Snappy Lawn Services in Phoenix

So intrusive. They don’t even knock to communicate that they are about to work on your yard. I have a small 10 pound maltipoo who was in the backyard this morning. No one knocked on the door to let me know that they were going to start working on the back. All I heard was the blower and immediately I knew that they were in the backyard. One guy specifically wearing a vest and a gray sweatshirt with a hat on was being so inconsiderate with his tools. He didn’t even care that my dog was so scared running away and trying to hide. The other guys were really nice and they kept their distance. They could tell that my dog was scared. I banged on the inside glass because he was unable to hear me. I let him know that my dog needed to come inside, and he was scared. He never apologized. Yes, they get the work done fast but there’s no consideration or communication with the client. Specially when there are pets involved. A lack of professionalism.

These guys are absolutely terrible. They have no idea what they’re doing. My yard looks no different than after I contracted with them. Weeds lefts behind. Improper trimming. Sorry excuse for a landscaper. Just to put the icing on the cake, I called and let them know they miss their service day. They didn’t even know what their service day was. The lady on the phone was extremely rude. These guys shouldn’t even be in business

We manage many commercial locations, and Snappy has been a wonderful partner to our company. We use them for many of our properties in the Phoenix area, and they have been nothing but a pleasure to work with. They came in after another company had let our properties fall way behind in service. Within a week all properties were cleaned up and brought back to their intended beauty. Whenever i have an issue, Sheila in the office handles it immediately. Billing is on time, and consistent. We need more quality vendors like them for our locations!

Incredible!! I am honestly so impressed. We hadn't done any yard work since we moved in to our house almost a year ago and needless to say it got a bit out of control. Snappy lawn service did such a great job at an amazing price. Hands down the best money I have ever spent!

The first time I used them it was great but when they came a month later it was a different story. Bushes were untrimmed, uneven, 5 foot weeds that had grown were untouched, sticks still in the yard, and spots in the grass they failed to cut. I knew they had at least come by because they damaged my landscape lights. I sent them a note about it when I reluctantly paid the bill and no one bothered to reach out to me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I didn't use this company but I saw their vehicle leave a job site, they were doing, maintenance ar the Walgreens on Dysart and Greenway out in Surprise. I was so surprised to see they left so much debris. They didn't blow were they trimmed.

I have used Snappy Lawn Service for close to a year now and they have been very professional. Not only have they shown up every month, on time, they have done an extremely wonderful job cleaning the yard. The staff is courteous and very proficient. I would recommend Snappy Lawn Service to anyone!

Driving down 43rd ave north bound by I-10 one of your trucks began swerving from side to side. To mess with the car behind him. Extremly dangerous and unprofessional. Im a driving instructor. When we drove by i suggested he grow up and knock it off. His response. The middle finger.. Obviously the most professional and adult way of handling things. If this is the caliber of people who work for you. Or this could possibly be the owner and judging by the number of negative reviews. You'll never get my business.
