Nice folks to speak with initially. However, I waited all morning for what I thought was a booked appointment but nobody showed up. I had to call and ask if someone would be coming and was told of a schedule mix up and someone couldn t come out until next Thursday. Bad experience and we didn t even get to the actual work itself.

Mulch Masters is definitely good in beds! My flower beds look 100% better because of them!

I reached out to Mulch Masters via website form after reading many promising reviews. Nan from the office called me same or next day, was very kind and pleasant, and explained the entire process. Harry came out a few days later to look at my property. He is a true gentleman...very knowledgeable yet incredibly humble. Harry didnt pressure me with sales tactics or upselling, just laying out options and recommendations. After 20 minutes or so, I signed up and got on the books. On install day, Costa and crew arrived one-time, as expected. The crew were all very pleasant, kind, and easy to talk to. We did a walk of my yard just to clarify the work to be done, and they got started. Costa and crew were highly efficient and very meticulous with their work. I was completely blown away by had good they made all my beds look! In addition, they didnt leave any type of mess on my driveway or anywhere else. Though this was my first time using Mulch Masters, it will absolutely NOT be my last. Mulch Masters were amazing!! They were very quick to respond and come out for an estimate. Harry was very nice and explained the whole process, by the time he was wrapping up to leave we had a quote. We thought it was a very fair price and we gave the ok to start. Within 2 and half weeks from pre-treatment to finish our yard was beautiful. The crew that came out to do the work was also top notch!!

My project (a front yard of a townhome) entailed weeding, aggressive trimming of landscape and mulch application. Within 24 hours of calling Nan, Mr. Harry promptly scheduled my initial appointment and within a week was at my property personally to apply herbicide. Within 10 days of the application, his crew arrived & consulted with me to make ensure the scope of my project was properly executed. After nearly three hours of hard work, the project exceeded my expectations! I have used mulch masters for 3 seasons after foing it myself for one season. everything was dying and in disarray, but now with maintenance and the help of the masters, everything is beyond great. Harry comes out everytime to discuss the plans even if they are the same, and the crew that comes for the work has always been exceptional. Mulch Masters recently put down mulch in my fairly extensive garden beds. Harry, the owner is very knowledgeable and pleasant. He visited twice prior to the install to eradicate weeds. His staff are extremely efficient, arriving promptly, hard working and careful around existing garden plants and ornaments. They clean up the entire area. The results are terrific! Well manicured with complete coverage. They far exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend this service.

We had recently purchased a new home that has several garden beds on the property and some ivy at the end of the yard. We were overwhelmed and did not know where to start. After seeing the before & after pictures on their website (highly encourage you check those out) we set up a consultation with Mulch Masters. Harry came out shortly after, where he helped me decipher what was a plant and what was a weed (truly, I was shocked how disguised they can be). He spent time explaining to me what the newly inherited plants and shrubs are as well as making expert recommendations with explanations. The process took about 2 weeks due to selective pesticides that needed to do some pre-work on the weeds and some weather conditions. Nan and Harry made the whole experience easy and pleasant! The yard transformation was better than we imagined, giving us the warmest feeling of joy in our new home. We even found out we had a gate under the overgrown ivy that crawled over our fence!

From start to finish they made everything easy and clear. My property looks exactly as I imagined and the price was very reasonable. Thanks guys!

Extremely pleased with the service from start to finish. Mulch Master laid down wood chips on our woodland paths...not an easy job, with much pushing of wheelbarrows up and down a steep hill. Very cost effective to have mulch masters come in and mulch our garden. They sprayed a weed controlling spray before coming out and then did a beautiful job spreading the mulch. They made sure there was no spillage of mulch onto the walkway. They also carved out a spot where I had a clematis growing and made it look gorgeous. Hubby said we should use them every year.

As the name implies, they are masters with the mulch and are great in beds! This is our 3rd year using them and have been satisfied each time!!!

This is the third time weve used MulchMasters. Again, very happy with their work. Really appreciate the time Harry takes to go over the work and makes recommendations. They crew did the usual clean up and mulching. Also, pulled two large shrubs, planted a new bush, planted a new tree, and put down some grass seed in a bare area. Well use them again.

What a rare find! Mulch Masters is what all companys should aspire to. Harry came out and walked the property with me, explaining not just what they would do to meet my needs, but also why. They communicate from start to finish, keeping you in the loop on schedule, and if it needs to change due to weather, and then a follow up to make sure I was happy with the job. Mulch Masters actually over-delivered, and exceeded my expectations so much on the incipient job, that I immediately hired them to do another project. They did great on Part Two as well, and I am now looking forward to seeing them in the spring, and for many seasons to come! My only regret is that I did not take before pictures as they really made my property look great!

I had the Mulch Masters over yesterday to work on the front beds and handle some stump removal in the back. My front yard was pretty atrocious prior to their arrival, but when my wife and I returned home (as they were wrapping up), our jaws literally dropped. We came home to a perfectly excavated edge, an attractive and creatively pruned Japanese split-leaf maple, beautifully trimmed shrubs, and a thick, even, consistent layer of mulch. A couple of my neighbors even texted me that day to tell me how impressive the work was. Outstanding experience with Mulch Masters. We had a rather large project in our backyard. A lot of digging, removing and re-mulching. Harry was very communicative during the rainy season, keeping us updated on what the plan was and when they would be able to make it back. WOW!!! Harrys crew did an amazing job on our front and back yards. Everything we asked to be done was over-the-top. All of our shrubs needed haircuts, 3 trenches were dug and heavily mulched, and the trenches were artfully swooped and rounded for maximum curb appeal. My husband and I are thrilled.
