration since it wasn't done in back. He said I'd get refund for future but nothing for undone work If you have a fenced in yard. Do NOT use their service. This was not the first time the back yard was not done or done poorly. Management told me they don't care about threats or bad reviews. Must be used to them.
Great company. Have used them for several years now. Staff is friendly and efficient. My grass is consistently the greenest in the neighborhood. Pricing is fair and paying is easy.

Our technician went above and beyond to take care of our immediate need by removing a large tree branch that fell from our tree; it wasn t in his way but he put it in a safer place for ALL to avoid injury. A very pleasant young man concerned about doing the right thing without any expectation of recognition. APPLAUSE!
I have used this company to take care of the lawn service for 22 years and have been very pleased BUT this year I received my annual invoice and it increased and also included a service that I did not want. I called and spoke with a person who was going to take to the owner and get it straightened out but I never got a call back and I have left a message 3 times. I have no idea what changed but I am very disappointed and will not use or recommend them currently. Doreen Klein Baldwin
Office personnel was less than helpful. They Cancelled my service without notification. I have been a 20 + year customer, never missed paying an invoice. I had a discrepancy on my April 2022 invoice, I called several times and did not receive a return call.
Their service is excellent and customer service above reproach and I have a weed-free, deep green lawn to prove it!!
Manager Lenny is a jerk. Comes out after I called and complained. Sprayed for weeds(that s what he said anyway I was not at home ) brown spots all over my yard. Here it s cinch bugs that eat the grass roots like grubs. You would think he and or the technicians would notice this. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! Oh yes Lenny states weeds are normal to have even after treating. The technicians under him can t stand working for him cause he doesn t treat customers right
Guys did an excellent job on aerating the lawn, close the gates after they finished.

The worst company, some workers are so good and does a good job, they have a guy Len he is awful, got to watch him does not spray your whole yard. I have cameras and watch, when confronted about not spraying everything he got very mean. Given them another try and will see how it goes. Just watch the lawn sprayer.
I have been using L&M since I moved outta state 5 years ago to maintain the lawns at my rental properties. Always a professional job and very reasonable rates!
I have used L and M for years at 2 different homes and they have been amazing! My technician, Brian, is always on time with treatments, very polite, and extremely respectful of my family and property. I have used L and M for treatments as well as yearly aerations and have never had an issue with the services they provide. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for these services.
We use L&M for lawn maintenance and they are reliable, professional and responsive. We haven t had any issues with their service and I d recommend them for the same service (lawn care). We had a bunch of weed and grass issues and the maintenance has worked very well.

Treats peoples headstones at the cemetery like complete garbage. Couldnt count how many times weve cleaned up around our familys stones
Their rate is reasonable. I can guarantee you that Id spend just as much on fertilizer and then still have to put it down myself. My technician John is a nice guy and thorough. They always give me a heads up when they are coming so I can keep my dog off of the grass till it dries. I have had some break through crab grass pop up, and they have come out immediately to remedy with no hassle. There is a reason I keep having them come back.
