Service was fine. However price continued to go up, Ive cancelled, but they continue to call and call and send mails, and call again and the guy is very annoying and pushy and just do not understand the word No. Really weird experience.

Though we got off to a rocky partnership with scheduling, I am looking forward to working with Land-Art. I called many other lawn care services, and not one of them listened to my needs. They all had cookie cutter things they read off on the phone and then gave me a price using satellite images. The one company quoted me off of 27,000 sq ft, to which land art noted my yard is closer to 17,000. Marty took the time to come out, walk my yard, and provide a personal assessment with what I needed to be happy with my lawn. This level of personal service is what i was seeking, and im appreciative of it. I am looking forward to the lawn we want and with Land-Arts help, we will get there.

Overall a full five stars.....they do what they are contacted to do and any extras they happily oblige.....Highly recommend over other companies in the Toledo area. Higher local.

Three year s without a lawn in my southwest side of my yard. Marty from Land Art was contracted this April and with a significant cost to me was able to support a fresh green lawn in just over six weeks! Money Well Spent and could not be more pleased we secured Marty and Perrysburg s Land Art Lawn Care.

Brandon is the tech at has always treated our lawn. Hes a nice guy and very professional. After a few years he took our yard from horrible to something we are proud of.

Been going on four to five years with them and they keep getting worse. I recommended them to my neighbor two years ago and the neighbora werentsatisfied. Come to find out, Land Art would call to let them know they are coming. .That was a perk I didnt receive. I called and asked for that service and sent an email also. Next day Land Art shows up after talking to them day before. Received an email the next day that will start calling. Their treatment schedule is very inconsistent. I know weather plays a part but come on. Its the end of June, some of my neighbors are getting their 3rd treatment of the season. I havent heard from Land Art since the end of April.

I have been a customer of Land-Art for many years. They have always been professional and do great work. Right now they are in the process of killing a bunch of Crab Grass caused by another company called (A+). Jeff Ragland was very professional when he treated my lawn. I have been a customer of Land Art since they started in business over 35 years ago. And I am still a customer 3 homes later. I tied to go to other lawn care companies. But they never make your lawn look the way Land Art does. My lawn is always the best on the block. I tell people when they ask about my grass. I have the Land Art difference.

James, the LandArt service technician, did a very professional job. He listened to what I had to say. Then, he told me what he was going to do to satisfy my request. Finally, he did it. He is also very knowledgeable about the application of fertilizers, especially around ponds. The most recent application (7/21/21) of fertilizer and weed control was done by Jose. He also did a very professional job and answered all my questions in a professional and courteous manner. I appreciate the phone call from the company a couple days in advance so I can turn the sprinkler system off before treatment and then on again afterward. Likewise, they are very willing to coordinate with when the lawn gets cut.

Marty acme out today at my request. He was concerned, patient and very willing to explain what was happening with my yard and made many reconnendations for the remainder of the summer and for the fall. Putstanding support....thank you.

Prices are right and they continue to monitor my lawn and offer suggestions to make it the best lawn it can be.

Land-Art has done an amazing job on my yard in my first year with them! My yard has often gotten some difficult diseases and I tend to get pretty high maintenance and worried about it. Its why I put a tremendous amount of work into it as most of my neighbors know, but my applicator Chris did a great job handling it all. Thank you Chris and thank you Marty for fielding all my questions and helping me through a summer that had so many strange weather conditions. I am so glad I switched to you guys and look forward to continuing my lawn services with you.

I can not say enough about the Land Art Team. Marty came out to find my problems and came up with a solution and tended to it right away. Two weeks later, lawn never looked soo soo good. Also took care of my fathers issues right on the spot and the very next day. Land Art is what service is all about. Great place that gets my yard greener 1-2 weeks ahead of the local challengers. I used another local service that has been around for a long time, but would get a little miffed every time my neighbors yards were serviced 2 weeks before the company I used to use would come out. Of course the neighbors lawns were nice and green and the company I used was just showing up. Not anymore! I made the switch to Land-Art and I couldnt be happier. My lawn is healthier and looks better after only 2 applications, compared to the jewelry company I used to use.

I like their service but their billing shows that I owe every month.

Called to have this company aerate my lawn. They said they would and could not do this unless I would sign a continuous service agreement with them. The baffling part is that this company will already be next door aerating my neighbors yard (they have a lawn agreement) and if I would have enjoyed their service during my visit, it would have greatly increased their chances of receiving repeat business and a lawn care agreement. I assume this company is doing well for themselves and not hurting for business.

I have been a customer of Land-Art for almost 20 years and the service and quality of work are exemplary. Lawn and tree care are not an exact science, especially when we have unseasonably hot and dry summers like this past one. Good responsiveness, fair price

Consistently fail to secure the gate to our back yard when leaving. We have 2 dogs and a 3 year old little girl that could end up in the street if I ever forgot to check the gate before letting them into back yard to play.

I am very impressed with this company. They provide A+ work and customer service. They even call me a day ahead of there arrival to let me know what time and day they will be here ,so I can take my dogs out so they do not walk on a freshly treated lawn. Im very happy with this company and there customer experience .

Update 12/15/2019 The owner mailed me a check for the past years services, along with a letter that did include a threat from a Corporate attorney. In my mind this matter is closed the owner made it right ( in a weird way) and Ive accepted the check. I do not recommend this company! Here is why I had to cancel my account today I just wasnt happy anymore. I was going to cancel last fall after they failed to perform a service to my lawn ( aeration). Come spring the tech just showed up and started performing the service even though I had asked for no service until the core aeration was finished. I spoke with Tom to which he advised me this was to late in the spring to do and would be done this fall if I stayed on they would perform the service I needed. I held my part of the end paying for useless feedings when it was not making it to my lawns roots. With that being said make sure you check your statement to see the remarks, if they performed your service but then left a note saying you had heavy thatch and recommended core aeration then that service was a useless waste of money. I feel if my lawn had a thatch issue you should not perform the service until you have spoken with the customer before hand to let them know and not after the $35 service. Spoke with the owner who seemed pleasant however it was too little 2 late, as he contacted me only after I canceled. I paid for a full year of service and it was a waste of my time and money and I had the absolute worst lawn of the neighborhood.

The buggy they used to spread fertilizer ran over everthing and made a mesh. The grass never greened up all year.

Horrible service. Horrible company. Horrible customer service. Just all around horrible. We notified them and informed them that we had moved and they did an application without authorization and billed us regardless. We hired them because they are a locally owned company but we are regretting it now! They are not worth the paper their name is printed on. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully they can stop Marty from being harassing and pushy! He calls and threatens if we don t pay.

My rating is still 1 star pending the outcome of this debacle. Brief summary: A business owner who is honest doesnt contact a customer 7 months after unauthorized service is performed and let them know you are pursuing payment. We were under the distinct impression this was taken care of and behind us. Providing communication to an address the Company knew we had sold and no longer live at does not hold water. They had our email address and phone number but no further communication was provided to us. Last night we agreed over the phone to meet in the middle so I could get back to dinner with my family. However after the fact we discovered that he included interest on the 7 months in the amount he was pursuing - which is higher than we have ever paid in the past for an application. We were a good client who paid on time and still own a property in the area, which is 6x larger than the one we came from. You can be assured that we will make good on the half payment (which is $35) but you can also be assured that we will make certain the previous Home Owners Association are aware of his business practices. When we are finally at a point when we can hire another service, this company will not be on the list. This dispute is not over the amount of the bill but the way in which Marty has gone about this...or hasnt gone about this...until 7 months after the fact. below response from Land Art Response from Marty: Joshua, It appears you are reaching out regarding a past due balance on an account. We have been professional and patient in waiting for payment in all communication with the woman whos name the account was in. No harassment has been made nor and threat we are just a small business trying to get paid for services rendered We are an honest business that has been servicing our customers for 44 years. Did not use this company because Marty was so pushy, calling numerous times. Even after I told him that we went with another company he still calls our house. Reminded me why I didnt choose them years ago, they dont stop calling or sending solicitations. I wouldnt even give them 1 star, but it doesnt let you leave it blank.

This company is very easy to work with and the customer service is great. I sent an email to have my backyard sprayed for dandelions and they responded within 24 hrs. The service tech called to tell us he wasnt going to get to us that day but would be back first thing in the morning. Always excellent service and provided all the necessary information regarding chemicals and pets so we could talk to our vet about it.

this has been a great experience. We had a mole problem for 6-8 years. this year we hired Landart. they didnt promise to get rid of the mole, but he has left my yard completely. only one treatment so far and almost all the dandelions are gone too. We are more than satisfied so far. well worth the money. Great company ! Excellent service , have had same tech for years, which says a lot about the type of company they are. Most techs dont hang around after the season is over. Had an issue with weed killer getting into flower bed and killed some plants around the border. They came out and looked at it and paid for replacement plants! No hassle just took care of it! They also offer a prepaid plan with a reasonable discount if paid by a certain date. I missed the date due to not being in town, I called them and they still honored it!! TOP NOTCH COMPANY highly reccomend them!! P.S. no compensation given for review (LOL)
