Bo and his team did a great job cleaning, rehabbing, and upkeeping the pool for us while we waited for the local probate court to settle the paperwork on a family member’s home who passed away. He kept us up to date on what was happening with photos and they did a great job keeping the pool looking nice after it was neglected for 8 months. Can’t thank them enough for their help!
I would avoid this company at all costs. I had them replace a sprinkler pump that died on me after a storm. After installing the new pump, it never had any pressure from the get go. (as seen in this picture). The installer Bo could not figure out why the pump was not working better, and even said multiple times it should be spraying out that spigot more. I figured maybe the lines somehow got clogged, and that is why it wasn't working as good, so i paid him for the new pump and let him go (my mistake). After checking out all the lines, and determining that there should be nothing wrong with the setup, I started inspecting the pump for leaks. During one of the inspections, I realized the shaft for the pump was spinning the wrong direction. I called the manufacturer to verify what i found, and they told me that it must of been wired wrong from the manufacturer. So i called Bo to tell him what i figured out, where he immediately told me that it was working fine when he left, and "we" must of rewired it wrong. Where he also sent me this picture, to i guess "prove" that it was working correctly. (Then I'm thinking to myself, why would we need to rewire it if it ever worked correctly when he installed it?) I tried to tell him that it was the manufacturers fault, and not necessarily theirs, but he was still unhelpful at the time. So I reached back out to Manufacturer to find out the information about rewiring our pump to see if it would work. I had another company rewire the pump, and once it was completely wired correctly, it still didn't work. So one last call to the manufacturer and they said even if it was wired wrong, and maybe even ran for a short amount of time, that could destroy the pump. So they said since it's still under warranty for being a new pump, have Bo reach back out and get it replaced. So i told him all this last week, and he said he'd come check it out. I didn't see him at all last week, but after messaging him today, he said he came by and saw that it was wired correctly. Which of course i told him it is now, because i had it fixed, and now he's ignoring me. So obviously these guys have no idea what they're doing and i guess they'll get a call from my lawyer because they don't want to fix their mistake.

The company I work for hired this company to clean a pool at a sales home we have. Since day one after payment, I have returned to the property to check the home and the pool has slowly been going green after the first time they cleaned it back in late February. They said it was due to the weather, and we have called multiple times. It is now May and no one has returned to the property for cleaning, but the bills for cleaning keep coming. The pool in now a deep green color and they will not answer the phone.
Bo, the owner, suggested I install a solar cover. His employee threw a fit when he realized he’d have to remove the cover to “clean.” My pool requires little upkeep being saltwater and under a screen. On average the employee was here a grand total of an hour (15 minutes per visit) a month. Sometimes had 2-3 weeks between what was supposed to be weekly service. Have had a constant battle with algae blooming well before the cover was installed a week and a half ago. Even well before my liner replacement in January. They terminated my service without ever tackling the algae issue, claiming the cover (that was recommended by the owner of the service) was the cause. I’ve got picture proof that proves otherwise. Never heard from the owner. Bottom line, I have all the proof of the above. Bo, the owner, was good and knowledgeable. Unfortunately only saw him once the entire time. I’m better off doing my own service so the termination was welcome. If you don’t know anything about pools, recommend getting Bo to your house for a pool school. After that, think about doing your own service.
We just purchased a home with a pool that had the Affordable Tree Lawn & Pool Service sticker on it so I called and asked them to come out and show me how to work everything. Bo came out and showed me the operation of the pump and solar heating system and recommended a Hayward pump, which he sent me a link to so I could get the best price. He just installed it and it is so quiet and the job he did was top notch. I highly recommend this company. They are responsive to calls and show up on time.
Bo is an absolute pool ninja! He made time for my clogged pipe emergency and worked hard to get me going again. Also, fixing it thoroughly instead of just enough to keep going for awhile. Bo is our new pool guy & even my five dogs love him. That seals the deal for us!
I am so thankful I found this company!! We spent a ton with another company we weren't happy with. But Bo came out and immediately saw that we didn't have enough water moving to properly filter our pool. He fixed our issue quickly, explained exactly what he was doing and why, and didn't charge an arm and a leg. I would highly recommend giving them a call if you need someone who is trustworthy and affordable.
Bo is amazing! I ve been trying for months to get someone to come help me and he was able to stop by the first time I called. Thank God for that So after some sound advice from Bo I ve done my homework and will call him next week. Can t wait to see my pool clear again
They deliver great service! Bo has been great, as have all of the pool service team. Their prices are more than reasonable, they never miss their scheduled time, and my pool looks better than ever!
Service was very poor. The pool became green several times when pools around me did not. Said we must run the pump filter all the time or they would not give service any more. Increased our power bill. Never keep chlorine tablets in the pump that should be there. Many timer pool was still dirty after they cleaned. When we complained the owner that is a friendly as a rattlesnake, said he would not offer service anymore. Do yourself a favor chose another company!
This company claimed that they were coming monthly to clean my pool. However, they they never actually came and yet they build my account. What is worse is that they were doing all this while I was recovering from a significant injury that left me paralyzed from the waist down. I never signed a contract with them. I asked them to send me a contract that I had signed and that you told me that they did not have one. I asked for the specific dates of service, and was also told that they did not have that information. In order to post, I had to click on one star. Judging by how they take advantage of people with disabilities, I can t even imagine how many negative stars that is. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I called with an emergency, the equipment wasn t working and I had guests in from out of town. I am so grateful that he came out right away and got us up and running again! I am now on the weekly service schedule and couldn t be happier!!!
These guys pulled through when I needed them. I called nine other pool companies, but none would see me for 3-5 days. ATL&P came out within TWO HOURS. My home sale was 24 hours from closing and the buyer wanted ALOT done with the pool including leaks in the filter pipes, issues with the chlorinator, and most of all making a green pool look clear and blue again, and fast. I would recommend these guys to anyone who has a pool. Period.

They showed up every 3 weeks to take care of my pool. You cant keep pool water balanced showing up every 3 weeks. They took my money and ran. Stay away from this company!
Rude rude rude !!! There was a miscommunication in what was being done. When I offered to pay for what he s already done he said I was a waste of his time and that to call him when I want my pool cleaned ! You lost my business ! There s no way I will ever use this company again.

What a wonderful local business! Professional, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, fast, trustworthy. Our pool pump bit the dust and Beau took care of installing a new one, as well as fixed the pipes, leveled the filter, and installed a back wash hose area.
