Our yard was a mess!!! We live in the woods and there is so much shade and so many weeds that creep in from the woods that we thought we couldn t have a nice lawn. We ve had only one application and at this time most of the weeds are dead and our yard is so much greener and healthier, I highly recommend WeedMan service and can t wait to see our yard transition in the next years!

Weedman has been doing a wonderful job on our Church lawn which has improved under their care.

First time customer and the process has been great. Bart, my lawn technician explained everything he will do for the season treatments. I feel this will be a good relationship for lawn service.

We were not home when the work was done. We knew when they were coming, but we had another commitment. That was all okay. We were informed of what was done and could have communicated with the tech if necessary. We are pleased.

They came and fertilize my yard and was quite fast about it. Very nice

This has been one of the worst experiences I ve ever dealt with. We moved here 2 years ago to open a large retail furniture store and have dealt with many services and vendors. This has been the worst experience in regards to setting expectations and professionalism. They have collected our money and have lied multiple times regarding the application of our first treatment. I spoke with a representative on Facebook and was agin given a false statement. They blocked my Facebook account because I was speaking the truth to community members. As someone that sees thousands of customers a year, why would you want to hide the truth 2 whether it s good or bad. You have to be able to accept criticism and make good when you make arrangements. They have dropped the proverbial ball multiple times now and then showed how incredibly unprofessional they are by hiding the truth and blocking a customer. A customer in which has already paid and received nothing more than an inconvenience. We will be cancelling our services and will let everyone we see know our opinion if asked. Please get multiple quotes folks.

They really do a good job. Much better than the company we used last year.

My first year with Weed Man and its not starting out well. They came once and applied fertilizer. All that did is make the weeds grow even faster. I called them and they said theyd send someone out this week. Today I got a text saying they will be out Monday if weather permits. And of course the forecast for Monday is rain.

Sarah does a great job of answering all my questions and being positive and professional on the phone. Brian walked the yard with me and answered all my questions and we had a good discussion about my options. I have recommended Weed Man to my friends.

Mixed review overall that is still in wait and see mode service has been somewhat slow and unfortunately Weed Man cannot spray flower beds. However, customer service experience was excellent. The lady I talked to (I believe her name was Danielle) was extremely kind, understanding, and quick to take action with my request after expressing my frustrations. Fingers crossed lawn experience will improve to level of quality customer service received over the phone.

This is our first year to use their weed control service and our yard hasn t looked better! We are very pleased!

Customer service rep Sarah sherman contacted me last week in regards to card on file not accepting the latest charges. She was very professional and friendly while we discussed what the possible reasons may be. She offered to send me my history of services and payments to help me check things out on my side. She did not take the easy option and ask/pressure me to simply use a different card. :-) With the information she emailed me, I was able to resolve the card issue on my end. I contacted her after the holiday weekend. Again she was professional, friendly, and remembered me. This time the card payment worked. For a change it was a pleasure to talk with a companys 877 customer service rep, discuss an issue with a receptive person, and resolve it without me feeling Im a bother to them. High marks to Sarah in all the customer service categories.

Poor service, ineffective product. I didnt appreciate this at all. I regret taking this service, and I felt that they were deceptive towards me.

Our yard is always super green first in the spring, and weeds are never a problem, even though my flower beds seem to make enough to give them a run for their money!

husband scheduled for weedman to come out we paid 287.55 and found out that didnt include overseeding. This was a very big disappointment for us. Why he went with this package because thats what we were told. He called the other day and was told it was for 6 visits for fertilizing and weed control??

I had them for weed control and one part of my yard I dont think they ever treated because I had an issue. the last Supposed treatment i had weeds again but this time the treatment didnt kill anything. So I contacted them to come spray again and they refused to because I had cancelled the fall fertilization since the last one I did didnt seem to make a difference. I didnt want to pay for something that didnt really change my lawn.

They were awesome! I loved the look of my lawn over the years, and never having to bicker over pricing or service. Great company!
