I got in touch with the owner on a Sunday morning in dire need of a generator after the hurricane he reserved a unit for me until I could get to the store as I live 100 miles away and he did a follow up after to make sure I had received it and was satisfied with it I definitely will do more business with Giles power equipment in the future Kenny

They dont want your business. Briggs & Stratton and Cub Cadet BOTH say the very first step in obtaining warranty service is to take the equipment to the authorized service dealer so they can inspect it. Thats Giles. No, you didnt buy it from US so you have to start the process somewhere else. 7-3-24 Edit: seeing their reply, I realize they still dont get it... It. Is. A. Cub cadet &/or Briggs & Stratton. Warranty. Offered by the manufacturer of the equipment, good at ANY AUTHORIZED C.C &/or B&S service facility. Not Walmart, not Lowes, not tractor supply, not the used mower guy your buddy knows across town. The authorized service facility IS the point of contact, THEY are the first step, they are the ONLY step... there IS no box store involvement after the sale and the manufacturer does not give a damn where it was bought. They just need to know that Im the original purchaser.

I went to Powerhouse on Russell Parkway in Warner Robins, ready to spend $7k for a zero turn after using my Frat brother s gravelly after spending 30 minutes walking the floor WITHOUT the 2 sales associates acknowledging my PRESENCE I requested the manager to personally inform him, his store sucks. Not sure if it was a black thing or not, but I am sure this was how my father felt in the 1950s! When I came to Giles -180 difference Brad and Troy took out every piece of equipment and allowed me to get comfortable and never pushed but most of all ACKNOWLEDGED me as a paying customer My money was well spent at Giles! My new lawn equipment specialist store with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The chick fil a of outdoor power equipment. I have been shopping here for years and the prices and service go unmatched. I use to go to Lowe s or facebook marketplace but now I will not even buy weed eater string from anybody but Coy and his team at Giles OPE. I just bought a Stihl 560 mower and love it. I highly recommend them. you name it, they have it and I promise you won t find another outdoor power equipment store that has the service and integrity this place has. In the beginning, did not have a lot of transaction with COY. I purchased a elite bow From him through the shop. Im a few states over so it was a quick and easy transaction. I needed him for an elite parts situation for somthing else and it went bad with elite dealer themselves. This was not his fault. I was Just using him as a dealer. With the situation, not even being close to his problem he was very helpful and in contact with me, I wish I was closer to shake his hand in person and say thank you. 12/10 recommend great dude. Wow! These guys are amazing. I dropped off my lawn mower pretty late for repairs. They took it in and also pointed out that the ttailer I pulled it in on wasnt assembled correctly and made adjustments on the spot and gave me tips to make it safer for the road. Not to mention what I thought was going to be a week and a half wait ended up being a 24 hour repair. Will go back if needed. Great customer service!

I have been dealing with this store for a year or so. Not only is their prices a little better then big chain stores or the online equivalent but they stand behind them. I bought a battery yesterday and the owner not only after hours sold me one that was larger CCA but had a warranty 3 times what I seen at the auto part stores. I will be doing business with them from now on. I could say more but I think you all get the point.

Got my lawnmower repaired with Giles Outdoor Power Equipment a couple weeks ago. It ran great for a short period and then started giving me trouble again. Giles took it back and repaired it for me without even charging me again. They were able to service my mower much faster than I expected. AND the guys that I talked were nice and personable each time.

Im thrilled with every encounter Ive had with Giles. From the very first time I walked in to buy a chainsaw to my subsequent visits on my journey to finding a mower. I told Coy up front that we didnt want to finance anything and he never pushed me to buy more mower than we could afford. He found just the right mower for us and had it delivered to our house. it turned out the new mower had a bad battery and they took care of it immediately with multiple apologies and fantastic attitudes. Im sold on Giles!

I finally decided to buy a riding mower. I went to at least 6 shops but as soon as I walked in the door at Giles I knew I was in the right place. I could tell instantly they had great customer service and they were people I could trust. There was no b.s. and they didn t need my business; their name and products sell themselves. I m very happy I bought from Giles and because the Spartan mower is so awesome, my son may never let me cut my own grass again.

The staff is vey professional yet friendly. They serviced my Spartan mower and installed an array of accessories on to it. I drove from Atlanta, and the excellent service and peace of mind was worth it.

Walked in today about 2:30pm, walked straight to the chainsaws, 2 guys standing behind counter helping 1 customer, neither said hello nor came over and asked if I needed help. 1 guy made eye contact with me when I walked in but never greeted me. Had enough cash in my pocket to buy one then and their but with no help from an employee I just walked out. Not a good first impression
