We had an absolute pleasure working with Victoria and her team at Nature's Dream. We had a significant landscape project that required a great deal of thought and creativity. Victoria designed the entire concept drawing from our preferences/priorities and we could not be happier with the outcome. She is extremely knowledgeable, passionate and a true artist! After our visual design was complete, her team quickly prepared the grounds and installed the selected plants over a weeks time. Victoria and Thomas supervised installation and made sure everything was perfect and to plan. All her employees were professional and hard working as well. We will definitely use their team for our next project!
Our family has lived in our current home in Coral Gables for several years now. We underwent an expansive backyard renovation in 2014 to include extending our pool to include a tanning ledge, a built-in hot tub, a new patio deck and a masonry wall for privacy around the corner perimeter. We also had a dedicated grassy area for the kids to play but our yard still did not feel like it had that Wow factor. The grassy area has always suffered due to the shade from the trees and had significantly deteriorated in the last six months due in part to the addition of two new puppies who loved to dig up the area and leave muddy paw prints all over our pool deck. Needless to say, we were desperate for a solution. We reached out to neighbors and friends for recommendations and Nature's Dream Landscape came highly recommended. Victoria and her husband, Ray, met with us promptly and went over our concerns. Within a week, Victoria provided a well-thought-out plan for our property presented on an idea board with specific plant and shrub suggestions (including labeled pictures of each) and also suggested synthetic turf to replace the dying grass. It was something my husband and I had contemplated but were not sure about due to our limited exposure to this material. After gathering a couple of additional bids for the project, we realized how uninspired the other two plans were and more costly than everything Nature's Dream Landscape would be including for us. Victoria was so happy when I reached back out to her not only because she was glad to get our business but also because she truly wanted to make her beautiful vision a reality. Once we had worked out the details of what the project would include, Victoria was in constant communication with me. Since my knowledge of plants is limited, she drove me around the neighborhood to show me the actual plants she was suggesting to see what I liked and didn't like. She also provided samples of various plants and sent pictures. It was important to lock down the selections because her crew arrived on a Monday ready to go and the entire project was completed by Friday. We had decided to go with the synthetic turf to replace the grassy area in the side yard and it has been the perfect solution for the kids to play on and for the puppies to enjoy. The landscaping around the perimeter has brought the yard to life and the landscape lighting that highlights the pygmy palms in the evenings has our yard feeling like a tropical oasis. She even created a beautiful path with pavers and stones to create the proper flow from the courtyard to the side yard. Many many thanks to Victoria and Ray!
We have used Nature's Dream on three different occassions over the past few years and they have never disappointed. They have a great eye for design and our garden near South Miami has become a beautiful place to relax and take in the beauty of the tropics right in our backyard. Natures Dream did an excellent job within my budget. I want to re-landscape most of my yard. They sent a designer out to my house and we walked thru the yard and discussed all the options. Greicyn, my designer, came back with a drawing/plan and showed me options for different plants, trees,flowers, mulch etc. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. They came the scheduled day and the work diligently until they completed the job. I was very happy and will use them in the future.
I hired Natures dream to cleanup two really big palm trees. Lionel and Nestor did a great job! Very professional and diligent. They explained everything before starting the job, they cleaned, picked up & removed debris. Brittney was very diligent as well, she came over to see what needed to be done, and sent me a quote in less than 24hrs. Thank you Natures dream team !

I would highly recommend Victoria and her team at Natures Dream Landscaping for anyone needing some assistance with a landscape project. Victoria and Greicyn did a fantastic job coming up with a comprehensive landscape design for my entire front and side yard (I live on a corner). Although I had my own ideas about the design, I wanted to hire a reliable company that was capable of putting together a professional design (including irrigation placement) with vast knowledge about various types of trees, shrubs, etc. and how these plants will grow over time in my yard given varying amounts of sun/shade. Victoria and Greicyn nailed it and they completely transformed my yard. Not only was I super happy with the final design and their level of engagement, since the project has been completed, I have been getting compliments every single day from neighbors who also love my new landscape! In terms of the installation itself, Victoria and her son Thomas form a great team supervising and directing the workers. I really appreciate how engaged they were during the entire project -- answering any questions and responding to my concerns -- both in person and by text. The size of the project required over a week to complete and the team worked incredibly hard and diligently every single day starting early in the morning. Their workers are nice, friendly, and easy to talk to in case you want them to do something different or correct something to your liking and this is something also worth noting. Once Im ready to tackle the backyard landscape, Victoria will be my go-to for this project.

This company should be called Natures Nightmare. I am a Pinecrest resident and was hoping I could count on a neighborhood business to do a good job for a fairly simple landscaping project. What a mistake. I ended up wasting $1,300 and days of my time, and suffered a 5 week delay on the timeline of my project. I will keep this brief, but Natures Dream failed to provide what was promised in their own contract. Only after I fired them did they then provide the information (a week after acknowledging our business relationship had ended), and then they had the gall to bill me for it...they couldnt provide a simple cost estimate 5 weeks after I initially signed up with them, when I was promised full plans within 1-2 weeks of our initial meeting. All this time, meanwhile, they tried to up-sell me on tree service at 2-3x the cost of similar companies in the area, and to expand the scope of my project way beyond what was intended. These were obvious red flags, yet despite these issues I persisted and continued to give them a chance for 5 weeks, waiting for a contractually promised cost estimate that never arrived until the week AFTER I fired them. I will put my name and reputation, as well as my experience with the dozens of contractors I have had work at my house on far larger projects over the past several years with ZERO issues or disputes (see my other 5-star reviews of various contractors), against this highly unethical company. Natures Dream should be completely ashamed of their business practices. Way to go, Natures Dream...you may have stolen $1,300 from me, but you lost tens of thousands of dollars of future business from a neighbor in the process.

They quoted me 12 thousand dollars.. thats right..12k..to plant 25 five ft clusias. I got 2 other quotes for 2 thousand dollars. Total scam.
The professionalism and care that Leonel and his crew demonstrated ALL three years that they have trimmed my trees has been such a great experience. They offered me their professional opinion while at the same time listening to what I wanted as a final result. They never seemed bothered when I asked questions. This year I again had the pleasure of them coming to do their annual trim. When they first came it was raining and the ground was soaked. I expressed my concern of bringing in the truck. They listened and without hesitation rescheduled my appointment and brought the lightweight Spider machine and took great care while riding it in my yard by placing matting each place they drove on. My grass showed no wear and tear thanks to the care they took. I looked forward to Leonel and his crew coming next year to do an excellent job!

I have used Natures Dream on 3 different occasions for the removal of trees and cleaning of the backyard in preparation of a new pool build as well as the design, planning and installation of the front yard and completion of the pool area. They are an amazing team of professionals beginning with Victoria and Ray who coordinate and manage the work to perfection. My assigned designer Dani not only put together a beautiful landscape plan but is so knowledgeable on different plants and was able to incorporate the plants I already had with new plants that complimented each other. Their son Tomas project managed 2 of my installations and their team of workers are hardworking and efficient and very patient with all my requests. I cant recommend them enough and will continue to use them for any future projects.

We needed our Mango tree to be trim, called them on Wednesday at noon Thomas came at 2:30 pm provided an estimate and follow-up with an email. Late Wednesday spoke to Ray, Owner, and he set the service for Thursday at 2:30 pm. They were on-time work through the rain and did a fantastic job. Ray and his team have done work for us and other family members on several occasions. They are vey professional with their work and offer fair prices. I would like to recommend natures dream landscape company. I was interested in design and install of landscaping in my front yard. Denise Morales was in charge off the design plans and gave me several options. She works with Victoria Trucco. They provided me with four different options that gave me a lot of ideas. Also I was provided with a plant and palm list and prices for installation which gave me a basic idea what my project would cost. I felt natures dream gave a great value to a homeowner even with a small project. They are very professional and prompt and I believe they are very competitive in their pricing. Recently had my yard landscaped by Nature s dream. Victoria and Ray are an incredibly talented team. Victoria took the time to do a thorough assessment of my landscape wants and desires, likes and dislikes. She inquired about colors, flowers, birds and butterflies and she truly created my dream landscape. Her crew was professional and finished the job according to their timeline. I even received detailed instructions to help maintain the plants and trees as they settled in to their new environment. Victoria and Ray did an amazing job from beginning to end. First Victoria was extremely careful and diligent about creating the perfect plan for our front and back yard. She at least visited us 3 times before she showed us her master piece :) Not only did they stick to the plan, they also have all the right connections to complete the job and they are always on top of things. Even when we had several setbacks in the process, Victoria was patient and helped us fix everything. At the end of the renovation, we couldnt be happier with the results.
