Absolutely thrilled with Superior Touch Lawn Care! I called on Sunday, was given an estimate on Monday and job completed on Tuesday. They did an AMAZING job with leaf clean up and hedge trimming . My property looks beautiful. I will definitely be calling them again!
They have been doing my lawncare for a few years now and all I can say is they definitely apply a superior touch. My husband was horrible at taking care of the lawn and the edging was even more atrocious. Then Superior Touch came along and rescued us. We are no longer the laughing stock of the neighborhood. Superior has been servicing our lawn for over a year now and we couldn't be happier. They show up when scheduled do the job, clean up (which is SO important) and they leave. And on a personal note when my father in law passed some months ago and we forgot about the bill for Superior because of the tragedy, they still showed up and serviced our lawn with no issue and we immediately made amends. My wife and I couldn't recommend this company any higher!

So, I contacted(called) SuperiorTouchLawnCare on Thursday the 15th of August, 2024, I left a voice message that morning (11:46am). Someone then texted me later in the afternoon (1:59pm) asking if I already have a different company yet, and I said No. So, he texted me and said to send my full name, email, and home address so he could get someone to me. I did all that, but never heard back, so I decided to call back today Sunday the 18th because Google said they were open, but no one answered again. Only for me to get another text message saying to send in my full name, email, and home address again. I texted back saying I already sent all that info and letting the guy know I contacted them after reading their good reviews but it seems like they are not communicating and I never expected such from their good reviews. Then, the guy called me right away (unfriendly tone) and said to go find a different company because life happens, he has other things more important that hes doing. Also, that his phone got damaged during the storm (which storm ?) That he apologize but he has other things he does with his life besides this business and he cant help me on this because he has things to do. I should go find another company. That he got thrown off by my text message and if I cant resend the information, to go find another company. All I did was listen to the guy talk. When he was done, I said thank you so much! Before he hung up. I guess some good reviews are not real. Now, this is very unprofessional. There are multiple ways you could have handled this better. Like, starting off with apology and resolving the miscommunication, and then moving to address to next thing, and so on. Being sassy is very unprofessional. Getting criticism should help you grow better positively not make you negative. I actually just got off the phone with the guy before typing up these. Thank you!

This company is called superior touch for a reason! They brought my jungle back to life!! I haven t been in my back yard for years!! They literally cut the Grass in between the cracks and cut the grass off my gates I can now have cookouts! They are very professional, they clean up all the loose grass/branches and bag it up. their work is phenomenal not to mention affordable.
