If their work is anything like the driving... There dangerous truck and trailer fill of debris riding the left lane on 275 at 545 p m...On the interstate, in the left lane going 10 mph under the speed li.it then getting mad and brake checking the line of car behind him..(the lane was completely open in front of him) but he was slamming on those brakes . If you drive like this this in a company truck I can only imagine what type of quality work you would get

I have used LandCrafters for a few years at our Business. We have always had good service . I like that the designer evaluates and suggests updates routinely. I can count on quality products and ongoing care.

Landcrafters sold me on expensive services that we never received. Instead the lawn teams left ruts in the yard and broke several sprinklers on multiple occasions. The hefty price, we were told, was primarily for the gardening services we required. Instead what we got was multiple people coming on property and either over trimming one area or standing around smoking or sitting in their truck passing the time instead of working on the overall trimming the property needed. Not to mention I went over with the team on several occasions what needed to be done, yet it never was. I contacted them to cancel and ask that they continue to mow but cancel the gardening services. They then said someone would be in contact to get a lessons learned conversation going so they can remediate things on their end going forward. That never happened. Service was never worth the large price. Do Not recommend

Poor job. I don t even know what they did. They wasted a lot of time getting me set up on there schedule. Over three weeks and I was still waiting for the design they were going to do for me. No estimate. I went from an estimate of $600.00 a month to $850.00 for maintenance. Just stay clear of this company.

Landcrafters has been on board with our community for almost 6mos, and I fully expect to writing another recommendation here again in the future. They are committed to our Neiborhood in all that they do, from the on-site team, team lead and account manager, to the back-office support. Called Landcrafters Florida and filled out a form on their website, then got a call that they would be out on the 27th of Jan. Called them on Feb 6th to see how the quote was coming, and I got an email from Brent... I am backed up with landscape proposals. The date I met you was the 27th January. I will not be able to send a landscape proposal until week. Please let me know if this is ok. I apologize for the delay. It is now March the 6th and I have not heard anything back from them or Brent. I had a budget of $5 - 6 thousand, but I guess that was not enough money for them to care. I am disappointed in their service. I will have to choose someone else. I had high hopes for this company.

We are a community of 32 homes in Safety Harbor and in 2021 we started our landscaping services with Landcrafters after losing our landscaping company of 17 years during the pandemic. We couldnt be happier we chose Landcrafters, the overall service is excellent. All the way from the Mowing, Detail and Irrigation team where everyone is very accommodating and friendly to the Management team where everyone is very responsive and professional. Landcrafters did a very good job describing their services which could meet our landscaping requirements, their crew was efficient and professional, and their work, both in terms of design and maintenance, is top notch. One suggestion to improve their customer experience is to internally decide on an accurate date for services and communicate this to customers. Frankly I had no foggy idea when they were to show up, which because of a bucket truck to prune palm trees, required a notice to employees to vacate parking lot spaces and coordination with other property contractors. I provided this feedback to them, and they seemed appreciative and responsive.

After having a very frustrating experience with another lawn care business for 4 1/2 years, it was time for a change. My search ended after I met Mike Tomaino, president of Landcrafters Florida at my home. He was professional, courteous and offered creative ideas to improve my yard. We found Landcrafters to be an excellent, professional company to work with. Brent did a complete design of our front, sides, and backyard. Brent gave us the exact tropical landscape we were looking for. Our backyard was a very small space space to work with, but he made the area look like a tropical oasis. The landscape crew, Matt, Derek, Tim, and Eduardo, worked wonderfully together and did a great job. They listened to every concern we had and offered their own suggestions to make our yard look even better. Ian and Tom performed all of our irrigation work and they were equally as pleasant and hard-working. It was wonderful to work with such a competent team. As the Chief Engineer at the Courtyard Marriott in Madeira Beach, Fla., one of my responsibilities is to make sure our property is always looking its best. We have been using Landcrafters in Largo for a couple of years and they have always done a very good job and were usually responsive to our needs. However, since Kaylee has been our liason/ superviser with Landcrafters, the service that she herself has provided us has been outstanding and her communication with her crew to address our needs has also been first rate. When we had some issues recently with our beds in front of the hotel, Kaylee spent a number of hours here planting, replanting, and adding sprinklers. Our beds are now looking fantastic. I have used Landcrafters of Florida for many years. They do excellent work and show up on time. The owner Michael and his staff really care about their customers. Last week during the heat wave my sprinkler system broke down. I called Michael and he sent a wonderful gentleman to fix it immediately. We hired this company specifically because they agreed to not use round-up or weedkiller. We pull our own weeds. This never happened. Kaylie, the account manager would not return calls and ignored our repeated requests. The owner condoned her behavior, so we are moving on to another company.

My wife and I are picky, maybe even a bit obsessive about who we let work on our home. Yet Landcrafters passed the sniff test and delivered above our expectations. A previous company had screwed up our landscaping (major expense down the drain), but for a better price and a MUCH better job Landcrafters came in and made our landscaping nightmare a dream come true. They even offer gardening services - WHAAAAT!? Were in heaven and cant wait for them to show up each week to KEEP our yard as beautiful as we imagined it could be! -David, a guy who does not usually leave reviews for companies like this, but they earned it!

We have a monthly contract with them to maintain two moderately sized gardens fronting our house. Excellent employees who always do a good job. They check in with us to see if we need anything special. And in an environmental move plant trees in their clients name.

It s been extremely difficult to find good contractors to help me complete various restoration jobs on my 100-year-old St. Petersburg home. But, I sure got lucky when I found Landcrafters Landscaping to overhaul my front yard and build curb appeal. They fit the build of what it means to be a good contractor: on-time, good communications, excellent work ethic and attention to every detail! My landscape design manager is named Brent. He s both knowledgeable of Florida flora and a master at putting together a beautiful design and does it all with an awesome personality and attention to detail. Dave installed our irrigation and was terrific and obviously takes pride in his job. Matt headed up an amazing crew of guys who worked super hard at laying in new sod and masterfully shaping it all around my walkways. Did fine at first with no complaints but as time went on they became complacent and careless and although they apologized they did nothing to correct their negligence Just an Im sorry email.

Well, they wouldnt even bother to come out & look at the yard. We explained that our yard is Not the typical grass & a couple of trees... Its a jungle & they would truly need to see it to make an estimate. They sent us an email with their regular prices on it (also charging for driving to & from?). No call to see if we got the email or to discuss variances or anything. So, dont think were interested in a company that puts their potential customers off like that.

I had some lofty ambitions for what I wanted to achieve in a FULL LANDSCAPE DESIGN ... and Brent delivered in spades. Next I worked with Michael (whom I assume is the owner) to keep Brents vision intact while finding some areas to cost-cut and meet my budget. Feeling as through all my concerns had been addressed, I pulled the trigger with a full revamp of our front and back yards, which span a little more than half an acre total. In all, we removed 95% of our existing landscape (a substantial task in itself) then added 300+ new plants/flowers/trees/shrubs. Matts crew worked tirelessly during the demo/install always communicating with me and answering any questions. This was not a cheap undertaking, but the results are impressive even at this early phase in the new landscapes growth cycle. Cant wait to see its true presence take shape over the next couple years. Would highly recommend this company. Its been extremely hard during this pandemic to get landscapers for estimates and get on their schedule. Landcrafters were referred by a friend. They showed up on time for an estimate and once we agreed on a plan were quick to put the plan in motion. They reacted on the fly to unexpected hurdles and never slowed down. Brent did a fantastic job in capturing exactly what we wanted in his landscape design plan. We will definitely be using them in the future!

Without any request or prompting, my regular crew from Landcrafters went above and beyond to remove a ton of leaves from my back yard and panting beds this week. This is only one example of their professional approach to property maintenance. Landcrafters is not the cheapest company around, but you get what you pay for! Doug and The Landcrafters team did a fantastic job in transforming our front yard! It has never looked more beautiful! We requested a total overhaul of our yard, which included tearing out all the existing plants and lawn and replacing with a fresh, clean landscape. Doug was easy to work with and came prepared on the first consultation with a vision for the design of the yard. He helped us pick out the rock for the flower beds and the yard. When it came time for installation, the team worked their tails off to remove the existing landscaping and then to install the new plants and rock. Doug and his team were hard-working, professional and honest, and they went the extra mile for us. We felt confident throughout the entire process and were satisfied with the results! At the beginning 2 years ago they where exceptional. After that my service went downhill. Every other week had to email and provide pictures of the lack of service. I finally couldnt take it no more and had to cancel my service. I not think that a with with perfect activity, always paid bills on time for would have to be stressed due to lack of service. Weeding, leaf clean up and trimming was always a miss and go. I did love there service at begging. In my opinion every week there are new employees and they have no clue what to do.

Michael and Mark from Landcrafters FL have been our gardeners for almost 2 years now. Im glad I listened to them about planting my plants 2 weeks ago. If I wouldve went with the other companies that were trying to plant the plants the second week of January I wouldve had a whole garden area full of freeze burnt plants. Will definitely use Landcrafters when the weather warms up.

Professional Time Wasters - I called Friday March 9th for an on-site estimate for full-service landscaping and lawn care. The first availability offered was a week later Friday 16 March @ 1 pm with Doug Wilson who does not show up. As no one showed up, by 1:45 pm I called to inquire whether the appt is still valid. The representative advised she would look into this and call me right back to let me know... No one ever followed up. I would call these folks Energy Vampires.

Doug and his staff are extremely professional and very knowledgeable. We plan to hire Landcrafters to maintain our yard, and to do additional work with our side and backyard in the future. Landcrafters did a great job removing the tired plants and hedges in our garden and giving us a fresh, updated look! Their team was very friendly, accommodating and left our property neat and clean. We look forward to working with them on a continual basis.

Excellent work very clean. Pump was replaced within two days. However I did expect a Free estimate ($60 applied to bill) they were the least expensive.

I cant comment on their landscaping services because I gave up after two failed attempts to obtain an estimate. The first person I met with abruptly left the company. I found this out when the president emailed me to apologize and schedule another appointment. I understand these things can happen, so I gave them a second chance. Unfortunately this time the person was a no call/no show. When I contacted the president he was again appologetic, but I decided it would be best to look elsewhere at this point. I really wish this could have worked out.

The experience was always good and if I did have any issues they were always settled with management. Thank you for the great service!
