I had an irrigation system that wouldnt shut off and Lance was able to provide clear and concise instructions on how to shut the valve off so the water would stop. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for sprinkler or irrigation services.

Don t waste your money with this! It says you get a free estimate but they still charge you $85 to come out. We will not be going with the services and I believe you guys should change the website because it doesn t tell you about the fee until underneath where you book. I feel this is very shady.

I have used IRS twice for problems with my irrigation system. Both times the problems were diagnosed quickly, the cost of the repair was provided and the service was completed professionally. When the work was complete the estimate provided at the start of the repair was the final cost. There was no surprise increases and there was no up-sell. I highly recommend this company for irrigation repair and service.

I had a 10am to noon appointment window and I found out at 9:30 that I had a plumbing problem, not a sprinkler problem. I tried to call IRS right away twice to cancel but there was only an answering machine. The guy showed up early at 9:45am and I told them the story and they said I still had to pay a service fee of $85 even after I told them the story. I would not trust them at all! They didn t do anything and if I could rate a zero I would.

Great experience! Called Irrigation Repair Services and explained that I needed someone to check my drip irrigation system for leaks since some of the connections were not dripping/had really low flow. I was able to get a quick appointment with a repair technician. I was told that Installation (for replacing the full system) was on demand ~2months booked up. Repair Technician Omar stopped by on time and he was outstanding. He was very friendly and gave a detailed 101 on our drip irrigation system around the house and was very useful for a new homeowner. He quickly identified the issues (blocked drip outlets, faulty controller connection, and bad valve in the valve box). Fixed the issues within a couple hours and tested the system and even told me what to look for in the future to early identify issues. Definitely recommend using this company!

My front yard was carrying stagnant water and I thought I had a leak. I scheduled an appointment at 6 45 am and Omar showed up at exactly that time. Checked it for 10 mins for leaks and reported the actual cause, which was my messed up schedule in the timer. It feels good to be able to trust a business to be honest and not try to swindle me out of my money by reporting fake issues. I requested Omar to replace my old timer with a new smart timer I ordered and he did that without a hitch within 25 mins. He stayed and helped me figure out how to program it. I had an issue with a leak which I thought was caused by a busted water line going into my trees but actually was a leak in my solenoid caused by the roots in my trees. They did not have an opening for three weeks, but I was counting on the good online reviews. Lance is very firm about schedule, prices and non refundable deposit. He explained he had been burned by late or non cancellations and could not afford to waste several hours of his tech s time in that way, so I understood the terms. Dave showed up on time, confirmed the problem, and replaced my four valves. He repaired the lawn that had been disturbed, and thoroughly cleaned up the area. He was extremely pleasant to work with. It s been about 10 days and the sprinklers are working great. I initially chose IRS because of their great reviews, and I add mine to them. I highly recommend Irrigation Repair Services for your sprinkler system needs.

Lance installed our drip system last year & it was a fantastic experience. Yesterday I thought that we had a leak, so I called him for help. He was very responsive & helpful. David our repairman, had to gut out the old pipes and valves, and replace them with the new ones. His beautiful work spoke loud and clear, the difference between the old, shoddy work and his new work. He had to also replace the old box, which was hacked to fit the old pipes. He also replaced the sod and dirt back as best as anyone could. Thanks David!

I would 100% recommend this company for any sprinkler repair need. David was extremely professional, even checked for, and found other leaks than what I called for, and fixed it! He even re buried the holes that my dog probably dug exposing the pipe. Great service!

I.R.S - showed up early, VERY PROFESSIONAL, crew installing were great, attention to detail and property outstanding! I would highly recommend for all your irrigation.. Final walk thru showed a couple drippers short of quote, Lance offered a credit for the difference, really? Not common in todays world - call I.R.S U will be happy!

Lance with Irrigation Repair Services did our sprinklers in the front and back yard almost 15 months ago. We are still so pleased with his work. Our yard looks better than ever! His prices were better than the other quotes we received too! He was very professional through the whole process. Due to rain Lance had to adjust the days we originally scheduled. Great company!!! I am a licensed plumber. With Irrigation being outside my license. I needed some extra help. I also needed a good quality licensed irrigation company. Omar came right out and helped me. He is an upstanding guy and really knows his stuff. Plus was supper friendly. David did a great job with replacing my old leaky sprinkler valves. He took his time and did a high quality job. Both Lance and David answered all of my questions. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I had a minor issue with my sprinkler valve but needed to get it fixed before I flooded the neighborhood. I called IPS yesterday afternoon and spoke to Lance. I explained the situation. He asked me to send him a picture of the valve so he could determine if it was something he could just replace the parts. He called and texted me right back and said he could possibly squeeze me in this morning between 10 and noon. He called this morning to say he would be here in 30 minutes and arrived prior to 9:00. He replaced the worn out part, adjusted all my sprinkler heads, gave me advice on what type of sprinkler heads I should get in future. All was done by 9:30 at the latest. Lance was awesome. Very professional, knowledgeable, informative, and dependable.

Lance and his team not only did an amazing job on our sprinkler and drip line installation, but his customer service is top notch!
