“Pensacola’s leading lawn care team“ was rude as hell to me when I came out of my house to go to work this morning and they had my driveway blocked by their trailer and equipment and cones blocking my entire driveway - while they were servicing the house next-door. When I asked them to move it and asked how they were going to block someone’s entire driveway anyway, one of the workers that was there smarted off to me and said, “you have to understand.” I responded that I did not, in fact, understand, because their operation had nothing to do with me, so therefore why should I have to be late for work because of their incompetence? Now… Some of you know that where I live, the entire street across from me is empty, and there is a closed and empty business that they could have parked equipment in. Or the whole other side of the street where there were no houses. But, “I have to understand”, that for whatever reason, the only place they could park was in front of my driveway. Then the guy continued to rail to me and said that he could take longer to move it if I wanted him to. Of course I would not want him to, and I promptly took the phone number off of their T-shirts and called and spoke with someone… whose immediate response was, “well that doesn’t sound like them.“😳😳😳😳 I’m not that much of a Karen. I assured him that it most definitely was what happened, whether it was “like them” or not.  Just an FYI, in case you’re looking for a “leading lawn care business”…this ain’t it. Gator Grass LLC 
The Gator Grass crew does excellent work. They arrive with the right equipment for any job. Courteous, professional, and attentive. Very reasonable prices. A team you can trust.
I am not happy with the service provided.. originally it was quoted $65-$85 and said it may be a little more when they get here... I was not expecting twice the original quote... $135... they left pieces of tall grass, the left patches that should have been hit with the weed eater, they left a bag full of trimmings when I have already cancelled my trash service and have no more pickups... I am very unhappy with the service for the price I paid. He said they might do a military discount that he would have to call supervisor but he never did.... On the flip side, I needed service quick and they at least got the job done for me in a timely manner.
Dave and his crew has been phenomenal. Communication has been great. The service has been excellent. We are out of state, and can always trust that the lawn is well taken care of each and every time. Highly recommend.
I was so excited to luck up this lawn care service! Convenient online billing and autopayment available plus the option to skip services during dormant months without charge. Absolutely great about offering additional trimming of my hedges, weeding, lawn care. Highly recommended!
In August they removed an overgrown pampas grass bush and in October they did hurricane clean up and removed my tree. Both jobs were quickly and expertly done. They also mow my lawn and I look forward to many years of reliable service with them :)

Very reliable once schedule is set up. Always notified when unable to perform service due to weather. Always performed services with professionalism and my yard always looked lovely when they were done. I would definitely recommend them.
Took care of our property as we lived out of state. Anything out of the ordinary, David would call to inform me. During the winter months when grass would be dormant, his company would mow as needed which was a savings to his customers and the right thing to do, as those mowing their own yards would have done as well. Just an all-a-round great company!

I used them for over a year and without fail, they mowed and picked up limbs every 2 weeks. During the winter, I had the option to skip a week is necessary. I only skipped once. It was all done through texts. Very easy to do business with this company.
They always show up and are very responsive. Whenever they are delayed for rain I get a prompt notification and they get out ASAP to complete the mowing. I have tried other companies that were much less reliable.

If you need a Lawn Service, Gator Grass is who you need. I called them on Wednesday in the busiest time of the mowing season. They called me back the FOLLOWING day, which is not even the best part of this article. They set me up for bi-monthly cuts of my lawn starting with Tuesday 12 days from the day I talked to them. This was fine with me because I knew how busy they were and their routes were already scheduled for the month, and also, they are on the opposite side of town then me. Well, I was extremely happy when I heard lawn mowers cutting my grass this morning to hold me over until my scheduled service started in earnest. I know for a fact they went out of their way to cut my grass and trim weeds and I really had not been a regular customer yet. If they take care of me like this now I know for a fact I am going to be a very satisfied customer in the future!!!! Thank You, Gator Grass.
This group of guys does a really good job. They hit your yard like a group of ninjas, and theyre very thorough in their work. Dont hesitate.
