Staff parks illegally and refused to move 15 feet to park legally. No respect for the community. Zero stars if I could, would never hire them for a job if this is how they treat people. Edit based on owner response: Had your staff explained that to me I might have been more understanding. I did not see any hoses that he was using. I am glad I am being painted as enraged, when that was not the case. I simply reported the issue to the proper people after letting him know he could not park there. It certainly did impede traffic as I saw someone struggle to squeeze by. Will make sure I continue to report these to the proper authorities when you are parked illegally and cause traffic issues, which I did witness. Best of luck to your business.
My landlord uses Executive Turf Management on her lawn, which I maintain. Our technician, Tim, is always very nice, friendly, and professional. The service works great!
I've used Executive Turf for years now and I'm so impressed with their service. Any issues I had with my grass were always remedied even when I had a challenging mosaic virus problem. They keep their prices very competitive and they stay on schedule. I highly recommend them.
I am a native Floridian and my entire life I have had to mow my dirt and weeds, but never had a turf lawn. I bought my house in St Pete five years ago and decided I wanted a lawn. I have used Executive Turf from the beginning and I have nicest lawn for blocks! They are awesome at what they do and I appreciate they are always there when they say they will be, extremely cost effective, and even leave me a note after each service on anything they see I can to improve my lawn over all.
I had brand new sod put in 1.5 years ago and started service with ETM at that time. Over the past 6 months my lawn has been dying at a rapid pace. I had another company come tell me I had bugs, which ETM denied. ETM has been blaming my irrigation system and mowing, which are two factors that have not changed throughout the entirety of the situation. Additionally, this has all happened during the rainiest months in Florida, a time when the grass should be thriving not dying. Below are photos of before and after ETM. Do yourself a favor and save your time, money and the headache of having to replace virtually your entire yard with new sod once again. To be clear I have 7 working irrigation heads and did not blame ETM for the lack of growth where the heads didn't reach. The photos are from the center of my yard where at least 2-3 heads reach in every area. The irrigation system and mowing schedule have been the same since March 2021. The grass survived just fine for an entire year with those static variables.
Finally a reply.....after i spent years putting 46-0-0 in tanks and applying 15-9-12 to shrubs you are the liar. You were warned about the complaints to the department by an employee and hid your wrong doing... As a former employee I know these guys BREAK THE LAW using nitrogen during the ban as well as use phosphorus on the shrubs without soil samples. Have had the owner say he would lie to customers about bugs in areas with other damages. Can't get Brandon to visit any properties or call a customer back. Wouldn't recommend these guys as the owner doesn't care anymore.
I've used their service for a few months since getting brand new sod. In March Tim came out. I asked to put bug killer down. He said I don't have bugs. I said I'd like to keep it that way. He said he'd get it next time. 2 months later Shannon came out, walked into the backyard and announced I have bugs. Shocker. They've also been on a schedule where they come the day after the landscaper mow. With the grass and the weeds freshly mowed to the same height, they're missing weeds every time. My brand new yard actually looks pretty terrible. I tried to change the service date today to a day before the landscapers mow. The owner called me back and I explained this all to him. Instead of offering any kind of solution he immediately said he thinks it's time for us to part ways. That's one of the least professional suggestions I've heard in a very, very long time. Moving on......
I have been using this service for several years. My lawn has never looked better. Even their very first treatment showed an improvement. They call before they come because they know I now have a dog! I am grateful for their extra effort to ensure my dog isn't affected and that he is not out in the yard when they treat it. My yard man, Mike Cronkite, recommended them and I have been happy with them. Best $ I've ever spent on my lawn!. Thank you Exec. Turf Management.

Ive used ETM at multiple properties over the years. Theyve always offered professional service/ showed up... I recently decided to shop their pricing and found that theyre DEFINITELY on the more expensive side

Even though we have mixed grass, and even though its been beat up by heavy equipment the past few years (bush removal, diseased oak tree removal), Tim has done a great job keeping the lawn looking good. Well done.
From my experience this company has it together, they do outstanding work and it shows on every property. Definitely a five-star establishment and I would recommend them to anyone who wants great looking landscaping and the greenest grass!
Can t get through to them on the phone and when you do they are extremely rude. Terrible customer service. Treatment itself is just fair, constantly getting some new and inexperience and can t answer any questions. Finally decided to cancel , they were rude to my neighbor too so we are both cancelling now.

I have been using ETM for a couple years now and their service is great. Their lawn tech, Mike Preble, is excellent with details, explaining what type of service is needed, and tries different solutions until my lawn is healthy and looks good. He cares about his job and it shows. As long as he services our lawn, Ill be a faithful customer.
We have noticed a huge difference in the quality of our lawn since we have been using ETM. They have identified and treated for bugs on various trees, and always seem to catch things before they become a problem. Last week, I had a concern about some things I noticed in our landscaping. Casey made a special trip to our house to address our issues and was very helpful and informative.
Casey is the best. He kept our lawn weed and bug free and always knew how to set our water system for optimal green. I highly recommend this company - a pleasure to work with.

What a great company. I live in the Old North East area of St.Pete and with their help my lawn looks awesome. The biggest difference to me with ETM and others that compete with them is two fold.... 1) Their Techs (and I have had just about four different Techs come out) really know their stuff. I know this may sound kinda weird, but these guys are REALLY into it! They have given me great advice on a number of occasions that has bared fruit. 2) Their Tech actually CARE. How do I know? because when they return for the next visit, they ask about any issues I had from their last visit....and they walk with me to address any new issues. I have been thru a few of these companies in the past....ETM is one I plan on staying with. Great service, great attitudes.....it does make a difference.
Brandon has been sincere and communicative, taking his own time to help us troubleshoot irrigation issues that werent related to the services he provides. Good experience.
We have been using ETM for over a year now and are so happy with the service! They are consistent, professional, and all around great people! They know we have pups at home and even though they call the day before as a friendly reminder, they still knock upon arrival to make sure the pups are not outside before entering thru the back gate. This is our first experience with a true Florida lawn (St Augustine turf) and we got brand new sod that needed regular treatment. ETM helped troubleshoot problems early on, which turned out to be watering too frequently for too short of time. They recommended we move to twice a week for 45 min and that helped bring it back over the next few weeks. They are reliable and knowledgable and took the time to educate us as lawncare newbies.

I m extremely happy with this company and the services they provide. I installed thousands of dollars of zoysia grass almost 2 year ago and hired a company who provides a true green guarantee only to be left with a true weed and we will install plugs guarantee. ETM has been maintaining a property around the corner with zoysia and I was so jealous how perfect and green it looked I finally made the call and it s already looking like something I m not embarrassed to let friends see when they come over. Thank you thank you for doing what you said you would do!!! Ps... my dog loved pulling up the plugs and shredding them

I am impressed with this company being so efficient, but totally professional and actually showed up. The customer service is my primary complaint. The lady answering the phone is rude, just plain rude. I called 6 weeks ago asking about brown patches. My yard has never looked as poorly as it does now, and I have used Ben for over 5 years. When they serviced my yard in the month of May (after my phone call alerting to the brown patches), they wrote on the invoice that they found nothing - no fungus, no insect, etc. and recommended that I water more frequently. Now, the brown patch has become larger (4 weeks later) and it appears to have spread. The rest of the lawn looks diseased as well. So I called again, and was asked a million questions like where the sprinkler heads were located! I told the lady this is not my area of expertise, so I cannot diagnose the issue. She then proceeded to tell me that the technicians were backed up at least four days behind. They finally arrived [today], left a note on my door indicating that I have sod webworms. I never complain but the customer service person that answers the phone should be fired. I am a CPA work in the public industry and would not have a career if I spoke to my clients in such a discourteous manner with apparent lack of concern. Looking for other vendors currently. Sorry, Ben. First impression die hard. If this person is your wife, I understand. Otherwise, let HER go immediately.

ETM does an amazing job on two of my homes for several years now. If there is ever an issue or problem that comes up they are on it and out there usually same day to take a look and get it fixed. Give them a try and Im sure you will not be disappointed
I have used this company 6 or 7 years now. Not one price increase. They come out regularly and phone beforehand as I have dogs. I use them for grub control as well. They get someone out to the house whenever I have an issue normally within a few day. I have had multiple neighbors get info to switch their companies as my lawn always looks great.
Terrible experience. They did not manage our chinch bugs and charged way too much money. When we spoke to the owner he was the most unprofessional business owner we had ever spoken to. We had another company come out and they found live bugs. When we told the owner he told us we didnt know what we we talking about. He refused to give us any of our money back.
Tired of grass turning brown and having to ask for additional service. Its not my job to tell the service provider that the service is not working. Several discussions over many months as a paying customer to the lady in the office have fallen on deaf ears. Her demeanor is unprofessional and comes across like Im asking her to go out of her way to send someone out to address (again) the problem. Lawn service is designed to PREVENT lawn problems, not wait till the treatment does not work, then come out (eventually) and try again. I would estimate that at LEAST 40% of the time my grass has been brown or dead in many and / or large spots, however, I PAY 100% of the time. Changing companies.
