Another amazing job by Matt - he has done several for me & this was one of the best by far - My mom yard was becoming such a jungle & he came in and made it enjoyable again - his pricing is always fair & quality of work is beyond expectation - he also helped find a huge issue with bees that could if been a real issue - he took it upon himself to help find sone one to help her out and not take advantage of a elderly woman & stayed till that job was complete too . If you need an amazing lawn service company / landscaper I highly recommend him for all your yards needs .

I live and work in the Miami area and needed someone to take care of my Mother's lawn maintenance as I am so far away. I found Lawnscapes850 on the internet and called for a quote to catch the yard up and maintain it. I am very happy I found them. You never know what you will get if you're not there in person to follow up. I just got here this morning for a holiday week at home and my Mother's yard is the best looking lawn on the block. I walked all the way around the home today. There is no trash, all sprinklers are functioning and aimed correctly. The mulch beds are fresh and bright and the edging is razor straight. Even though I do not get a lot of time up here, I don't have to worry that the standard will slip. People always complain when something does not go great but there is never enough people out there saying "Good Job" when it is deserved. Great Job Lawnscapes850! Used this company once, never again! Matt was very unprofessional and rude. He got mad I did not text him back after sending me a picture of my grass due to me being at work.”I don’t like being ignored “. I tried to explain to him I cannot use my phone while at work. Woke up to rude vm and text of him being demanding. IM the one who has to ask him for his information to give him his money! I’d rather pay $45 for my small front yard to get cut by someone who has respect for his customers rather than someone who leaves voicemail and text at 5am being rude and sarcastic, talking about his trust issues. Save your money and find a better company, I did.

We were very impressed with his professionalism. He showed up when he said he would and got our irrigation job knocked out quickly. You dont come across contractors as reliable as he is anymore. We are thankful!

Matt rebuilt my entire backyard sprinkler system in one day. He and his crew dug out new trenches, installed all new pipes, and sprinkler heads. Job done in a day and for much less than other estimates!

Mr. Marshall has done really nice work for us. As an out of state landlord he has ensure that our lawn has been well kept he also sends before and after pictures of the work. His work is good, his price is fair, and he cares about his work.
