Artificial Grass Masters in Peoria

Usually a helpful group of people if not a bit chaotic. Hired AGM to install some turf in our backyard a few years ago and in November reached out to get a DIY kit so I can add some more. Delivery was a few days late and the project manager communicated this well with me; even offering up a $200 refund to say sorry. No big deal, great customer service! Then the delivery slipped another couple days with multiple promises that we were their next job or the crew is on the way only to be told that they got a flat tire or the other job took longer than expected, etc. etc. By the end of the debacle the AGM PM Nick apologized profusely and offered to install the turf for free plus give a full refund plus some for the trouble. We accepted. The crew installed our turf and it looks great (except the fibers are laid backwards compared to the existing turf its next to - creating contrasting colors & textures thats impossible not to see). I talked to the PM Nick and he said he would be out to take a look....lots of excuses and two months later he still hasnt shown up and allegedly is struggling to get the owner of the company to help address the issues.

When your website says Visit our conveniet showroom! Literally posted on your website and hours say closed Saturday and Sunday but open monday-friday One would think you would let people come see your products like any other flooring store out there. Nothing Convenient about it at all... Drove all the way over here to have the lady on the phone say by appointment only on Saturdays?.. What a waste of time and crappy not having it posted on your website anyplace. I wont bother coming here again.

Horrible communication, product, and insulation. I should have done better research before committing to such a low class company In regards to the owners response I normally dont leave reviews but in this case I felt it was necessary. And how do you know my project wasnt under a different name? It seems you might be under the influence responding to this review as you make no sense and cant seem to spell correctly. As for this companys newest reviews they are either employees, ex employees or some kind of acquaintance. Example: The review from Richard Hatcher you might have seen his name being mentioned in older reviews. He is a current employee with Artificial grass masters Yes these are just ONE of the dishonest tactics AGM uses. Not to mention the various law suits for lack of payment. If this company can lose a warehouse, work out of the owners home AND being sued currently by numerous banks but also Turf Hub a artificial grass distributor. I wouldnt trust this company or the owner

Professional team. Called and set up appointment. They showed up on time and gave me all my options and an estimate on site. We scheduled work and it was done on time the following week. They cleaned up nicely and did a great job!

Tough to review for overall quality, so this is for the customer service side of the business. Love the grass and pavers, not a fan of the sun shades. 1 of our 8 sun shades consistently falls off when it gets windy. I have had to put this particular one back on 5 times in the last 2 years. During this last monsoon storm it flew off and was finally destroyed. I called and they came out to assess and I was told due to the size of the screen (I have 2 this same size) there were not enough anchors holding it on. Needless to say, its approximately $400 to replace a screen that wasnt even installed correctly. For the amount that I spent on this entire project, my hope is that they get it right this time. Customer service is the issue as seen in their response and by BBB reviews.

How can we get a hold of the owner of this business. Regardless of contacting the business number or through Yelp, we continue to get the response from the rep whom is potentially the issue. I would like to resort directly to the owner. We had a good visit and a quote but never had a followup and we agreed to the quote.

We are extremely pleased with the landscaping work done by Artificial Grass Masters in our backyard. Richard, who provided us with all the details, was absolutely amazing. His expertise and professionalism were outstanding, guiding us through the process effortlessly. The team members were very professional, maintaining a clean and efficient work environment throughout the project. Chris was very helpful in making sure I was pleased with the final result. He and his men hauled away the old artificial grass for me which I wasnt planning on.

I love the artificial grass and my dog really likes it too! The guys who installed it were so nice and took great care of the rest of the yard. Rocks were moved and spread out where I wanted them. We like our neighbors grass, I asked them where they purchased this grass, and they pointed us to this company. We chose the Summer Breeze color same as our neighbor has. I got a shuck on the delivery day, I received a Fescue grass from Arizona Turf Depot, and my invoice said Summer Breeze. I called them and I went to the Peoria Office and they insist they are the same. I looked around for different companies before going to them and I know the Summer Breeze cost twice as much as the Fescue from Arizona Turf Depot. After a long talk, they agreed to return the grass with the condition that they cut 25% of the total price. When we returned the grass, we only got back 75% of what we paid, and charged me $100 for the delivery, and they forced me to return the wrong grass to the Peoria Office, in this case, I had to hire a lifted truck to just drop the wrong grass. From my experience, I recommend staying far far far away and avoiding this company.

Very bad customer service, Unorganized, cant make an order purchase on the phone, and always saying Somebody will contact you from the Office, and then no one call. Very pricy products when you compare with other resources. Open hours on the website are different than the open hours on the local Office, talked to them on the phone, they said we are open, went to the local office, which was closed on Saturday, and the website said its Open. its a horrible company.

Richard our project manager was great from start to finish. They scheduled for a start on Tuesday and promised to be completed by Thursday and it was completed right on time. Looks great, we are very happy.

We had turf installed in 2017. When we had them back out for a cleaning estimate a few months ago, they told me the turf they had originally installed was defective and we could get new grass from the manufacturer for free because it was still under warranty. However, with all of their labor, hauling and misc. fees to reinstall the replacement turf it s going to cost MORE than I originally paid for everything combined. And that s with the free replacement turf. The contract I signed also specified there s a prorated price for labor or replacing defective grass after the 5 year warranty period and they refuse to explain this to me. They won t even answer my emails now. I regret working with this business.

The problem I have is there business practices of giving 100.00 for a referral.They dont follow though. After call after call , all that I got was the checks in the mail. After 16 years of fighting to keep my front yard grass looking good, I finally decided to put in Artificial Grass. After looking at several companies and getting a few bids I decided to go with Artificial Grass Masters. I chose them as they seemed to strike the right balance of quality and cost. Communication was good for when the job would occur and what we could expect. The crew that came and worked on our yard had to tear out a lot of tree roots to prep the soil and then install the grass. Overall, I appreciated the interactions and allowing me to make sure I was happy with the job they were doing. After the job was completed, Ryan came out and did a quality control inspection and I pointed out some spots that had appeared to have settled a little bit due to recent rains. He pulled a crew back out to redo these areas to ensure the result was just what I was looking for. I would highly recommend.

I had my back yard completely redone back in 2020 so that I can have a low to no maintenance yard. Since then I have had natural grass growing from my artificial grass that I have to pull you can no longer see my rocks cause its filled with grass and when I called they said I had to pay extra to lay plastic under and that I didnt put in my contract to have the grass killer put in. The person who came by said I would have to do a salt bath every time it rains to kill the grass growing. I paid a lot of money to have a beautiful backyard for my family and I got no help and assistance to resolve the issue Im now having to use another contractor to fix their mistakes. If going with this company please look over your contract. You would think they include the plastic under the rocks or what ever grass killer they were supposed to put down.

We were happy with the representative who came to our home. He was extremely thorough and answered our questions. The job was done quickly and to our satisfaction. We did notice a couple of cracks in the border a few days after installation but upon their final inspection we were told someone would return to repair the cracks. We would definitely refer Artificial Grass Masters to our family and friends.

First off, the reason for 1 star goes to their front office staff and the one person I could trust who WAS our project manager, I actually would give those 3 employees 5 stars! Outside of that, this company has given me nothing but lies, empty promises, no shows WITHOUT any phone calls advising us of the status change! We have been promised to have a crew out today and tomorrow to finish this the job by the owner himself, only to find out WE WERE NT EVEN PUT ON THE SCHEDULE! SO NOTHING CHANGED! Please dont go through this nightmare and find a different company. This is from a very dissatisfied customer who has no choice but to give them 1 star.

The contract process was smooth and easy and they fit us in and got us on the schedule quickly. The job both front and back, took only 4 days. The job was checked on mid way through to ensure it was being done properly and correctly. After the job the owner called us to follow up. This was a nice personal touch. It is so beautiful to have all the color in our yard now! Our family and friends will enjoy it for years to come. We can t wait to host a yard party here!

Let s just say I wish I had a 5 star experience like the other customers BUT that did not happen. We started out good with a lot of potential and promises, that quickly fizzled out. We soon had several issues that caused our start date to get pushed back. The biggest issue was the availability of pavers. We were told to go to a website and pick a paver we liked. After picking a couple we were told none were available. I played phone tag with the office for a couple weeks. I had to contact the manufacturer for the paver companies to see what items were in stock. Once we did that it became an issue of those pavers were more that what they quoted. We essentially took one of the cheapest pavers because the yard needed to be finished. We were advised from the office not to give final payment until after the final inspection. After a lot of issues, the job was finally almost completed but needed a final inspection and final clean up. The manager showed up at our front door for final payment and promised they would be out to complete the final clean up and inspection. NO ONE ever showed up. There were huge piles of sand that was washed into the pool. There was so much sand that in pool cleaner could not move it. They promised multiple times to send someone out to clean the pool, but that never happened. I had to call and pay out of pocket to clean up their mess. It took 5-6 calls and 3 weeks to get the remaining gravel off our driveway and remove the empty pallets. Keep in mind you must pay for the gravel and 2/3 of it was thrown away. We were told they would move the remaining pavers into the backyard. That never happened and they are still sitting there. They cut a water pipe for our sprinkler system that was tied into other stuff. They were supposed to come and fix that but never did. I had to fix that myself. We were told once they removed the dumpster, we would be prorated back part of the amount for it not used. We haven t seen that and that is probably because they threw away about 2 pallets of broken pavers. Please be very careful in who you choose to landscape your yard.

My wife and I went to Artificial Grass Masters and were greeted right away and introduced to Nick Martinez who found exactly what we needed. We were in/out in minutes. Outstanding commitment to customer satisfaction, professional and friendly team. Highly recommend!

Update: The owner has reached out and apologized profusely. He noted that it is a communication issue. I appreciate the effort and he has agreed to totally refund the 50% deposit that was made. Although the work was not done, at least the company did do what was right, in my opinion. I have found another company to complete the work. I have updated my review to reflect the effort of the business owner. Original Post: This is a review for Artificial Grass Masters. I do not recommend this company. I shopped around quite a bit for grass installation. It is a simple job for the front yard. Removal of 3 shrubs and placement of grass. No pavers. No additional items. They were not the cheapest, by any means, but they seemed to have good reviews and could get it done fairly quickly. They are supposed to be doing the install now. They are not. I received a text on Monday that the installation would be done the following Tuesday (8 days away). The following Tuesday has arrived and, since I didn t get to pick my install date, I did make the choice to call off work to make sure that the install went well. The crew arrived at around 7:30 am. They said where are the materials? . Great question nothing at all has been communicated with me. I don t do artificial grass I assumed that for a small job that perhaps the materials would be dealt with the day-of. I called my project manager. Apparently he came and marked the area earlier, but made no attempt to touch base with me while he was here (I am always up early, but he came and went without talking to me at all). He said he is working on it . No news. The Quality Control Specialist stopped by, completely surprised that no work was going on. He is going to call the office since nothing had been communicated with him. Just received a call from a Sales Manager that all the trucks are down and not working . ALL of them. Everywhere. I asked how long that had been going on since the work crew seemed surprised that no supplies were here and I was notified over a week ago abut the install date. Total lack of communication. I asked what was going to be done to make this right, considering I have also now lost a day of work (yes, it was my choice, but it is something to be considered). I was told that all I know is that all the trucks are having mechanical issues . Seriously. At least be honest. I have requested a refund and will find a different, straightforward company to do the install. I understand that things happen, but owning your mistakes goes a long way.

They were really great the first time they came out to do my front yard, 10/10. I did a second project with them and it was not good. I unfortunately was paired with a lazy project manager. After discussing my problems with the office Joshua (owner, CEO) came out and make everything that I experienced acceptable. Overall everything was corrected and was happy in the end. Would give 8/10 because Joshua did so much to make it right.

Working with Artificial Grass Masters was a pleasure from the first phone call to schedule a quote to the very end. Joseph and the team were able to help us get our backyard looking fabulous for our daughter s upcoming birthday party. They had a great selection of different turf types and qualities, depending on our needs and budget. Their prices were very competitive compared to other turf companies we had considered. My neighbors have all come over wanting to get a quote for their yards now. Most importantly, my grass allergy kids have been spending time outside again, running and playing in the yard for the first time in years. This place only cares about money, not the quality of the service provided. Spent a significant amount on turf for my whole backyard. They brought the product first week of July during the hot Arizona sun with triple digit temperatures. The product sat at my curb with heavy clear plastic bags and other tools rolled into itself for over two weeks. once they installed, I noticed a very large area of uneven turf. I noticed right away there was a large spot of turf that seem to be misshapen and would not stand up like carpet fibers would. The workers explained that after a week they should go away. It didn t. immediately called. The company came out and took pictures and later on had the audacity to blame it on the fact that I had a window which didn t even hit that area of the line that was causing this problem. I again very patiently explained that this showed up on the day of install, and could not be because by my window, due to the fact that it not only did NOT hit the spot in question, which was approximately 7 feet long, but also I had pictures to prove that it was THERE on the day of the install that the turf, looked like it was burned. I have written emails and letters with no response, and a year later I am still left with burnt turf because they left it out on the street with heavy plastic bags on top of it, which clearly melted the area. The owner and it s staff does not care. They simply want your money. Stay far away from this company.

Artificial grass has been a landscape goal of mine for a while. After getting several quotes and visiting show rooms, it became clear that Artificial Grass Masters was the way to go. The entire process from scheduling, showroom time and installation was fantastic. Each team member seems to know their role and value customer service. My project was assigned to Joey and he kept me informed every step of the way. We did encounter one challenge during the installation. However, Joey worked to resolve to my satisfaction and he was happy to do so. The end result is, I m in love with my grass!! I would highly recommend Artificial Grass Masters!

Arificial Grass Masters just installed turf in my yard and we are extremely happy with the whole process. Jonathan was our project manageer and was always courteous , arrived on time and always explained everything in detail- no surprises. The work crew that demolished my old yard and installed the turf was timely- efficent and the end result is beautiful. Artificial Grass was not the lowest bidder on my project but the senior discount, the overall quality, timeliness and efficency of the job was well worth the expense.

Pricing was great as their quote came in significantly less than other companies we received quotes from. Joey Massaro was our project manager and he did a great job. He was very communicative the entire time leading up to the install and once the crew was onsite to begin the work, Joey was present multiple times throughout the day to check on progress and ensure everything was being installed to our liking. We are very happy with the end result and in the near future when we redo our front landscaping, Joey and Artificial Grass Masters will get our business again.

This was the second project with AGM over the past 6 years. Work was completed a day ahead of schedule and the QC was very good. I would recommend AGM without hesitation.

I am a very happy customer! This company had excellent customer service and I really appreciated the phone calls and text messages keeping me informed about the project. They allowed me to do some demolition work to keep the cost lower. All of the teams were hard working and professional. I am beyond thrilled with Artificial Grass Masters. Unlike a competitor just down the street from me AGM was VERY friendly. From the front desk taking my initial call, to my sales rep Nick helping me get the very best product for my situation and Cody helping me with my technical questions, all were exceptional. My materials we correct. Everything was delivered on time. What more can be said l m completely satisfied!

All went very well with a couple exceptions, They did not provide traffic cones in street as required by HOA and Maricopa County and i had to borrow from neighbors. The clean up was not up to HOA or our requirements.

Great experience with AGM. We are thrilled with the outcome. I designed my own paver layout within the turf and the guys were able to pull it off to a T. Arturo, Andres, Azare and Brian were a great crew. Left my yard and patio clean after they were done. Had a little snafu with pavers on day one and Richard our sales rep handled ASAP. We are so happy with our new backyard! Everyone at this company is outstanding! They helped us in their full-display showroom to pick just what we wanted. They gave us a timeline and actually followed it (even with the torrential rains we had last week). The materials showed up and they got the job done inside of a week. AGM did a fantastic job on our yard. They were able to put us on the schedule within a week and complete the project within 5 days it would have been quicker but due to rain they lost a day and a half. We are completely satisfied.

From start to finish our project was handled timely and professionally. Eric was our Project Manager he was very informative, punctual and creative in helping us design our project way beyond just doing artificial turf. The worker bees were efficient and did the few extra items I asked. They even refastened an area back down when my lab puppy thought I was installed for her to play with. They had us come to the showroom to see the products in a real life setting. They emailed a follow-up after we received our quote, they called to report when supplies would be delivered and reported when they would install. We did two separate phases and each time Eric was here to ensure things were done as planned. I am very pleased with the out come and would highly recommend Artificual Grass to anyone interred in turf.

They are great. Scott was terrific at explaining the product and the whole process. The finished job looks so good I am afraid to walk on it. I highly recommend them and the product.

Great job done by top notch company

I had researched and read a lot of the reviews before I contacted AGM about doing my project. I was impressed with all the positive reviews so I decided to proceed. While I am very pleased with how my project turned out, it was a very frustrating process getting it completed. Eric was great when he came out to give me the estimate and Cody was great when we went in to pick out the pavers, etc. We were given a date for installation which was a Friday and less than two weeks later. Sand and turf were delivered on Thursday and someone came to measure and mark the areas for the turf and the pavers. He assured me the pavers would be delivered first thing Friday AM and work would begin and probably be completed as it was a small project. Workers arrived first thing Friday and spread the sand and left. Called AGM at 10:45 to and was told a Project Manager would contact me. About 11:45 someone shows up to drop off two bags of concrete and he advised he was there to help unload the pavers which were on the way and that the installers would arrive right after lunch to begin. Around 2 pm two workers arrived and wanted to delay the installation of the curbing until another day as it might rain. I insisted on the installation and it never rained. It was never explained to us how the curbing was installed and that it needed to sit before the turf could be installed. Once we saw how it was installed it became clear to us that the turf would not be installed that day and since it was a Friday probably not until Monday, but we were expecting the pavers to be installed. Never did receive a call from a PM that entire day. Called AGM at 8:20 am Monday to get an update on install - PM will call you back. By 10:30 no return call; called and talked with Kurt who advised they would be there around 1 pm and was assured my project would be completed that day. By 2:45 no workers - called & Kurt advised he would check on status. I called back 30 minutes later and Kurt advised he could not reach the workers & that they must be out of range. Recd call back from Kurt at 3:45; he advised weather had delayed a project but was guaranteed they would be there between 7 and 8 am the next day and everything would be completed. No one arrived until after 12:30 pm to begin working and there was no follow-up that they would be delayed. Once they did arrive neither of the workers spoke English so I was unable to communicate with them and ask questions about the project. A week after the project was completed I still had sand in the street and had never been contacted about a project completion review or when clean up would take place. I called AGM and was advised they would get someone out within the next day or two to clean up the excess dirt. Almost another week went by with no communication from anyone and nothing was cleaned up. Finally spoke with a Frank who assured me they would be there the next day to get the street cleaned up. Also explained the problems I had and he explained that both Eric and Cody were the Project Managers but they were both active military and had been called up so they were short handed. The communication process from start to finish was very poor and then having workers arrive that you cannot communicate with is poor as well. The Quality Control person was scheduled to come on April 1st at 10 am to inspect and finalize everything. When he arrived he found cigarette butts in our new turf. Smoking may be allowed when they are working on these outdoor projects, but to discard their butts in our yard is not acceptable.

Joe was great. Explained everything. Answered all questions. Suggested all options so we could really get what we wanted. Plain, detailed estimate. Work crew was quick and quiet. Clean up was great. Lawn has received numerous compliments. Came out below estimate which is always great. Total time as @ 8 hours. Recommending to numerous friends and family.

Workmanship was very good, quality excellent, price good. Planning and scheduling poor. Happy with the result but would use a different contractor if I had to do it again.

We had a great experience with Artificial GrassMaster. First and foremost, our new front lawn is absolutely beautiful. These people know their stuff. They say what they re going to do and then they do it. No nonsense. No excuses. Our project Manager, Richard, was great. He was very attentive. And, believe it or not, every time I called him with a question he answered his phone. The installation crew was amazing; Polite, hard working, complete attention to detail including cleanup and respect for my property and my neighbors. The entire organization made this whole process a walk in the park. In a time where it s not always easy to find people that do a good job, Artificial GrassMasters is a true gem. We interviewed several companies to do a front yard in artificial grass with irrigation around the sides. We selected AGM and Im glad we did. Our project manager was Samuel. He showed up for the estimate when he was scheduled. He listened to our needs and wrote a comprehensive proposal. The job was started and completed on schedule. Their crew did a great job with the installation.

From start to finish Joey and his crew were magnificent. Even with all the covid hurdles, i.e. material shortages, the job was completed in a timely professional manner. Joey and the crew at artificial grass masters communication is on point I am extremely happy with their quality of work and professionalism. Our job was quite difficult with an extremely high pool deck and grade, and uneven pool fencing. They blew the project out of the water for how good it looks.

Excellent work, pavers and turf were swiftly done and looked beautiful. The pergola was delayed through no fault of company due to material shortage but also looks wonderful. Getting updates from the team didn t always happen, most contact was self initiated. Issue with creation of invoice for second part of our project that caused confusion and miscommunication as well.

Artificial grass masters sells a good product . However their customer service needs some work. Good news is their owner contacted me to help make it right.

I would give a five star for the finished look of the project, but Im only giving three stars because of the mess that was left behind and because they were not very careful of my existing landscape. Fifteen days later and I still cant get them to come clean up the mess that they left in front of my house. All I get is told that its on the schedule. I know that they are busy, but it would only take two people about twenty minutes to clean up the mess. A little more effort in finishing up a job goes a long way.

Hired this company to remodel my parents backyard and I couldn t be more pleased with their work. It took 25 days to complete the installation of the artificial grass. We were told in the beginning from our project manager that there could be delays but 25 days. Most of the delays Grass Masters did not have complete control of and we except that fact. But their communication with us was terrible. The project manager never made to our house during the installation to inspect the work. Or to see if we were satisfied with the work.The work crews were very nice but did not speak english . We had no way to communicate with them. After several calls George from quality control came to our house. He made arrangements for another grew to complete the project to our satisfaction. It took awhile but they also did a good job and were good workers. The final product is good but the communication not so.

Our backyard grass looks wonderful! Everything was explained to us. They were able to finish in 1 day. Very professional and our project manager took the time to answer our questions and concerns. Everything was cleaned up well when they finished. Scott came back to check up on us later and make sure we were satisfied with everything! Great experience!

It took a little bit of time but there was some circumstances but the staff is very helpful. The grass installers did a fantastic job and the grass looks beautiful.

Fair prices, attentive staff and great work!

This was the worst experience we have ever had with any company. And we are old! They contracted a large job. Then put us on an indefinite hold due to unavailability of product, WITHOUT notifying us. Mind you we gave then 50% down. When we contacted and found out we got different stories every time. One lie after another. We had a month of trying to be available for them. Cancel plans and wait. Then the second product was unavailable ,again different stories. We took 2/3 of the job off. We ended up paying 75% of the original quote. BIGGEST RIP OFF EVER. By this time and many headaches we paid just to get rid of them.The only thing they did right was to replace the grass that they left in the street for 4 days and it got stolen when we left the house for an hour.

Darren Johnson did a great job selling me on the company, the turf and the service. They did a great job and provided just what we needed a beautiful space of pet grass next to our jacuzzi for our border collie to use to catch his ball!!!! Thanks for a great job on time!!!!

The finished product is wonderful but getting from day one to completion two weeks later (fairly small project) was very stressful. There is absolutely no communication from company to customer. Worker came by first morning June 24 at 6:00 AM to tell us no one was going to work that day (he spoke very broken English). About 10AM that same day two workers showed up (speaking very poor English) and were not sure what they were to do. (We had some special instruction that the salesperson (who is also apparently project mgr.) knew but these two workers did not seem to know). Luckily we had some work being done inside that day and had someone who spoke very good English and Spanish. With his help we got the two guys started on their work. They worked till mid afternoon and then left. No one came back until July1 and nothing was said to us from anyone at the Company. When I finally called they had some sand and rock delivered that apparently needed to be used for my border. Two workers showed up and began that work. The project mgr. also showed up and walked the front and back yard. He never stopped and said a word to us. He had also shown up June 25 and wondered where his guys were and told us he would check on that and let us know when they were coming. NEVER HAPPENED. So now we are a full week since the first bit of work was done and the border is up and the following day grass gets installed. That was July 2. The workers left and we heard nothing until Wednesday the 7th at which time we initiated contact and told them we were tired of the delays and total lack of communication. The dumpster was still in the street and had been for two weeks (Glendale allows two weeks). We also had three separate piles of rock/sand in the street and we wanted the job finished. Today July 8 the same two workers from the very first day showed up (at 6) and didnt seem to be sure which rock/sand pile they needed to spread. My husband installed a translator app on his phone and was able to communicated with them to use up all the rock and walked around and showed them everywhere it needed to go. They finished the work except we still cant tell where they capped the water lines for the old sprinklers in the front yard. Looks like they just cut the wire. The dumpster is still out front along with a pile of sand. We have a big roll of turf on our back patio that may be big enough to redo the front again. And we apparently paid for that. As I said above the work is beautiful and had they just communicated each time they just disappeared for days and managed our expectations it would have been much better. They did send out an email weeks before the job started stating it might take several days to complete the work. They didnt say that several days would be over weeks. If they had said we will work on your job Thursday and Friday this week and then again on Thursday and Friday of next week we probably would have reacted better. We felt like the only reason they came today was because we raised such a big stink yesterday. Luckily we havent paid them yet so will get the little things that arent done taken care of before we do.

Amazing is the one word to describe the whole process with Artifical Grass Masters! Joseph Massaro did a fantastic job breaking everything down and explaining the whole process. I didnt know what exactly to expect the final product would look like but I was shocked at how amazing it all looked. It took a little bit to get the estimate scheduled but it was done so quickly once started. I travel often for work so I was nervous about not being there during the instalation but great communication from Joseph at every step made it way easier! The crew made sure everything was cleaned up and tidy such great customer service! 10 out of 10 would reccomend this company!

First of all, I do not write these kinds of reviews but this company is overselling and underdelivering on their installations. I cannot assign even one star, the communication has been non-existent. My job was started on Monday, after a four week delay, the crew said they would be back Tuesday and no one showed up. No one called me and when I finally got a hold of production was told they would be here today. Guess what??? Now I am told next Tuesday. I have a 1/4 finished backyard, materials out front and no one here to work. Not to mention production started 4 weeks later than I was promised because of material delivery. Perhaps you should not be selling new work until you can complete the work already committed to by existing customers and actually get materials to do the work. I do not recommend using this company.

It was a great experience working with artificial grass masters. From the free quote to the finish product, very seamless and transparent process. They had plenty of options from products to payment options. The crew was great, personable and hard working.

We had a small section of our yard next to the pool covered with turf to use as a sunning area. We were actually gone when the job was completed. Our sales rep., Eugenia Quintana, came by during the install to make sure it was done properly. He came back the day we got home to make sure we were happy and noticed one of the edges didnt appear to be down securely and he took care of it himself. We were so happy with the job that was done that we are in the process if having Eugenio give us a cost estimate to have the rest of the backyard covered. Very very happy customers!!

Only giving 4 overall because communication with people in this company is lacking. I will say my yard looks wonderful. I m really happy with results. So that can have 5+ stars. I got turf, rocks, pavers and small area of retaining blocks I ll use for plants. Pavers and wall retaining blocks I got myself, AGM installed when they installed the turf. Even moved my Tuff Shed then moved back on to the pavers. And dug some post holes into the cement like ground where I m going to put a dog run. Of course I was charged for labor for holes but worth it. My project was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Honestly I don t remember, maybe week, but I wasn t in rush. We also had monsoons and my yard had standing water in a couple areas. Luckily it dried out and wasn t an issue. So communication. I might not remember dates real well but I remember getting duplicate/triple calls. The one this week from a totally new person asking when he could come inspect and collect, then text request to do survey, totally made me scratch my head and made me get to survey. First. I was called after submitting request on line and set appointment. Had sales rep/project mgr Doug out and got an estimate. I was waiting for a couple other estimates before deciding. AGM were half what Tuff Turtle quoted. And Paradise Stone never bothered to even call back with estimate. So choose AGM. Doug was nice and informative too, that s a plus. After I called him back to hire and set day for him to collect deposit I get a call from another person wanting to set appt to come give me a quote. They just don t talk to each other. I probably had another call before project started to see when someone could come give me a quote. After paying deposit to Doug end of July I didn t hear anything until a text came the week before the 16th saying project would start Aug.16th. No one let me know date the sand and gravel would be delivered, it just showed up on Friday 13th. My calling office got me no answers. Was just told when materials in they can work. Then still no calls to confirm anything.If I hadn t gotten text I d not have had any idea of dates. I still needed to get pavers and blocks delivered from Home Depot. I d gone to AGM showroom to see pavers they have but really didn t like them. And getting in stock ones I liked from HD sped up project time with wait only for turf and a installation date. If needing to be ordered could take lots longer. Time table blur now but they finished up in a week. Doug came out a time or two but the crew were people I talked to. Never got but one name, Jose, but the 3 guys were very nice and showed me what they were going to do and answered questions when I had any. They cleaned up when done and did a great job. Project is done. I figure Doug will call right away and set time to collect balance due. Being they only take cash (unless you pay extra fees for financing) I needed new balance since had to add on labor when I added on an extra row of wall blocks. But it was end of week after the project done and he texts. He had been sick so I understood. But he didn t know the project was all completed. I was able to get to bank. We scheduled for Saturday then he canceled and said he could come by Sunday. I said has to be Monday. And final payment made. The dumpster sat another week. I d asked Doug a few times about leveling walkway pavers in front yard and he was to add to work order but never did so wasn t done during backyard project. When he came out to collect bal owed he said he d get a work order set and let me know. Never heard from him. That was Aug.30th. I get the vm from new guy yesterday wanting to set the inspection and collect balance. I texted back all done, all paid, two weeks ago. I mentioned Doug never got front paver level set up but I decided just skip after not hearing from him. I thought maybe an offer to do at no charge would happen as courtesy for lack of communication with me and between each other, giving me duplicate calls. But Nope. So I ll say Communication over and out AGM.

Update The quality of work was good. Had to give three stars for horrible communication, multiple no shows, and behind schedule. Everyone I spoke with was polite and professional, just had to keep taking off of work because they kept saying crew will be there tomorrow and no one showed up.

Called Artificial Grass Masters and Scott came right out. Scott was a pleasure to work with. The crew did an excellent job and very meticulous during the install. I would recommend them to everyone.

I had reached out to five hardscape places trying to get a someone to come and go over options, design, quote etc. AGM was the only company to actually come out. Joey came out within the week and walked me through the entire process. He sketched it out, contributed ideas, and explained all the pricing options/differences between the turfs. Material was dropped off a week a later and was started on the following day. The guys that came out were always super nice and left no mess whatsoever. Whenever they showed up, they explained what they were going to do and how long they might be here. Upon leaving, they would tell what was left to do and when they would be back. Now we have a beautiful backyard for our son to play in. Couldnt be happier with the overall process. They walked me through ever part of the process from start to finish. Definitely highly recommend them.

They did a great job on the grass installation when they finally showed up. A 3-day job took a week because they did not show up and did not even have the courtesy to call when they weren t coming. My husband took off work 3 days he didn t need to. The supervisor only came the first day. They did a terrible job on removing the existing lawn. Everywhere there is no barrier cloth there is grass coming up. We have sprayed to no avail. Every time it rains it just comes back again. Do not use this company unless you have a bare yard!

Thus far my experience has been disappointing. I paid a deposit in July expecting that late September or early October work would begin, no problem. We received notice that work would be performed on September 13th and 14th several weeks ago, great. We planned around these expected dates, however they ended up no call no show. Not even a simple text stating delays, which are completely understandable. After numerous calls in we were finally contacted on what was planned as the final day of work with updated dates of the 15th through the 17th. Delays are expected and acceptable, a lack of communication and updates are not. Once the work is complete I will reassess my review for the overall experience. Update 1: It appears someone came by on 9/15 to take account of what had been dropped of, either that or someone my just be looking to steal everything that has been left in my front yard for the past week. 9/16 - my wife received a text stating someone will be working on my yard on the 16th and all day the 17th. No one showed on the 16th. Still no one has showed yet on the 17th. Update 2: I called to speak with the owner whom was good enough to leave a response, due to again, no show, no call. However the owner is apparently out of town and unable to take my call. The GM reported that I am the 2nd job today. I didnt want to be told I was the priority, all I want is an honest assessment with integrity. I feel I have now been told twice two inaccurate assessments on schedule with no follow-up when scheduling has delays. Its clear I am not a priority and also that I cant get an honest assessment. Update 3: I was told that Id have someone out to start the work in 2 hours at 11 am. It was 2pm at the time I called back, again no call, no show. I ended up speaking with a 3rd person for the day. Ive asked to have everything removed and a refund. I thought that with the owners response I might have a chance at some honesty and action, but the constant apologies and lies were too much. At this point I would never recommend anyone do business with Artificial Grass Masters. Its unfortunate that they wasted so much of mine and my wifes time to be treated this way in the end. Even more interesting is that no more than 30 minutes after requesting a refund, workers came by to remove the turf. How is it that they magically had time all the sudden? Not once did anyone ever try to get in touch with us through the whole process, no one lifted a finger to call me and keep me in the loop. As an owner this kind of service should be embarrassing. Final Update: After cancelling the work and starting the search for someone to install pavers and turf we met with the owner again to convey our experience and unhappiness, at which point he was willing to fully refund our deposit. To his Credit, he sat down and listened and as the face of the company accepted the responsibility for the lack of communication. We renegotiated the contract so I could come to a decision again on who would be performing the work. I went through several other companies that unfortunately werent able to deliver on the sales side, there was a lack of samples and lack of concept/diagram of work to be performed. I stuck with Artificial Grass Masters on a new contract and direct line of communication with the owner. After a rescheduling of the work, I received plenty of communication and employees showed up for the work in a timely fashion. The employees that performed the work were professional and did a fantastic job, even with some changes to the work being performed. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the result. I would definitely work with Artificial Grass Masters again, however I would certainly ensure a open and direct line of communication with certain folks within the company and express the importance of letting me know of any delays and rescheduling weeks out if needed. If not for the lack of communication at the onset of the work, I would certainly be rating them at 5 stars.

This company has been so unprofessional. They have done 4 no call no shows on my grass install. I had to call multiple times and they would give empty promises. The first day they didn t show so my husband called to see what happened and they responded: sorry we are a day behind but we will be there first thing tomorrow morning between 6:30-8 am. My husband and I totally understood since there has been a labor shortage. Day 2 and my husband took off work to make sure he would be there for install, but again, no show. I called the company to see where the installers were and they told me the installer didn t answer so they were most likely driving to our house to install right now. That was a lie. After I called our project manager asking what the eta of the installers was he said he will get back to me to find out. I called at noon and he didn t get back to me till after 4:30 PM saying sorry they won t make it today but Saturday they will come and FOR SURE have the grass installed by Sunday. Just leave your side gate unlocked. Ok, a little annoyed, but I remained patient. Saturday came by and went, still nothing, so I called our project manager again at around 3 and of course he didn t answer and didn t call me back. Now I m angry, so I called the company to see where the installers were at and told them the story of 3 no shows. The guy on the phone asked me: so you ve had 3 no shows and you re upset? I said yes but my main thing is to see what is going on? Are the installers on their way or not? he told me they would give a call back to explain what was going on. They never called me back. Sunday has now passed and I have not seen anybody or received any word on my install status.

I am posting to help a neighbor - HEY Artificial Grass Masters COME GET YOUR DUMPSTER !!! Artificial Grass Masters did some work over two months ago. They have yet to remove their dumpster or clean up their mess. Many have called them several times over the past month. HEY Artificial Grass Masters come you dumpster !!!

They left a dumpster in our neighborhood and for weeks lied about picking it up.

The work was excellent. The end product is fantastic. We love it.

Very poor communications from vendor. Work did not start as promised. Material left in street vice behind RV gate as promised and thus I had to move 18, 50-pound bags of sand by hand. Was overcharged for what was in dumpster when work was completed. Was charged a separate delivery fee for the gravel but it was in the dumpster when it was dropped off for which we were separately billed. Solenoid valve to sprinkler system was supposed to be cut and capped off but they didnt do it so I had to. Had to wait almost six days to get dumpster removed.

Artificial Grass Masters does quality work and listens to their customers to work out any concerns. It was a pleasure to work with James Duncan who was responsive and attentive to providing excellent customer service.

Your sales rep, Darren Johnson, was superlative and I have already referred another neighbor to him. The workers came when Darren said they would and the new turf looks great.

I contacted Artificial Grass Masters because we wanted to be able to get more use out of our backyard full of rock. Martiza Anderson, our project manager, did a wonderful job of designing our new landscape with turf, curbing, and patio pavers. Not only was the beautiful green turf installed, but he designed a larger patio above our pool following the natural contour of our yard. Our yard looks beautiful from the inside and the outside. Terrible customer service! Nothing on the website about needing to make an appointment. We went to their office on 85th Ave and Bell. Door is locked, we called the number, person who answered said people were inside, she took our number to call back and let us know. We waited outside, called back after 10 minutes just wanted to know open door or make an appointment. She said wed get a call back. Went to Home Depot.

Cody was my salesman and was wonderful. He made sure I understood all aspects of the installation process. He also oversaw the work done by the installers to be sure all was done to my specifications. Well start with - These guys are worth it! Their quality and service are worth your time! My fiancee and I spent approximately 6 months planning and researching. The crew shoveled landscape red stone into the river rock swale and my husband spent over 13 hours removing the red rock out of the swale (2 wheelbarrows). This was a total lack of consideration for the customer and an equal lack of caring about the professional result of the finished job. My husband would have given a 5 star review if there hadn t been so much effort on his part to get the perimeter landscaping back to what it was before the job began.

My son had a home built recently and his the backyard was not complete. He contacted Artificial grass Masters to come out and landscape his backyard. My son had to have me come over and look at it. Several years ago, Artificial Grass Masters installed some turf for us, and also installed sunscreens on our house. Over the past couple years, some monsoon windstorms occasionally dislodged a sunscreen or two, necessitating us having a handyman come put them back up. This year when it happened again, I realized I should just call Artificial Grass Masters and see what they recommend, since they put them up in the first place. Chris came out, took a look at the sunscreens, and informed us that it appeared they werent installed according to their quality expectation. I expected him to say something like, For $100 per screen, well have someone get scheduled to come out and reinstall them for you. But much to my surprise, he said (after conferring with his manager Justin), Im really sorry about that. The original installer didnt install them to our specifications, so Im going to come out and replace them for you. Not only did he come out *that same week* and install them for us, but they actually *replaced* all the sunscreens and reinstalled them!! I was (and still am) flabbergasted at their desire/commitment to get things right for their customers, even when that meant doing so at their own expense. I was so impressed that I asked them to install another 3 sunscreens on my house. Now everything looks great, and I dont have to fear the screens falling down in any more windstorms. We were expecting a professional experience! We got anything but! We were awake at 5am nearly everyday by work crew who had no clue of what our landscape plan was! No masks were worn! The whole purpose of installing the grass was to make our yard handicapped a accessible. The finished Landscape has mounds and slopes not at all a level surface.and has areas where the grass has not been installed correctly. Again not the professional or quality experience we expected !

We love our backyard! The AGM team was so awesome to work with. Raul, our project manager, walked us through the whole process. We love our new backyard. Artificial Grass Masters installed a 15 x40 putting green and a 29 x21 patio made from Belgard pavers. They also installed lights for ambiance and as a bonus so we can putt at night. Project Manager Scott was great to work with. He came up with a design within our budget and coordinated the work so it was done prior to originally promised. He is a great guy to work with, honest and a lot of fun! We ll enjoy our patio for many years to come.

Tuesday isnt Monday. While the staff responded to my initial phone deal with great efficiency, my appointment for services was set for Monday morning between 10 & 12. No show, no call. Then before I could call the office and inquire, at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday morning, my doorbell rang. The crew serviced my turf as directed, providing everything I paid for, just a day late. If setting a schedule is important to you, keep this in mind.

Had artificial GM completely redo my backyard this past week. The company as a whole has been great and flexible with working around HOA restrictions and reschedules. My project manager Victor did a great job of coordinating and conveying my ideas into something real. The work crew was also friendly, respectful and very helpful. 10/10 will use again for the next project.

I had my artificial grass installed on on November 12th. The customer experience was rock solid up to the installation date. On the day of the installation, the crews showed up but did not have all the instructions and materials to begin the installation. This delayed the installation by 2-3 hours. When the crews were done, they left without notifying me they were done and to make sure I was satisfied with the installation. Additionally, they did a poor job at cleaning up my yard. They left grass trimmings and nails in my rocks. Additionally, they cleaned the installation area with a blower which blew debris all over my rocks and left that for me to clean up. I was left with no information on maintenance requirements that may need to be done post installation. It took two days before the project manager reached out to me to setup a date to do the walkthrough and to finalize the project. We setup a date of 11/18 at 5:30pm to complete the project. The project manager no call no showed. This angered me as I took time off work to make sure I was there to meet him. Needless to say, the customer service from the day of the installation has been poor at best. I will say Artificial Grass Masters did do a great installation but sure could improve on the overall customer experience. 12/2 UPDATE: I wanted to take time to provide an update on my experience with Artificial Grass Masters after my initial post. The owner of the company and the project manager went to great lengths to ensure I was happy with the project and it met my expectations after my initial review. They were very apologetic about my customer service experience which meant a lot. For an owner of the company to take time and contact me directly I felt was a great sign that he cared about his customers and truly wanted to make sure I was happy with the grass installation. I updated my rating to 4 stars as I felt the end result was a good experience. I would recommend them for your landscaping needs.

THEE WORST group of I have ever been associated with. Really discouraging that SRP has had to reach them 5 times (still nothing complete) for the rebate information. With was a perk of doing business with AGM!! We had several problems with AGM. Saying they would show up for work and did not, shady business dealings, pushing schedule, non communicative. Very bad taste in my mouth. I m all about supporting veteran owned businesses, however I m ashamed to have done dealings with this group! We spent nearly $10K with them for the projects at our home. You would think a customer would be treated as gold, especially during these times.

Really happy that we chose Artificial Grass Masters to do our backyard. Raul was our sales rep and spent time with us providing ideas for our layout and solutions to our issues. AGM was not the least expensive of the 4 estimates we received but we felt the most secure using them... and they did not disappoint! Nico and his crew were great - very skilled! We couldn t be happier with the end result and will definitely use them again for other projects. Thank you, AGM!

Although we had an excellent consultation, follow up and communication after was extremely disappointing. It would take days to hear responses. We decided the lack of communication was a big red flag and moved our business to another turf company. Do not recommend!

Bad customer service. Product not good and we had to go to their office just to get problem solved
