Tommy has been great. He is very reliable and shows up every week to cut my grass. He has excellent communication skills and is very responsive to my texts and emails. He is also doing my fall cleanup and I have been very satisfied with that thus far. Not very reliable, lack of communication. My neighbor had to call to see when he was coming, he never called her. When they couldn't get the riding mower up the hill and I asked about a push mower, he said he "didn't like to do that"
