I had high expectations after reading all the reviews and was sadly disappointed. We have 250 sq ft of turf and 3 dogs so the urine smell was getting bad, I had used every enzyme cleaner and odor eliminator on the market and they only temporarily fixed the problem. We called dirty turf based on all the reviews saying they took care of their pet odor. We needed our infill replaced and turf deoderized. They came out and sprayed a solution and used a brush. The odor was worse than before. After 3 visits the odor was still there and our infill was never replaced. I paid a lot of money for them to just do the same thing I had been doing. I gave 3 stars because the owner was really nice and customer service was great, but they just didn t do what we needed.

Fantastic Job! I have 5 dogs and a turf dog yard that was installed 6 years ago. I had been trying to clean myself but never able to get the smell out. Dirty Turf team came out on time (let me know day before a window and text when they were 20 minutes out). Took about 45 minutes from start to finish. We just had our front yard cleaned this time from dirty turf and like always they do a phenomenal job. They did our backyard a few months back and it still does not smell. We also had them clean 1000 ft.² of our pavers and resented them they look brand new. . I cannot say enough about this company, they always do a great job.

We had Dirty Turf come out in April, on short notice, and they did a fantastic job! We have two dogs and seemed to always have stinky turf, but after just one cleaning, our turf was looking great and had no pet odor. Even now, after the height of summer, where we usually have a strong pee smell, we have had nothing. I have used other turf cleaning services in the past and none have had a lasting odor elimination like Dirty Turf and none were as cost effective. Dirty Turf is definitely the way to go.

I called Dirty Turf to clean and recondition my 1700 sq ft 3 hole putting green prior to a party. Mark and his team did an excellent job removing hard water and other stains and making the turf look as good as new, and smelling good to boot! I highly recommend this company.

The grass looked nice and clean but he sprayed for the dog urine and the day after it rained and it still smelled like urine. I messaged them to let them know way before the 55 day warranty and all he replied with was Stupid rain. No guarantee of smell removal with in the 55 days. We ended up purchasing our own solution which works well.

The service isnt cheap but they do a hell of a job. A true value deal.

After 2 years of the dogs using the turf for the bathroom, the stank was undeniable this monsoon season! Inquired to several companies about turf cleaning and Steve called right away. He took his time to really explain what and how they cleaned the turf. Compared to other companies that just sent a text with their packages and pricing & little to no explanation other than- dont hesitate to call if you have any questions message, Dirty Turf answered questions I didnt know I had! 3 weeks later we needed a touch up, due to s couple of years of use, and Steve came right out. My backyard had a huge issue with urine smell due to two dogs. The artificial grass was rated for pet use but over time had built up to an awful odor that made going outside unbearable. I used over the counter products and hired other cleaners but the results were very temporary at best. Dirty Turfs first treatment worked awesome and made my backyard livable again. After one of my treatments, there was a heavy rain that washed the products away and they came right back out to retreat the grass at no charge. Dirty Turf saved me thousands not having to replace my Turf and I highly recommend them!

Want to give a 10 star review @ Dirty Turf for getting our artificial turf clean and smell free. It took 6 applications of deodorizer to get the main pee spot odor free. This was 6 years with 3 dogs worth of urine! Steve and his crew were awesome! So professional and dedicated to making it happen! Would not give up!! Made sure I knew they would keep at it until smell was gone. What other owner would get on their hands and knees to smell the grass

After the wife complained the yard was smelly.. I told her I handled it with aftermarket sprays. She still wasnt happy as it didnt work. I have 2 big dogs and his chemicals are safe, protects the turf vs the sun and lasts a while. My turf is over 5 yrs old and looks great partly due to Dirty Turf. I recently purchased a home that has approximately 300 sq ft of artificial turf in the back yard. I have never had artificial turf before. The previous owners had two dogs and I could already smell the pet urine in the back yard (and it isnt even in the 100s yet!) I could only imagine the odor when the temperatures really begin to rise). The turf also looked a little matted. I came across Dirty Turf in a Google search and called. Steve is amazing. From the very first phone call to the finished service, all I can say is, WOW! When I called for an appointment, Steve immediately got back to me. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained the entire process to me. He gave me a very reasonable quote and scheduled me for an appointment. I feel like my turf spent the day at a fancy spa and got the VIP treatment. Steve cleaned the turf with deep soaks and added an odor and pet urine neutralizer. He also added pet deodorizer infill. He used his nifty power broom that rejuvenated and rebloomed/fluffed up the turf. Steve also added a sun protection spray/UV treatment to prolong the life of the turf. The end result was jaw dropping. What a difference! The turf looked brand new. I was very impressed. And as a little extra touch, Steve even power washed/rinsed my pavers for me. That was very nice of him. I will most definitely be a repeat customer and I signed up for a maintenance plan. Embarrassed to say but we neglected our turf for 3 years with 3 dogs. At times the odor was pretty intense. I reached out to 3 companies, the other two had a quote twice the price and based on what they were offering didnt compare to the attention that dirty turf mentioned and executed. Sept 2023 Update: Steve recached out and we connected. He went out of his way to make things right. He came out to the property and cleaned the turf, and it looks great and smells...well...it doesnt...thats the whole point...the smell is all gone. I signed up for another cleaning a few months down the road, so I can keep the turf good and clean and free of any odors. Aug 2023: After reading so many positive reviews I was very much looking forward to using this company. It took a few calls to finally chat with someone. I spoke with Steve and he was in between jobs. He answered my questions, gave me a quote and let me know they were busy, and it would be a few weeks before he could come out. He asked me to text my address so he could get me on the schedule. That was 3 weeks ago, since then Ive texted him two more times, left a VM once, attempted to leave a VM a few more times, but the mailbox was full, and finally filled out the form on the website to schedule service. Nothing but crickets. Ive never worked so hard to try to hire someone. Maybe if you can contact them, they provide great service, but at this point Ive given up.

This review is long overdue but, if anything, is a testament to the quality work by Dirty Turf. The company was able to squeeze us in their schedule before my son s birthday party that we were hosting in our backyard. With having 3 tiny dogs, our turf often had a strong urine smell in the summer months. We tried a bunch of at home deodorizing/cleaning products but none seemed to work long term and barely covered the urine smell. After the guys from Dirty Turf came, we immediately smelled a difference. Not only did the turf look amazing but the smell was completely eliminated and replaced with a pleasant fresh and clean smell. It s now been almost 2 months and the turf still doesn t smell. I had a one time cleaning done for our grass turf that had been soiled by our 2 pets for over 2 years and smelled awful. Dirty Turf restored the turf to better than new, the grass blades are more fluffy that initially installed. Ive been using Dirty Turf for several years and I dont know what Id do without them! I have a very small area for my dog to use and it gets overwhelmingly smelly. I tried spraying it myself, but it never lasted and was a hassle. The method and the product Steve uses makes all the difference. My small area remains stink-free for weeks after each treatment. Over the years his company has grown with staff and he utilizes technology effectively for appointment reminders, payment etc. Additionally, Steve is a really a nice guy.
