Never showed up to do the work but still charged me like they did for 3 months

This company broke a sprinkler head at my deceased mother's home prior to Dec 2016 (house was vacant). I contacted them to let them know upon discovering it. Six months and 8 calls later, still no resolution. The most infuriating thing is that the owner came out 1 month ago and acknowledged the mistake. We even discussed additional business. He mentioned that he'd return to fix the sprinkler; however, this never happened. Multiple calls later, there's still no answer, to include no returned calls. Additionally, while the receptionist is polite, she pays lip service to her customers. They've lost my business.

This company sent out 4 of the most professional men i have worked with.In two days they removed my old lawn regraded by hand and laid 4 pallets of sod.I was so impressed that gave them a 100.00 tip. m My cetepede grass is absolutely beutiful many cmments from my neighbors
