They do a great job at our mobile home park for the price.

Terrible lawn service, cut in the rain and make terrible digits in the grass, they don’t trim on the sides of the house, poor clean -up when done!! Remember you get what you pay for people!!!!!

Our AC coil was damaged by them. Our AC went out right after they came. The damage was a straight line across the coil. I provided pictures. The owner came out, looked at it and denied any responsibility. None of their workers speak any english. We have to pay $1900.00 for just labor, freeon. The coil is under warranty because our unit is only 3 yrs old. I am meeting with our manager at Shoreline Palms tomorrow and then an attorney.

No one speaks english so they just ignore you and walk off. Very unprofessional! When I ask for a manager noone ever shows up.

They do a great job! Friendly and cooperative they take care of any issues that come up.

I live in a community where our lawn service is included, if it wasn't I wouldn't be using them. Multiple plants cut down, day laborers dented and scratched my car, not happy at all!

Some of the crew works great but then you get the 1 that cuts down plants behind a 10inch high fence. Owner was pleasant when I talked to him about the issue, for that I gave 3 stars instead of 1
