The work was done well, but the communication, scheduling and payment processing could ve been a little bit better. I think I probably was an anomaly, though because I had some scheduling changes of my own.

We needed a bunch of yew bushes removed from the front and side of our house to help protect the foundation, and we were crunched for time. Despite it being in the very middle of the busy season, Joseph over at Impact Landscapes was extremely courteous, responsive, and helpful in getting the bush removal set up and when the day came, they were in and out in no time. They worked cleanly and efficiently, and were very happy with the final outcome. Well definitely be looking to use Impact Landscapes for future yard projects. Update: We relied on Impact Landscapes again, this time for some tree removal, and they did a fantastic job with it. Their crew was friendly and quick, the work was well done, and we couldnt be happier.

I asked for a simple weed pulling and mulching and they were going to charge 2k to start. Outrageous price gouging during tough economic times. Shame on them.

Hired Impact for sod install for my front yard. Joe contacted me within 24-48 hours of submitting a contact form online. 2 other highly rated business in the area failed to even return a call to me. The quote included a 25% off promo I didn t know I was entitled to and the work done far surpassed the price paid. The crew left my property in better condition than the way they found it. I couldn t imagine using anyone else for a future job. Way to go fellas!

Impact landscaping completed a walkway and a fire pit for my home. They did a beautiful job! The foreman on the job was professional and knowledgeable and made sure to check with me every step of the way on my preferences. Before, during and after each step of the project he explained the layout, asked for my specifications/ requests, and made sure that it was completed to my satisfaction. I purposely waited to experience several rainfalls prior to writing this review. My yard was a mini swamp every time it rained. The yard drainage system installed fixed the problem. The work was completed exceptionally well! The workers were very professional, respectful, and neat during the entire process. All of the grass installed after the drainage system looks spectacular. I really cant say enough good things about Impact Landscapes! They solved my drainage problems, and created terraces with beautiful retaining walls on a problematic slope in my backyard, cut a channel drain neatly and efficiently across the top of my driveway to carry away the water from the downspout that previously had run down the driveway and created dangerous icy conditions in the winter, built a lovely stone path from my driveway to the back gate, and installed new fences on both sides of my house. Flavio and his crew worked tirelessly until dark every day, and were friendly and accommodating when I wanted to ask questions and see what was going on. The Impact Landscape team did a phenomenal job with our yard clean up and two landscaping projects we hired them to do. The gravel area for our dog looks way better than the red mulch we originally had there as does the fresh black mulch and new plants in our front and back yards. The team was professional, took their time to get the placement for everything right, asked for our feedback when they had questions about what we wanted, gave suggestions on how to manage water run off from the gutters so that it doesn t destroy the new plants, and really just did high quality work-far better than other companies we ve used in the past. In addition, they did excellent work getting rid of an abundance of trees, old bushes, and weeds-it was a lot of work and they did it well. We had Impact Landscapes come in and replace an unsightly, cracked concrete driveway and front walkway with EP Henry pavers. They did a great job: the crew worked extremely hard every day, and through all of the phases of the project, they were tidy, neat, respectful. The foreman, Macario, was a patient perfectionist and was a true craftsman. I was so impressed with how the crew not only put in a brick driveway and pathway, they also put down sod in the areas which had been disturbed, trimmed and landscaped the front bushes, carefully repaired the back brick pathway, raked up leaves and sticks, and generally left everything outside looking better than before. Now, I had to wait months for them to arrive because some materials are hard to get, some earlier projects took longer than expected, etc., but it was certainly worth the wait. The driveway looks great, as does the pathway, the edging, and the front landscaping. I highly recommend Impact landscaping for this sort of (relatively) major work, and will be using them for any appropriate smaller projects in the future.

Impact Landscapers just completed a project in my front yard From the first contact with Joe to set up a date to decide what we were going to do till the project was completed I was very satisfied and on a scale I would give them a 10 I told Joe what I wanted and he gave some suggestions that definitely enhanced the project He also was so kind when I Sent several emails with little changes . I never had to wait more than a few minutes for his response His work crew was great. They were professional,respectful and worked very hard. Worked 8hour days with a break for lunch. Our grass has never been fuller and or greener since we bought our house. we have been using impact for monthly weed and feed, and in the spring they handle our mulch which they do the best job on. quick and clean and just looks perfect each and every bed. Then in the fall they do top soil and overseeding. we did try a slightly cheaper company before for our yard and we did not have the same results. Joe and his crew go above and beyond. I recently found myself in need of a landscaper to tackle several issues in my yard. A broken fence, a stretch of concrete, and some very uneven terrain. Joe was very quick to respond to my call and we soon had an appointment to discuss the job. I quickly realized that I did not have a set idea of what I wanted the end result to be, I just wanted it fixed. Joe was very patient and after a short discussion, we had a plan of attack... two actually. I decided on a proposal and we soon had a start date. The crew arrived in the morning and got right to work. They were very friendly and hard working, even managing to knock out almost the entire job in one day. At the end of day one, the property was clean, no stray tools or trash to be found. The crew returned for day two and once again hit the ground running. Sod, plants, and mulch were all installed and they were finished. The yard now looks amazing! I was very impressed with Impact Landscapes and I m already planning my next project.

Called. First time super nice. Came out and quote was way more than I wanted to pay and things weren t right at the time told them that. But I call them again because it was the right time and still haven t heard from them after 3 weeks and two phone calls.

Impact showed up a day earlier than planned and finished the extensive job in 2 days. They did not require anything from us, but were more than willing to discuss the work when we asked.

My moms usual landscaper who takes care of the flower beds left us in a bind this year and her yard was very overgrown. We needed to get the yard cleaned up quickly prior to hosting an outdoor event in her back yard (small wedding ceremony). I contacted Impact on Tuesday to see if there was any availability for a crew to do work that week. Joe, the owner was extremely responsive and had an estimate over to us the next day. The pricing was fair and in line with expectations. The crew arrived promptly that same Friday and did a fantastic job with the yard. It felt like a new space and was all ready for our Saturday back yard wedding. Cannot thank this company enough for coming through and making our yard beautiful.

To say Impact Landcaping did a great job is an understatement. They went above and beyond every step of the way. Joe worked with us to make the process of renovating our 2200 square foot yard seamless. The project was hard envision but they knocked it out of the park. Two workers were hear from a 10 hour day going above and beyond the call of duty; removing a large amount of unaccounted for debris no questions asked. Finishing up the following day with and not leaving without making sure I was 100% satisfied. There would be no other company I would for any of my Landcaping/Hardcaping needs. Joe and his crew deserve 6 stars.

Impact Landscapes has completely transformed my backyard! Since I purchased my home in 2016, Joe and his team have spent days removing trees and brush, seeding, grading, and fertilizing my yard, mulching and planting new trees, and even installing a brand new vinyl fence. Its very rare that you can find a company that can do all that and even harder to find one that can do that as well as Impact. They are neat,courteous and professional and Joe is probably the most honest contractor I have ever worked with. I can not wait to have them out again this spring.

Unprofessional, sloppy and slow. Edit: I ll respond to the owner s response. Joe took all of 15 minutes to come up with an estimate for the project. The issues had nothing to do with electrical or plumbing issues; those were addressed as they came up. The issues were with the lack of planning on how to install two sets of stairs for the patio without them being unsafe. When Impact s installation crew was unable to come up with a solution, Impact was only willing to complete the project with a sizeable change order. The two sets of doors were obviously visible at the time of estimating the project and were handled by another installer with no issue, at close to the same price quoted by Impact s initial estimate. To say that our unhappiness stemmed from unforeseen issues is disingenuous.

I have used Impact Landscaping LLC for the past six years and I m very pleased with the service they provide. Along with professionally maintaining my lawn they have removed a pond a shed and trees from my backyard. Their service is quick, affordable and professional and I would recommend Impact Landscaping LLC to anyone looking for landscaping service.

I had a huge dirt area in my backyard where I used to have a pool. It was quite an eyesore and I wanted to have sod installed in that area. I decided to research landscaping companies in order to pick the best one for this job. While driving in Washington Twp. I noticed Impact Landscaping working on a residents property. What caught my attention was the way the Impact employees worked on this property. It was raining and they continued working. Also, their tools were all lined up against a wall in an orderly fashion. To me that showed attention to detail. I spoke to one of the workers and told him how impressed I was. I told him I was interested in having sod installed in my yard and he gave me a business card. I called Impact Landscaping that same day. A couple days later Joseph Campellone II, the president of the company, came to my residence and we discussed other options to my backyard. I decided on the sod and work began within a week. Three workers came to my residence and began installing the sod. Once again I noticed their attention to detail and I felt secure in knowing they were going to perform a miracle to my eyesore. When they completed their job i was extremely pleased with the outcome. They cleaned up the area so well after they were done that you couldnt tell work was done on my yard. There is no question in my mind that I will definitely use Impact Landscapers again for any landscaping projects in the future.

These guys are awesome! I emailed, I got an immediate response. The owner came to my home and I told him I wanted all these flowers etc etc., but then he talked to me and realized that my lawn care habits (or lack there of) would not do well with flowers. So he drew something else up that would survive even with my neglect! He really could have sold me on anything, but didnt, he told me what would fit me and my time commitment for watering and care. I then ordered the fall decoration package...awesome!!! They did everything perfectly, they really wanted to make sure I was happy with their design and set up. That meant a lot, they didnt just drop some mums in the ground and run, the really took their time and made me feel like my tiny front yard was their only project that day. Thank you!

Impact Landscapes are excellent in my book. I work for a self storage company and I have known Joe for a number of years. After finally convincing my owners that we need Impact to handle our Fall Leaf Clean-Up on our properties, I am happy to report that the crew worked the entire day and our properties are looking super clean!! Impact can do it all! Years ago, Impact helped in getting the best rate for a small blacktop patch job that my location needed! Impact even cuts down trees! They do it all!
