JT Home & Lawn in Pittsburg

Thoroughly disappointed with customer service with this place. I had seen their work many times and when it came time for me to need landscaping services I wanted JT. I filled out their online free quote form, no reply. Emailed, no reply. Called them and was given the run around to a guy who did not pick up his phone or return my call. I left voicemails, and emails but over the course of weeks they have yet to reply. If communication is this terrible when I am wanting to pay them, it terrifies me what communication is like when I am the client. Edit: They did reach out to me to make amends over the situation. I appreciate that, and it shows character to apologize.
