The work on the property was good. The problem is the accounting dept couldnt get me the bills in a timely manor and then charged me late fees.

My yard looks fantastic!

This company was terribly unprofessional. They managed to run over gravel with their equipment, spitting rocks everywhere, they damaged the paint on the side of my house, and left the back gate open, allowing my dog the opportunity to escape! She could have been hit by a car! Shutting the gate upon completion is landscaping 101. My husband has been in contact with them via email for several days now and all their resolutions have been questionable at best. It s as if they re doing the bare minimum to pacify us so that they can keep the $400 they charged without having to actually correct issues appropriately. I wouldn t trust them to manage my lawn with child scissors at this point.

Everything was fast and easy. Made the appointment online, the tech arrived early in the morning, completely covered our artificial turf and the nearby bushes with tarps, sprayed the olive tree and cleaned up. Payment was online. Again, all fast & easy!

We could not find a landscaping company interested in doing a relatively small project at our townhome until we contacted Victors. We wanted to replace the plants and construct a small patio in the front yard. Victors took on our project and accomplished everything in two days. We couldnt be more pleased.

My neighbors have this service for their landscaping. I have asked them multiple times to not blow the debris from the neighbors yard, but they continue to do it. When I spoke to the crew chief, he blamed me saying I never clean my yard. I have been getting my yard ready for plants etc. so right now I have no plants, trees, or anything else that would cause debris to be in my yard. Any debris is from other peoples yard and them blowing debris in our yard doesnt help. Poor professionalism. Lazy crew blowing debris in neighbors yards. Do not recommend. Update: There is another Victors Landscape or someone is posing as their employee. I received a call from Victors Landscaping Inc. verifying they didnt have any employees in our area. The truck didnt have their logo and only 1 person was wearing a shirt with Victors Landscaping logo. Per the manager they all wear uniforms. I updated this to 5 stars because they took the time to contact me and work this out. They also asked me to contact them if I see the person again.

The staff are very professional & helpful, and the landscape work is dependable and timely. Whenever I have had a problem with any of the many issues desert landscape can bring, Victors has gone above and beyond to re-claim the beauty of the landscaping. I trust them. AO

Very high prices for low service. Will double and triple charge you and will also fake GPS to say they were at your place. Stay far far away from this company.

The work they performed at my property was great. They came and were timely and professional. They cut and trimmed my tall Palm trees and the Mulberry tree also. The price for the service was fair and the trees look great. I plan on using them again and will continue to do so. They are a company that will work together in partnership with you to meet your needs.

We have had both our front and backyards relandscaped with Desert formats, and I receive positive comments on our front yard very often. The staff is always nice and helpful. The appointment times are always kept and the jobs are done efficiently and correctly. Their prices are very reasonable, even though you pay for the credit card fee. I highly recommend this company and their services, especially if you want a job done correctly and reach them by phone or email for information/help.

When using this company be very aware of additional charges when using a credit card! I paid an additional $ 360 .00 because I did not pay cash for a very extensive irrigation upgrade. I did not read the fine print! Due to lack of sufficient help the project took over 2 weeks to complete. Be sure you understand every nuance of the contract and are in agreement as to what will be accomplished and watch the wording used. The work was great but there was confusion over what was contained in the contract and the billing department leaves a lot to be desired!

A 2 month wait to trim a small tree well b fined b4 that thanks no thanks u cant find my name cuz u never asked for it I called was told about the wait on the tree service and I had to have ongoing services

We had Victors Landscaping replace the irrigation lines in our back yard and design and install new several new plants in conjunction with a pool project being completed. Ana is an amazing designer, and the technicians came out to our property were friendly and professional.

They do a good job maintaining my plants and yard. Im away a lot so it would be nice if they communicated a little better about the health of my plants. Came home to two very dead plants with no notification about it. Had to spend a lot of money for them to replace them. Overall prices are a little steep as well. But after calling 20+ landscapers after I moved in to my house, this company was the only one that answerd the phone. Customer service also responds in a timely manner.

Victors Landscaping has provided excellent service for my landscaping projects, from consultation and design and estimates to installation of desert landscaping and patio and walkway to efficient billing and follow-up. They never show up on time, when they do show up they break the sprinkler heads and never fix them, the office staff gives a hundred excuses and will never let you talked to someone in charge.

Horrible was charged 390 and workers here for less than an hour. Didnt blow patio and didnt take out trash they left. Will not use again

After 8 months of throwing money down the drain to fix irrigation, grass etc. Still have issues. Leaks, zones that are not working & dead grass. Stay away from this company!

Set up an appointment for a estimate and stayed home only for no one to show up and then when I call they say he is late today. A phone call would of been nice. I will not be using them ever!

Ghosted me on scheduling service for work that was approved through a quote. I was told that scheduling was 2 weeks out. I was fine with that, just wanted get it scheduled. After a week of waiting, my credit card was billed for a deposit, and no scheduling had been agreed appon. So I was expecting 3 weeks out or more? F-that. If they couldnt handle the work load they should have take my money. Canceled all services AND they still charged me a processing fee!!!

One of the most Dishonest companies I have ever seen. I was hit by one of their drivers and now they are not reaching back to their insurance in order to get my vehicle fixed. The driver admitted fault but their insurance won t fix my car until they contract him . I ve called this company and all that say is we will call them .

Although our patio with our condo is small and this is a minor account for Victors, they always treat us with the respect and service as larger jobs. Their work is beyond our expectations. I especially appreciate their follow up emails for seasonal pruning, etc. I would highly recommend Victors for both large and small landscaping and maintenance needs.

Weve been using Victors for several years to keep a vacant commercial piece of property free from trash and weeds. Victors has always helped us for any job needed evening repairing and replacing portions of our wrought iron fencing. Would highly recommend Victors Landscaping.

Sales man showed up with his sunglasses and gum it took him 3 minutes to give me an outrageous quote.not complaining about the price its just how he Represented himself and the company which it was very very poor. And after they gave me the quote no one followed up with me to ask. So I dont Recommend this company to anyone on of there is less than one star I would give it to them

Needed a landscape refresh as we prepare our home for listing. Victor s listened and came back with a reasonable proposal that addressed our needs. A simple clean-up of existing plants, a few new plantings and paver repair. It looks great. Others did not listen and came back with a total re-landscape plan. Ridiculous. They didn t listen. Victor s did. Crew was punctual, courteous and professional. We would absolutely use them again.

I submitted an online request to schedule an estimator to come out. Analisha responded that their next available appointment was on June 2. I responded asking for an appointment on June 3. No response. Come June 2, an estimator shows up. Rings the doorbell twice and then helps himself to my backyard. I wasnt home and my fiancé (who works from home) was surprised by a random man walking in our yard. Thankfully our dogs were inside at this time. My fiancé went out to see who he was and not once did this guy say who he was or which company he worked for. Completely unprofessional. Will not be pursuing their business.

Did not show up for the day of the estimate. Made excuses as to why they didnt show up. They asked if I wanted to reschedule and I declined. Next day I find someone going though my back yard saying he is with this company. No phone call no knock or doorbell ring. Between the trespassing and staff that is clearly incompetent I insist you stay far away from this place. Guy who was in my back yard should consider himself lucky.

Ive used Victors for a complete backyard conversion and patio installation and also for tree pruning. The estimate was complete and timely and the work crews were thorough and conscientious. Im very pleased with Victors Landscaping services.

I bought a different home with a drip irrigation system. The homeowner did not understand how it worked and could not explain it to me. A month in, the drip system started to run constantly. My water bill was enormous. A call to Victors and they responded the next day found the problem and fixed it reasonably. I highly recommend Victors.

Trimmed two trees. They did a very nice job. They had a vehicle issue the original day they were scheduled to come. They contacted me immediately and came out first thing the next day. It was handled very well. They cleaned up after so well you would never know the trees has just been trimmed.

Diseased tree removal and replacement. We had a slight glitch in the job but that was also due to our schedule having been moved up since we offered to take a schedule change if they had a cancellation/reschedule. Stump grinder wasnt available at the time of removal and that put us back a couple of days. Not a big disruption and I would have given a 4.5 but doesnt seem like that option exists. Victor and his team do a good job and we recommend them for their expertise and ability to accomplish the work needed.

They saved the life of my large Palo Verde tree that had split down the middle of the trunk in a wind storm. They did a very nice job of cleaning up the whole yard.

I contacted this company via email and phone call on April 2 to have this company bid on landscape maintenance at my home. I verified verbally that someone would be at my hone by 2pm on April 9. By 3:30 today no one showed up and no contact was received. I called this company again and the lady I spoke with said she did have record of my inquiries and understood I was scheduled for service today but did not know why no one showed up. However, the lady said I was called but did not answer. I did see a call but for some reason no message was left. Nothing was communicated why no message was left or why it appears only one call back was made. The lady who I spoke with today said she didn t know what happened but I didn t talk to her. I replied that should not matter. I have had serious problems with finding a good landscape company and thus experience was no different. No one actually communicates. Their primary issue is not to communicate and certainly not accept responsibility. How companies can put such glowing, self serving descriptions on their website but have no clue about customer service is amazing. Lost me as a customer before they ever start. I am certain anything I say does not matter. Sad

The team was great to work with. They asked how much we wanted trimmed. Made the trees look great and cleaned up all debris. Excellent work.

Victors crew did some grading on my lot to facilitate better drainage away from my foundation. Plus removed 2 rally large bushes. All work was done in a timely manner once it was scheduled. The crew were very nice and did a great job cleanup job of the area at the end of the job. Definitely would hire Victor again.

I hired this company to remove some broken tree limbs and grading at my house. The tree work was fine though the grading was over-priced...they charged $179 per hour for supposedly 2 men and equipment. Day 1 was 1 man with a shovel,pick, and rake for 4 hours. Day 2 was 2 men for less than 2 hours. They billed me $1433 for the labor. When i complained about the price I was told the guys arrived at their shop to load their truck at 5:30 am and drive to my house... So for 2 days loading their lunch and driving to my house cost me $796.00 I cant afford to use this company.

I highly recommend Victor s. They have been taking care of my yard for almost a year and it looks better than it ever has. I tried two other companies before them and although they were a little less expensive, the outcome was mediocre. Victor s is very communicative and pays attention so if there is a problem with say the sprinklers it gets attention before half my yard is dead. They know how and when to trim what s in your yard. You won t have to tell them that yuccas should not be trimmed into globes! Very professional!

Victors Landscaping is the go to source for all things landscaping. I have used them for the past twenty years and I am constantly amazed at the quality work I always get from Victors Landscaping. His crews do a wonderful job, and know almost instinctively what needs to be done. I appreciate Victor, his crew, and his office staff, and will continue to use them for all my future landscaping needs. I recently had them trim my two date palms and fan palm, and they did a fantastic job. More importantly, they cleaned up all the debris from it in such a way that you could not tell they were even there.

I am giving two stars because unfortunately, I have more complaints than praise for my experience with them. I used their services recently and will start with the good. The team of three men they sent to work on my yard were fantastic. They were friendly, efficient, and communicative. How these men could smile and be friendly while working in the hot summer sun is beyond me. I appreciated them. On to my gripes. The office is a hot mess. I called and gave them my info to schedule an appointment, only to have to call them back five days later to say I still need an appointment (someone was supposed to reach out to me to schedule my appointment and never did). So, the second time I once again had to go through giving my information because they didnt have it. It was like I never made the first phone call, which irritated me because having my yard cleaned up was time sensitive. They tell me someone will be out to assess my property and provide an estimate. I wait all morning well into the afternoon. I receive an email with the estimate later that evening, which irritated me. Heres why: Apparently someone came by but didnt bother to ring my doorbell. I wanted to show the person specific areas to make sure my needs were clear and there were no surprise charges. I wasted my day sitting around waiting for someone to come when in fact, they did but didnt bother to let me know. So inconsiderate. Speaking of surprise charges, if you hire them, expect to possibly pay an additional $100 beyond what you thought you would pay. During my phone conversation with the office I was explicit in what my needs were and specifically asked what I would be charged for. At no point was it mentioned that there would be additional fees for services I didnt ask for. Yes, looking back it was vaguely mentioned in the contract as fees MAY apply (not WILL apply), however they just as easily could have placed it in the actually bid clearly. Or perhaps if I had a chance to speak to the person that came and assessed my property in ghostly fashion, this wouldve been covered in the conversation. I felt the way thet went about this extra charge was shady, therefore losing my trust. I paid it, but with resent as I felt trapped by what I think is slithery business practice. So much of this could have been avoided if this company had better communication skills. As far as my yard, I am pleased by what the men did. They were smart with the time I paid for and brought my property to a place where I can actually breathe. Thank you, labor Team! As for the people working behind the scenes, I just cant.

I ve been a customer of Victor s Landscaping for more than 10 years now. In addition to bi-monthly landscaping, they have performed other maintenance needs for me as well, such as: trimming and thinning my very tall pine tree, repairing my rear fence, installing a trailer parking area, backyard landscaping, and repairing my decorative brick facade. The service they provide is top notch and the quality of their work is always very good. Very poor communication, or lack thereof. Victor was supposed to meet at house between 9-10am to perform work. We re out of town and had people waiting there until 10:30... no show, no call. Was contacted by Victor after noon complaining he d been waiting at the gate for 30 minutes. The nerve! Also, I was told by office staff that the Victor was given a gate code. Also, even though I was clear we just wanted the work done (it s time sensitive) he was only there for an estimate. Moving on, never to return

I was stranded in Peoria a few weeks ago and I walked up on this place in the middle of the night and found an outside 110v plug outside to charge my cell .

Last week on Friday, December 6, a crew from Victors Landscaping arrived to trim 2 Palo Verdes in front yard and remove a pecan tree in the back yard. I showed the team leader Jesus my concerns with pecan tree (close to fence and close to underground cable. Crew began and Jesus worked his magic with the chain saw. All the limbs fell into the yard where planned. The fence was never in any danger. The stump removal went perfect and the underground cable was never touched. Cleanup was excellent and crew was courteous and answered all my questions and comments. Cant remember all the names of crew but give them kudos for job well done. Till next time take care!

The owner of this company is wonderful, and thus are this company s staff. They came and added new back and front timers for the sprinklers. They are very easy and personable to deal with. I am highly pleased with all work that they have done at my house. My backyard NEVER looked SO NICE!!!

VERY POOR COMMUNICATION from this place. We had Victor out for a quote to trim our mature Mesquite trees. His crew came after one failed time & day. They completed the job well and I was impressed with the attention to detail after. However, when I called to have them back to re-trim a tree that wasnt completely trimmed the first time I could not get them back. He made three appointment times and then just blew it off. Take your chances.

Victor was a true God send! After using unprofessional landscapers I called Victor and he came and had to redo work that was already paid for plus finishing a less than half job and redoing things. He is creative in design and suggestions were just right on. His crew were efficient and worked hard and fast. Victor started the job on time and finished on time. His office staff (Ana) was always on top of things and kept in contact to see schedule and follow up on work done. Definitely call them first!

This year Victors trimmed our Queen Palm trees again, and had no problem, even with the one over the power line to our house. The price was reasonable for five trees, and they do an excellent job.

I call Victors Landscaping out for those pesky weeds that pop up all the time. I have used them consistently for over a year. The reason I do, is, when I call and tell them what I need they go ahead and set the apt up as quickly as possible I work all the time so I am never ho me when they come out to do the work , but, I know they have been there when I get home. Not only do they take care of the weeds, but they go above and beyond by straightening the decorative rock, and cleaning my carport. The job they do is excellent and I will continue to use them every time. Because when they are done, my place really does look awesome. Thanks Victors Landscaping your work is excellent.

They are not professionals. I pay every month but they are not good at communication and are not responsive to what I want done in my yard. They had a guy come out and I did not even talk to him. I am the customer and they want to do it their way without any consultation from me. I am not satisfied with their work.

Very interesting. If you look up their reviews on Yelp, angies list, etc. the scores are very low. Here they are moderately high. No fooling. One of the raters has the last name of Pope and that is the owners last name. This company is all about money. They came up with a fuel surcharge when gas was $3.50 a gallon. It is now $2.25 a gallon but the surcharge stays. It was $60 on my last bill. Not the entire bill. Thats the surcharge only. Sign up with these guys if you want to part with your money fast. They are always trying to sell you services you dont want or need. Their guys literally dont know how to recognize a weed. I pay a pro to do weed spraying 1-2 times a year, but pop-ups occur throughout the year. They will mow the lawn, weeds and all. They never remove the weed or treat it. They just treat it like the rest of the lawn. You get it removed only if you take photos and send these to them and then are present to remind the guys when they come out. A lot of work for the customer. They supposedly have an inspector but Ive never seen the guy and the only time I ever heard from him is when he is selling more services. I do not want them to touch my irrigation system but they go in there anyway. The last 2 times they left the Run switch in the off position. One of these times we had nearly 120 degree heat and my water was off for 2 weeks and I didnt know it because I am the only person who goes in there and I didnt suspect they went in there. This cost me several plants. When I complained to the owner he said I have a bad irrigation system but offered to fix it for $500. No, I dont have a bad irrigation system, I have bad landscapers. I should say former landscapers.

Victors landscaping is probably the best landscaper I have used in the past 5 years. The crew was polite and very friendly. They worked hard and got the job done. Most importantly, they left the area in better condition than they found it. Great company!

I can only say this is a disingenuous company. I asked for a quote and they sent someone out. I explained what I needed done and they provided a price. I agreed to the price and paid 1/2 upfront as they requested. The day they arrived my wife explained to the foreman how she wanted certain plants trimmed which was no different that my explanation provided to their estimator. 10 minutes later I received a call from their office saying that now my property was determined to be a clean-up and cost $120/hr.. I asked why? The girl said because of what my wife described. When pushed to explain in detail the girl could not. I expressed this is not what we agreed to and they packed up and left at my request. The owner called and explained I changed the scope (oh sorry that I asked to have one small bush removed and 1 out of 4 ficus nitidas needed slightly more trimming) even though 1/2 of my bushes did not need trimming nor the trees since I have another company manage them. I do understand that additional work may be an additional cost but the foreman should have mentioned that up front , even if he had to confirm with his office (the owner disagreed and said that was not his job). So, by the time I was on the phone with their office, the plant was already out. At the end of the day, a difficult company to do business with. 3/15 - From my perspective 1 small bush removal should not constitute a change of scope to a total clean-up. I again reiterate that the foreman prior to removal of the bush should have simply stated sir, this may be an additional cost, let me check with my office and confirm before I start the work. I explained this to Victor who said that is not the foreman;s job. Perhaps Victor you should change your policy and empower your foreman with the ability to at least advise of a pending additional cost before doing the actual work and then check in with your office. Its pretty obvious Victor that its your way, and not your customers and when push comes to shove, the right side is your side, not the customers.

Great service. Everything was completed in one hour by a 3 person team. Crew left yard trimmed and clean. Price was a little higher than other landscaping service, but crew came on time. Price was worth that for me.

They have great customer service. The gentleman who came out did a phenomenal job. He was honest, and informed me that my drip system wasnt actually broke, he showed me how to use it. And did a great job on the repairs that were needed.

*******UPDATE******** After I wrote the review & contacted the ROC Victors Landscaping Inc served me with papers for a law suit. Victor Pope (owner) sued me for non payment (before the ROC even reviewed his work) and defamation (for the review). After some research I found that this wasnt the first time VLI has threatened or sued someone when his work was questioned by a customer. Meaning he uses this tactic to intimidate customers into paying for bad workmanship. The ROC agreed with every single complaint I had and I went to court and Maricopa County agreed in my favor. He even got his Project Manager to lie to the judge. Dont let a shady company scare you with a law suit if you know they are wrong. Hopefully Victor Pope learned a valuable lesson about false accusations & petty intimidation tactics. Horrible experience. 1) Owner, Victor Pope, was very rude. He will talk over you and not listen to your concerns. Even after telling him to stop talking over me while Im speaking, he continued to do it. Sarcastic attitude and tries to be condescending. Shouldve known not to hire when he was bad mouthing other potential contractors and claimed his work is top quality. Just all out very unprofessional once you make that 50% down payment. 2) The crew members urinated on my wood shed while they were working. Half of my yard was dirt but they chose to pee ON the wood shed, UNACCEPTABLE and unsanitary because I have dogs that were over there after the fact. Thats how I found out. At least urinate on the dirt and then cover it if you cant help but go. 3) The crew took my shovel, which I got back only because I had yet to pay the rest of the invoice. They also broke my chainsaw trying to remove a stump. 4) The crew left one of the PVC pipes with a big leak that leaked all night under the ground. Come the next morning I find the leak when I brought the curbing subcontractor back so they could do their job. An employee from Victors Landscaping came to check it out and straight out blamed the curbing crew when their equipment was still on the truck. Not to mention I saw it when I let them back there in the morning before anyone even started working. 5) Some sprinkler heads were below the sod, some partly under the curbing, some partly covered by sod, one too high. The gravel wasnt spread properly and you can tell the ground wasnt leveled because the curbing is rolling and not straight. Part of the yard they just didnt even level it at all. It was really just ridiculous. When the owner had to come out and look at the work they left unfinished he said Came out better than I thought it would Who says that? And then tells me that hes sorry they didnt live up to my standards after he swore up and down quality was what I was buying. He also tried putting some blame on me for the terrible work from his inexprienced crew. 6) When they sent me the invoice, I told them they need to fix the curbing that cracked because it was laid on wet ground from the leak. They wanted me to pay everything except the curbing charge because they were still dealing with the subcontractors on fixing it. Since the job wasnt finished I wasnt going to pay and they immediately started accusing me of refusing payment. Later that day they set a date for the curbing guys to come fix it, amazing how that works. I could list more but Im sure you get the point. This was a one thing after another, upsetting, irritating situation. Obviously I made a terrible choice based off the BBB website recommendation and thats on me but all the unprofessional actions of the crew and attitude of the owner was completely unnecessary. I guarantee if the owner replys to this review it will be something sarcastic or will involve blame on on the part of others. I am having the Arizona ROC review their terrible work. I would definitely, 100%, without a doubt, not recommend Victors Landscaping, Inc.

Not the cheapest or most expensive- but, Victor was a good salesman(never saw him after the initial meeting), was told a supervisor or owner would stop by almost daily to check on the work and address any issues I would have. Never saw them after I signed the contract. Just over a year, now Im replacing valves, leaks all over from the drip system they installed, over half the plants have died, I needed at least another ton of rock to cover the yard- for the bag of goods I was sold and the price I paid, would never recommend Victor

I use Victors landscaping for all our backyard needs. Theyve been very good at not only maintaining our yard but providing consultation services, repairing irrigation issues and even doing a major project requiring planting a number of trees and other plants. The customer service is very easy to work with and their specialists are great.

Victors Landscaping has serviced our backyard from replacing a broken yard sprinkler system to relandscaping the backyard after an inground spa was removed. The men were prompt, and professional. They answered my many questions. I have recommended Victors Landscaping to my friends.

We have been working with Victors for at least 2 years. At first, the service was good. But as time dragged on issues kept cropping up, and they didnt seem to really care. The right hand doesnt know what the left is doing at this place. We issued directions for them to please stop running their trimmer against the wall knocking off paint (easy to do), but they continued to do it. Besides the normal stuff of cut cables from trimming (this is simply not paying attention and going too fast), the issues with the Office staff were constant. They would not get back to us. We told them we wanted only our front lawn reseeded (like last year), and they end up doing the whole lawn, and charged us double anyways for their mistake. They changed the controllers to flood the lawn for the reseed to germinate, but never bothered to come back out and change them back after the lawn was germinated and it was obvious - nothing proactive. So, I had to ask them to do it. After two weeks, they still had not done it. I had to ask again. Another week goes by and they guy never shows up. Finally the 4th week they fix it, but put the blame on me (yeah right...). Then, because they never came for 3 weeks, they charged me for lawn mowing (which they didnt do) that they could not do because the lawn was wet because of the timer issue, which I had already requested 2 weeks earlier for them to fix. The wont even acknowledge the letter I sent with the 3 emails between me and office staff of the aforementioned battle and requesting they waive the $65.00 lawn mowing charge because of their inability to fix their own makings. I have no idea how to change the timers they installed. They bill themselves as full-service...yeah right. The lawn work is good, but the constant battles with screwups by the office has just made me say enough is enough. I suggest you find another company.

I converted my grass yard to a desert landscape in January 2015, with Victors Landscaping doing the work. They did an excellent job. It was done fast, never left a mess, and addressed any concerns or changes I had the next day. Ana was always phoning or emailing me to keep me apprised of the schedule. The plants are starting to bloom and grow. I have no qualms about referring others to this company. David C.

The owner victor is rude and doesnt care about his clients . I paid 160.00 the first time the crew came to provide services. I was given an estimate that was outrageous. I called victor to complain that the work done was not a good job. Nothing was done about it . I even forwarded pic to the owner. Several weeks later my account was charged without my knowledge another $229.00 . I called the company to dispute and I was told oh well there was a balance due so we took our money . DONT PAY WITH A CARD THEY WILL TAKE THERE MONEY FROM YOU WITHOUT PERMISSION. If I can rate them a 0 star I would . Terrible service and horrible customer service

I have used Victors Landscaping for a couple of years now, and every time I need their services they do an excellent job!! They are always so organized and their customer service is on point! The maintenance crew is very fast and leave my yard looking great. Highly recommended them.

Ive had at least 6 so called Landscaping Companies in the 20 plus years Ive lived here, perform services at my house. Victors is by far the most professional company amongst them all. They did not blow off replacing or repairing bad sprinklers like the other companies did. They did the front and the back of the property every time, unlike one company tried to pull on us by only doing half and half. We also hired two guys who advertised themselves as Military Veterans to show support for the VETS.....THEY were the worst of all of the companies we hired. Victors has a Crew Chief that comes by and looks at the job that the crews are doing, thus holding the crews accountable for their work. I personally would recommend Victors if you want the job done right...... every time.

The cleanup service was overpriced and they did an mediocre job. I would not recommend using this company.

Victors Landscaping played games with my billing and did a pretty terrible job on a simple front yard cleanup. My opinion of this company is not very positive and I would not recommend this company to any friends or family.
