Jesse, the founder, is always pleasant, personable, and available to discuss my clients concerns. They never waste time informing me of issues such as tree storm damage or irrigation issues on site. Secondly, on more than one occasion Jesse has gone above and beyond to demonstrate his willingness to make adjustments that satisfy requests, even from my high maintenance communities in the Arcadia District. His team is not only diligent, but they exhibit care and a pay a tremendous amount of attention to detail. Last but definitely not least, DLM’s is renowned for their ability to maintain landscaping around the valley WITHOUT using glyphosate! I didn’t initially understand how this chemical negatively impacts our environment, but Jesse took the time to educate myself and our community directors. His extensive knowledge, expertise and environment-friendly methods are reflected in the lawns and plants where I manage. Knowing that I have a second set of eyes to ensure the cleanliness and curb appeal of my communities is priceless and I would recommend DLM every single time!
