I had them come out and cut our yard. After one time cutting, I asked them to trim our shrubbery and backyard trees. They gave a quote of 70.00, which I thought was fair. The day they came out, Tyler seemed to be rushing, I had to have him trim a little more off the trees before he left. I didn’t notice at the time, that he had forgotten several bushes at the side of the house. My boyfriend didn’t like that he forgot some, and decided to keep our regular Lawn guy. I messaged Tyler to let him know, and also that he forgot several bushes. I have been going back and forth with him now for several weeks, and now he says that they charge per bush and he trimmed the trees for free. I have the messages with his quote for the whole job, he didn’t mention anything about charging separately. He refuses to give a refund or finish the job. That is not professional in my opinion. We didn’t have a contract, so if you don’t like someone’s work, you go with someone you do like. My biggest thing is finishing your job and be up front about charges! Don’t change them after the fact.

Arrowhead has done a few jobs for me and they are timely, affordable, and do a great job! I’d use them again.
