Stone Family Services LLC in Pensacola

I had my yard weeded, cleaned up and a stone paver patio built by Stone Family Services. Jake and his team are wonderful. They take the time to listen to your needs and go above and beyond! I'm very happy with the end result and would definitely use them again.

I hired Jake Stone of Stone Family Services to transform my front yard landscaping and rock garden and backyard, landscaping with paver patio and new pergola. I could not have asked for more! Jake is a perfectionist, and it shows in the quality of his work! I am a construction project manager, and if I could have this quality of work on every job, I would be thrilled! I had ideas in mind, but Jake set the stage for the transformation and the final product, bringing ideas to the first meeting. Thank you, Jake, Steve, and the rest of the crew. Jake and his crew did an amazing job installing artificial turf in my backyard. Additionally they ripped out a fence, removed all my weeds and changed shut off valves. Without me even asking they also changed three drip valves because they were too old. After they were done they cleaned up and left my yard in a better and cleaner condition that it was ever before.

We hired Stone Family to landscape our large back yard. From the start Jake was great, meeting with us several times to go over plans and changes. He offered us wonderful suggestions and really listened to our ideas. He worked with us on costs and broke things down so we could make adjustments on costs if needed. The crew was polite and hard working and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. We will definitely hire them again when we do our front yard.

I was very impressed with this company! Jake and his team went above and beyond my wishes. They were polite and punctual which I find hard to come by these days. To say the least I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone. Again thank you for all your hard work!

Stone Family Services did a remarkable job on my home. They took both my front yard and back yard from dirt, weeds, and stumps to a place I still to today catch myself staring at. My yards are absolutely gorgeous. Jake did an awesome job bringing my wife’s vision to life (which isn’t an easy task lol). They came out quickly, did things right, and then came back to make sure everything was settling in and rooting as it should. I would and will be using them again, and again!

This is not a reputable landscaper. Even after admitting to a major error, he did nothing to make things right. This is a landscaper who does not follow instructions, who makes excuses instead of pleasing the customer, and who gets indignant when it is pointed out to him the errors he has made. Do not use this landscaper. He and his crew are incompetent, he does not listen, and he does not stand behind his work or his product. I was recommended Stone Family Services by a friend. They were super great guys! They were able to come out quickly and did a fantastic job! My husband and I just moved into a home from a condo and have never had to do yard work so we were absolutely clueless on what needed to be done. They did an awesome job of explaining everything to us thoroughly. Not only explaining what needed to be done but how we could maintain our yard ourselves. They removed some junk that was left over from the previous owners which was super helpful and even gave us advice on how to keep down the dust in our yard since I had mentioned that we have pretty bad allergies. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an “above and beyond” landscaping company! Thanks again guys!
