This guy is unreliable, says he’s going to come a certain day then don’t show up… No call or show, doesn’t return calls and inconveniences you by promising to come and never shows up… he did my mothers lawn 1 time did a good job and then ghosted us… once he finally calls back he sets a day I rearranged my plains he doesn’t show never to be heard from again??? Bad business dealings, save your money and time and get someone else to do it.
The first the brother was on point and on time but the second time I tried to get a job done it was difficult getting in contact, and wasn’t available nor reliable when we had a scheduled date and time on two separate occasions! It’s ok just lost my business!
I was in desperate need of getting my grass cut and I called Big J's snow removal lawn care and they came right away and done a superb job I recommend anyone that needs their lawn taking care of to give them a call you will not be disappointed
This review isn’t about their work. Didn’t even get that far. Sent a text asking for a quote. They responded asking where I was located several hours later (which I can understand if they’re actively on an assignment) However I responded where I was and never got a follow up response. If they didn’t come to my area that could’ve been the response. But not responding at all is unprofessional. Needless to say I looked elsewhere for someone who actually wanted the work.
Called for much needed Snow removal service for my church. They came out same day. James was very nice, professional and did a fantastic job of clearing the church sidewalks, handicapped ramp and both sets of steps. I would definitely recommend Big Jay’s, the pricing was very reasonable. 👍🏽.

My lawn is nicely mowed and looks clean, thanks to James! He took the time to visit the property beforehand to provide a quote for mowing my lawn and kept me updated throughout the process. And provided pictures after the job was completed. Appreciate his communication and promptness to get the job done!

We called James on a Thursday-he came out a few hours later. He walked around the property and gave us an estimate that was very reasonable. He was courteous, respectful, professional and a good guy. James showed up on Friday and cut the lawn and trimmed all bushes. He spent over 2 hours-his job was neat and well done. My client has been looking for someone reliable and dependable to maintain her lawn-and James did not disappoint her! An overall great experience-would highly recommend Big Jay s to everyone!

Initially he agreed to do the biweekly trimming of lawn was ok for a few months and all of sudden he is MIA. No call or response to calls/texts. Very unprofessional he is not getting any more referral or work from us. Very unprofessional.

Found James on neighborhood app. He responded immediately to my request for services, booked a time and was very punctual. (After 2 other companies failed to show or never responded) James went above and beyond, and the worked showed-Big yard clean up. Extremely polite young man and very professional. Very reasonable fee for job he did. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use his company again.

I contacted James via email and received an immediate response. James as able to come out the next day. He took care of the over grown grass, climbing weeds, and cleaned up the back & side yard. He was courteous, efficient, and meticulous about his work. Prices are extremely reasonable and the customer service was outstanding. I reached out to 3 other lawn services with no response. Needed emergency service. Responded to a public online request. Showed up same day as promised. This man is hungry. Have to respect a hustler.
The experience was positive. Big Jay gave me a price and did not play that game of charging more if my grass was more than 3 inches long. He spent an hour cutting my yard, and the price was the same. I will stay with him.

I highly recommend Big Jay s lawn service. I was really having difficulty finding a new lawn service. I had a lawn service that just stopped providing lawn maintenance with no prior notification, resulting in my lawn and backyard becoming highly overgrown. So happy that I found Big Jay s!
