Oscar's landscaping services in Phoenix

I paid Oscar to repair two leaks and do general yard trimming and clean up. The trimming was sub par and the two irrigation leaks he repaired are still leaking. Also when I got home I found the irrigation still on and running. I was not able to shut off the valves. He told me he didn't touch the valves and that I needed to fix them. I have reached out twice to have him come and fix his work or refund half of what I paid. He has not responded. Overall my experience we terrible and I would not recommend this service.
