They have provided continued landscaping, Lawncare and snow removal services for several associations and apartment communities for several years and the properties always look great.
No lawn Left Behind did Landscape Lighting for our house and it looks fantastic! Talked through a design and we love it! They also did a paver path on the side of our garage with a fun design in the back. They were very professional, efficient and respectful! This company can t follow instructions and damaged my lawn and property. In return they don t fix problems they just tell you they are dumping you as a customer. I gave them several chances to make adjustments and they still continued damaging my lawn and property.
I agree with others on the unresponsiveness of this company. They used a fertilizer to control Yellow Nutsedge and crabgrass, and completely burned most areas of my lawn. I would not use this company ever again.

I have been using No Lawn Left Behind for weed control and fertilizing for several years and have been very pleased. They come out on a regular schedule and are responsive to any concerns or questions you might have. I ve checked around on pricing and they are a good value for your money as well.
NLLB does an awesome job with our lawn at the Perry DMACC. The treat, feed, seed and mow our lawn all summer long and charge a reasonable rate.
Terrible customer service. Will not return any of my emails or phone calls. From their website: Regardless of the service or project, No Lawn Left Behind commits to quality, integrity and mutual respect. I beg to differ. Signed up and paid in full for the 4 step lawn application program. The 1st step was not done as well as what we have experienced from the previous company. We were a client of the previous owner that No Lawn Left Behind took over. In the 7 years we were with the previous owner, we did not have an issue. He was helpful and kind. Upon our initial contact with current owner Kevin, his response was - we did it right. Not happy with the customer service, we have sent emails on 5/19, 5/25, and 5/29- No response. We have tried to call several times starting 5/10 but the voicemail box has been full and could not leave a message. On 5/29 I called and spoke to a live person, who took my information. No response. As a customer who has paid in full, a phone call back would be common courtesy. I am not sure if this is just terrible customer service or it s the fact that I am Asian and he feels like he can treat me this way.
They didn t complete the job. Won t return my grandparents calls very poor service then sent an invoice with interest. Weeds are growing everywhere even through the rock They Paid over 3000$ and their yard looks like garbage Be careful they take advantage of the elderly . Wouldn t recommend to anyone!!
They have treated my as tree several times. When I contacted them this year they would not return my email or calls. Dont waste your time contacting them!
