This has been quite a project for me. I started out with between 10-15 bids, and I ultimately chose Arizona Artificial Lawns. I worked directly with Justin Surat, who was absolutely amazing, and Flavio and his team did the installation. Flavio was also amazing. I cannot get over how beautiful both my front and backyard look. Its like night and day. And the turf is very easy to maintain. I have a little Maltipoo, and it has been so easy to clean the turf. Not to mention that he absolutely loves it as well. I highly recommend this company for both their quality of work and professionalism.

We bought a new home in Chandler that had a small lawn in front and just rocks in back. I did not want to take care of a lawn in the desert, and with two kids we wanted at least a small non-rock patch in back. We reached out to several companies and decided to go with Arizona Artificial Lawns. Jim was a great sales consultant and helped with the HOA submittal. We went with Coronado Premium in both the front and back and are very happy with the finished product. It looks like real grass and has a surprisingly good feel.

Update...Project #3: Just had our third (3rd) artificial grass project completed by Arizona Artificial Lawns. I advised them this would be a competitive bid opportunity. Once all quotes were in, Lisa provided the best competitive quote for exactly the same apples-to-apples specifications. A real plus for AZ Artificial Grass, they provided the same exact Coronado 80oz product with a 15-year warranty that was applicable for our prior two projects with them as well. In terms of project management, I measure project success based on three constraints; On time, on budget, as specified. The came in exactly as I expected on all three criteria. Very professional team. Well done! Would I recommend Arizona Artificial Lawns? Absolutely yes. Project # 2. Just had our second artificial grass project completed by Craig and team. The price was right on. The pre-installation, installation and post-installation processes were consistent and exceeded our expectations. On this project we had about 330sf installed. The entire installation process took less than three hours and the cleanup was done thoroughly. We have another artificial grass project that well approach in early 2021. Steve Eckloff for the following reasons: On-time, friendly, professional, provided good and honest feedback, and provided a very reasonable cost. Our artificial turf was installed within 7 days of our consultation and we are so happy with it. Steve was on-site the day of along with 6 other team members (led by Flavio). They were all very nice, professional, and finished our 1250 sqft area within a day. There were some design issues (most through my lack knowing exactly what I wanted), but Steve and Flavio provided great feedback on alternative design suggestions and it turned out wonderfully. Up date....less.then year, lawn laid down, hardly no one walking inon t and it looks like been there for years... company does not respond and blows you off. Its warranty is in effect but they dont do nothing about it...DO NOT use THIS COMPANY..GO some place else Jim came out was great..straight to the point on types of grass, time frame and alwaaqys responded to emails. Job was good and loved the type of grass I picked. Have little problem with a part of it and been trying to get them.oit to fix it,.but with no luck....keep trying I guess..

Steve came and walked us through choices in turf, discussed the installation process and timeline, and we wanted to compare bids. We discussed this and decided to use AAL...good choice, good workmanship, material was (according to invoice) upgraded because the selection we made was not in stock, everything done quickly, cleanly, and without any issues. We would recommend AAL for synthetic turf. Product is American made and installation was timely. Good company.

The first impression I had of Arizona Artificial Lawns was the salesman, Jim Sartor. He was very professional, honest and he answered my many texts and emails late into the night. I was always kept abreast of any changes, which allowed us to get the results we really wanted. I was also impressed with the landscapers, and for a project that took 9 hours, they didnt ask to use my restroom once. Im gladly sharing pics of the finished project.

The process of this all was quick, easy and painless. After communicating with the sales guy Steve, he got us squared away and less than a week later our backyard got a facelift. they were phenomenal! quote was very reasonable and for high quality material. initial scheduling was super fast and easy to correspond. we had a concern about the way one small section looked and they scheduled someone to come out and look at it and fix it within 48 hours and didnt charge the second half of our payment until we were 100% satisfied. they were even willing to come on a Saturday morning to get the job done around rain.

Friendly staff, I arrived at 6:50 and they received me quickly, in 45 minutes and I was already unloaded.

The grass looks very good and the installation went well. One disturbing occurrence happened when one of the workers decided to urinate against the fence in our front yard. Steve was our salesman and did nothing for our concerns and decided to argue and over talk every time I would express my concerns. I would not recommend Steve to anyone due to the lack of concern he had for my concerns. On one day I noticed a dump truck on the street in front of my house, when I went out to question, they were getting ready to drop a pile of sand for our job, I refused it and sent them away. I was never notified prior that they had scheduled my job to be done the next day. Never did I get a call to schedule my job, all I ever got was the salesman calling and telling me that I was scheduled the next day. I dont understand why they wouldnt allow me to participate with scheduling my appointment.

Steve was very professional and gave us an honest quote for a paver patio and turf installation. His crew worked extremely fast and had all our work done in one day. The turf and patio look amazing and I highly recommend the work of Arizona Artificial Lawn.

September 2022: Lisa and her team at Arizona Artificial Lawns came through for me a second time at my new home. I have a dog that s allergic to grass, so I needed to get it out of my yard quickly. If you want a company that s skilled at installing artificial lawns, you have to call this company. In less than an hour, their crew of four had all the grass removed from my back yard. Another crew came in and removed the old border, installed a new border (different design), and laid the new turf. I wondered how their price could be 40-50% less than the two landscape contractors I interviewed, but after watching them work, it was clear they are so efficient they are able to pass on the savings to their customers. 2019: I couldnt be happier with my turf from Arizona Artificial Lawns. Their product, customer service and price were far superior to the first bid I received. My sales rep, Lisa, responded quickly to all my questions. The installers did an amazing job, too. My friends and neighbors all ask me if its real grass. One of my tiny dogs immediately went out, lifted his leg and gave it his seal of approval.

I wouldn t recommend this company. They didn t show up on the day they were scheduled. They were supposed to re-turf my dog run, they turfed the wrong part of my yard and expected us to pay to have our actual dog run turfed. Horrible customer service if you ask me. They didn t cap off my sprinklers when they took out old grass. Didn t test the water or irrigation before they laid the turf. Later that night, my sprinklers turned on and blew up my turf. They said it was my old irrigation and they were leaking prior. If that s the case, they laid thousands of dollars worth of turf without testing it or checking for leaks. If they had tested them before laying the turf they would have seen these so called leaks . They did come back and attempt to fix, but nailed through an irrigation pipe when reattaching the turf after their repair. Didn t test again because that night, irrigation kicked on again and blew up turf right where they nailed. It stays damaged to this day and we use it as an example of their service and work and make sure and warn people to not use them. We also had rock that probably should have been removed but they said they could redistribute it. They should have known better. They moved it all to a few small sections on the side of my yard. It was 6-7 deeper/taller than my neighbors. Looked horrible!!! Use another company. We paid their high prices because we wanted to best service. Didn t get that and out a dog run and a lot of money.

Arizona Artificial Lawns did an excellent job installing turf for my front yard. Showed up on time, their crew was nice and worked very fast to cap the sprinklers, remove the sod, spread rock, pack it down and install the turf. Great looking turf that looks real and not fake like some other products. I know where the seams are because I watched them install the turf however if I didnt watch the install, I wouldnt be able to identify the seams. Very professional installation and better than others Ive observed in my neighborhood.

If you need some artificial turf, these are your guys! They were extremely responsive to my request for an estimate. The sales representative, Steve, came out to our house within the week. He was professional, knowledgeable, and (best of all), he wasnt pushy. He gave me time to collect additional estimates and talk things over with my husband. After collecting three different estimates, we realized that Synscapes was the cheapest (by several hundred dollars). It was easy to get back in contact with Steve, and the crew was at our house the NEXT DAY. Installation was completed within a few hours, and the turf looks and feels amazing! Steve was very informative about the turf products offered. He quoted the project quickly and we were able to get the turf installed within a couple of weeks. Fantastic. We had initially worked with Steve Eckloff back in February, but the pandemic had us hold off the purchase. When we picked this back up in September, Steve was very patient with what was a project that kept changing on him with varying requests for different layouts and plans. He was always prompt with advice and quotations. Onto the install - their crew were phenomenal. We decided to go with their Coronado product, and had a sizeable area of concrete that needed demolition and removal. It took their team 2 days to remove the concrete and install the turf - they started at 6am each day. Not only was their workmanship superb, but their cleanliness and approach to their work was equally impressive. Overall, we are delighted. We get much wanted soft turf for our kids to play on, and it has improved the look of our yard beyond what we hoped it could be.

Our grass kept dying and we finally decide to get artificial grass for our dogs. It is amazing!!! Amazing company! I worked with Selene Gonzalez and she is the best! She was very patient and helpful with me throughout the entire process. She went over all of the options until I felt comfortable and confident in what I was purchasing. The installers we also amazing and did excellent work! They finished in two days and my backyard looks like a model home now lol I highly recommend this company as they have great prices and even better customer service.

The sales consultant was very quick to get back to me and set up an appointment. He provided many samples of the various Synlawn grasses and answered all of my questions. In terms of price they were very competitive with the other estimates I had received and the Synlawn warranty was actually better than the other companies. I went with this company and the Synlawn product, the installation went very smoothly including clean-up and when it was finished I had a great new lawn. We have received many compliments from neighbors on the grass with a few even asking if we had new sod put in. We were so pleased with the front yard grass that we recently had the back yard done. They did a great job from initial meeting and estimate with Justin through the installation. The crew did a very nice job of sod removal, installation, and clean-up. Their grass products are top notch and along with the installation process I would highly recommend that you give them a call and see for yourself.

We used Arizona Artificial Lawns to install turf in our front and back yards and not only was the price very reasonable, the installation service was flawless.

We had artificial turf and pavers put in our back yard and we were so pleased with the out come. Our dogs love running around on the turf and we cant wait for our son to be able to crawl around on it. We have referred family to use this company once they are in their house.

Got a quote from the rep early AM in January. Only received partial documents that day, and called back the next day to see if they were forgotten. Gave it a couple days and still heard nothing. Called back again. This company came highly recommended. Hhhhmmmm . I got busy with other things and couldnt keep calling, so I sent and email, and decided to check on it later. No response. After about a month a called back and again requested to speak with someone. My name and phone number was taken, but I got no further than the receptionist. No one called me back. They do not seem interested in doing business. In the meantime I have had a terrific experience with their competitor and had may lawn extended to quite a bit more than Lisas original quote at my home. Sorry Synlawn, follow through, follow through......

At first I was hesitant about putting in artificial turf. I am so happy with the natural look of the turf and how it made the yard pop! SYNScapes did a great job coming out promptly and giving an estimate. Steve answered all my questions and installation was scheduled the following week. Excellent install and finished product. Very happy with how it turned out. The rep came out and answered all our questions and brought samples initially. He even came on a weekend, which is a plus for 9-5 people like us. We found a sample we liked and everything after was smooth sailing. I would highly recommend using them and the prices were competitive with others.

The team did an excellent job on my 700sqft green with fringe. The best part was working with them to get it exactly as I wanted it to roll. I made a couple changes throughout the construction of the green and not once did anyone complain. They were eager to make sure I was happy with the end product so the were willing to put in the extra work. From Justin working me through the decision process to Miguel and Tonys craftsmanship when building and installing the actual surface, everything was just as I expected and was sold on. SYNScapes did fabulous work from beginning to end! We have a very small yard but wanted a simple rectangle of about 500 SF of synthetic grass and curbing as well as rock on the outside of the curbing. Lisa came out and measured, answered all my questions and gave us what we thought was a very reasonable quote. We had the installation scheduled for a couple of weeks later and everything went exactly as Lisa said it would go and on the days that she said it would happen. The quality of the work and the products is outstanding and the installers were all very professional. We love our backyard and it is just beautiful!! We could not be more happy!! Quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their lack of communication, follow up and professionalism is horrible. I have been trying to work with them to fix problems that have existed since install and all I keep getting is the run around. Promise after promise, then they never follow through. I have had issues at all levels, from their customer service reps, sales reps, and now their operations manager.

We have been so happy with our service and product. The rep was so helpful to answer our questions and match us up with a lawn that fit out needs/wants. The install went great and we love how natural our turf looks and feels.

We take major upgrades to our home very seriously so did A LOT of study / analysis before selecting SYNScapes of AZ to do Artificial Turf installation in our backyard. We are thrilled with the results (750 sq ft of Coronado Premium with 50% T-Cool and 50% Envirofill). Contrary to some of the other reviews I see, the small installation problems we noticed after SYNScapes left, were quickly & professionally resolved. We (including our five dogs) could not be happier!

When we met with Craig, we were told there would be two seams in our turf. There are two main seams and twoof the four corners have two seams. The third corner has a piece of turf that has one side cut like a bolt of lightning. When we asked about it we were told that sometimes the corners require a patch. Hmmm...wonder why we weren t told about that during the original seam conversation. Then we were told it was to keep our cost for the product down. Would have been nice to make that decision ourselves since it is our yard. It sure made the other bid we got look high. They were supposed to spray weed killer after the sod was removed to kill any leftover roots from our grass. We asked about it twice during the installation. No spray. But they can spray now, except I can t let my dogs out for 48 hours.

The communication and patience of our sales rep Edna was top notch and the care, professionalism and attention to detail of the installation team, led by Manny, was excellent. No complaints. We love it and look forward to doing our backward. We went with the Coronado 80. Lots of compliments. Looks real!

I had a portion of my backyard done with synthetic turf to make it more dog friendly and it was the best decision ever! I am extremely happy with Synscapes from start to finish. Justin did a great job with the estimate explaining each possibility and letting me make the decisions without any pressure. He came out on the installation day to make sure the crew knew the specifics such as where to put my border and which direction to lay the grain of the turf. The install team did a great job as well and I enjoyed watching the process of a dirt backyard turning into a lush green area. My dogs gave the seal of approval as well! My wife and I both work, so our schedules are super busy during the week. Fortunately our salesman (Steven) was able to come to our house on a Saturday. He was very laid back and applied absolutely no pressure, we really appreciated that. Since we had such a small area to cover, he pointed out the fact that cost savings would be negligible by going with one of their lesser quality products and recommended we go with their very best. Of course all salesmen want to sell you their best product, but in this case it made absolute financial sense. The installation crew showed up early and wasted no time in getting the job started. Because the area is so small, they did everything by hand. They dug up my old grass and hauled it off, removed my old sprinkler heads, prepped the dirt by making sure it was level and clean and then hauled in the gravel base. They spent quite a bit of time leveling and compacting the gravel base. Once that process was complete they laid the turf down, cut it to shape and then nailed into place. They also hand trimmed the edges to give them a cleaner look. Then they spread three bags of T-Cool and brushed it into the turf. When the process was complete the turf looked perfect, theres no other way to describe it. Finally they capped off the PVC line connected to the underground sprinklers and cut the wires to the valve. Theres absolutely no chance of the sprinklers being inadvertently activated. They also did a good job of clean up. My wife and I are very happy with the entire process and would recommend SYNScapes to everyone, friends and family included.

They did a great job on our backyard grass area. It always looks pretty and we dont have to mow the lawn.

We had our tiny back patio done last week and we couldnt be more pleased with the process and the results. We selected Synlawn for two main reasons: First, the sales representative, Matthew, was extremely knowledgable about the products and responsive to our needs, even though our job was relatively small. Second, the product is eco-friendly and looks great. From the moment I met Matthew, I knew I could trust him with this project. Although our space is small (only 132 sf), the only access to the patio with through the main living area of our house. Matthew demonstrated extreme compassion and concern for making the installation as smooth as possible, minimizing the damage to the interior of our newly remodeled home. He worked closely with the installation team to make sure that the floors were protected and the installation went smoothly, regardless of bad weather and muddy conditions. The timing, precision and workmanship of the installation was flawless and we would recommend Matthew and SYNLawn without reservation to anyone, regardless of the size of the project.

We had such a great experience with Synlawn that we are referring friends and planning to utilize their services again in the near future to expand upon our beautiful back yard by adding a putting green. The professionalism and customer service was outstanding and the grass area installed is our new favorite part of our home. For several years I have battled rabbits in my yard and have had new sod laid twice + lots of fertilizer, seed and water=done! Decided to finally install synthetic grass, got 3 bids, and this is the company that won on all points. Immediate call backs, out next day for bid, scheduled and installed within 10 days with a 15yr warranty. I chose the St. Augustine variety. Matthew Boggs gave bid and met crew on day of install, stopped by several times during process. The crew of 3 were professional, courteous, and had job done in 4 hours! The bid was the best and the service outstanding. Someone thought lawn was real! My backyard is once again a place I enjoy spending time, and having people over for BBQ and happy hour ; )

Lisa was amazing. She helped us from the start to choose the right product and gave us plenty of information to consider and make the right choice. She came out whenever we had questions and the finished product is amazing. We have dogs and were also concerned with that and she gave us all the tips and tricks when it came to caring for the lawn. We had our artificial turf installed last week, and it looks fantastic! Tonnie Wilk was our sales representative, and was so professional and accommodating. During the first meeting she brought several samples to our home, then quickly sent over quotes for each. We gave her the budget we needed to work with, and she provided us with our options. During the installation, she checked in frequently and made sure we were completely satisfied with our new yard. The installation crew worked efficiently and did a detailed walk through with us. In a couple places that did not look right to us, they immediately attended to. Additionally, they gave their direct number for any issues that may arise later on. I would definitely recommend SYNLawn based on a very professional business and quality product!

We had our artificial turf installed a few weeks ago, it looks and feels great. The on-site consultation was pressure-free and informative, and the installation was quick and professional. We had a couple strange corners in our backyard and some grading issues and all was fixed with SynLawn! Highly recommended.

I waited a few months to write this review to ensure that I was happy with the grass and the installation. I have to say that in an area in my yard where I could not grow grass due to tree droppings and the shade it provides, I am able to not only have a beautiful yard but the cleanup from the acacia pods is the easiest its ever been! I got 3 bids for this job and not only was it the most competitive but there were several factors that made me choose SYNScapes. 1. Competitive bid (by a lot) 2. Most selection of samples to choose from (super helpful) 3. The Salesman was punctual and kept his word on everything (seems to be a dying art) 4. They are the manufacturer and not a reseller (too many reasons to list as a positive) If I do this in my backyard I will undoubtedly call them again. I encourage you to simply do the same. Jeff

Dean and his team were great! After getting rid of rock in our yard we really wanted the artificial turf. Dean was very patient and came by a couple times to talk to my husband and i about our options and gave us several options. He even arranged for Matthew to come out and remove our pavers for us as we had originally had plans for someone to take them and those plans failed. It was all so effortless. I left for work one morning to a dirt yard and came home to a beautiful green back yard!! Would gladly recommend their services to anyone looking to upgrade their lawn.

From the first visit to the installation, they could not have been more professional. I loved their advice on what to do. They really understood my concerns about having 2 large dogs. The installation was GORGEOUS!

We decided to go with SYNLawn because their products were American made and the sales person in the showroom was knowledgeable and helpful and provided a quote immediately. He was honest with his recommendations and did not try to oversell us. The installation crew was professional and meticulous. He was on his hands and knees with scissors trimming the edges for a perfect, clean edge. We have another section of grass we will be replacing soon and we will no doubt be going with SYNLawn.

First, we are delighted with our lawn. Justin met with us several times to design a lawn that matched our requirements. The SYNLawn team arrived early and meticulously prepared the ground for installation. They used hand tools to make the surface perfect. Our lawn is nothing but curves and the crew matched every detail of the plan. The turf Justin recommended, SYNBLUE 949, is incredible. I was concerned that it might contain too much brown thatch, but it looks even more realistic than the more solid green I have seen with other products. The final result is a thick, lush lawn that looks and feels amazing as you walk on the surface. The product turned out fine, but customer service was not that great. The crew installed the lawn when I was at work, which was agreed to. However when I got home, I realized that the lawn installed was not level to the edging that I had. I took a picture of it and emailed the sales guy (our only contact so far) to explain why it was installed that way (I also copied the billing woman whom I was told to send some papers, but never talked to). He asked me to take a few more pictures and I did. Then the woman wrote this long explanation on her thoughts, but she eventually deferred to the sales guy for his thoughts. But guess what? He was just like every other salesman in the world: once you sign the money away, you never hear a peep from him. Not even a confirmation of the womans explanation. So the closing of their email let us know if you need anything - is not something they live up to.

Wow! We had our backyard done last week and it s fabulous! We love it and our three pups do too! It looks so natural and is getting rave reviews from everyone. Synlawn s customer service was superb....from the sales rep, Steve Leppert, who shepherded the project from beginning to end and went above and beyond to ensure a terrific result. The installers, Ryan, Greg, and Luis, did an excellent job too. They all clearly take pride in their work. We would highly recommend Synlawn to anyone. And the cost was less than anticipated....a bonus!

Synscapes did an awesome job. Our sales person (Lisa) was very helpful helping us pick out the right Turf for our needs. No pressure sales, no pressure trying to upsell us on more expensive Turf. Our installer (Miguel) did a great job answering questions and fixing a minor leak in our drips system (no charge) using his materials to fix it. Our yard looks amazing!!!! Thank you, Jeff
