Joey and his crew came out to tackle 3 very overgrown flower beds that were littered with weeds. They worked well after dark and the gardens look amazing. I will get some photos after this rain and attach it to this review. Very worth the investment. They cleaned up very nicely and were very professional. I would definitely hire JC Landscaping Professionals for any job that I have in the future.

I have been with this company for the past 3 summers and I am so glad I stuck with them. They clean my yards up very nice and you can always tell that they take their time. The communication with them is also amazing! On the days they can’t make it they always let me know when they will reschedule me and it is always in a timely manner. They are so professional and I will continue to stick with them!
They definitely have good prices on there lawn maintenance schedule and they usually answer the phone when you call which is huge. Unfortunately the lawn mowing schedule just kept getting delayed by a few days almost every time we were suppose to be getting our yard mowed and just started getting more inconsistent. When they showed up the day after they said they would be their and unfortunately they did get rained out just as they got their and then asked for double the pay due to it taken them so long and I paid it, but did cancel the contract I had with them. I'm with a much better company now and they are on time and do awesome with communication, which is huge to me. I totally understand if ur a day late as weather etc, efficient things. But I do expect it to be correct and the schedule maintained.
Our irrigation system has a leak. We have reached out to Josue Cruz & JC Landscaping several times for over a month now, attempting to have them come and do the repair. After a single call from him with a promise to come fix the leak, we have had no communication from him. The irrigation system is still under their guaranteed 2 year warranty. Unfortunately it appears they are not going to honor that warranty. Ours was a large project and there were several significant mistakes made by Josue and his crew. Most of these were communicated to us after the fact and would have caused major delays and corrective reconstruction efforts. There was an error made in the measurement for concrete pilings that were installed for the pergola which made them unusable. To remedy this would have meant tearing up the newly installed paver patio and pouring new footings - which we elected not to do! They were contracted to modify and add 2 new zones to our existing sprinkler system which turned out to be a nightmare. After telling us that this project was completed, we discovered many errors they made that required re-digging to seal off unused pipes and to fix other leaks. I usually do not leave negative reviews. This low review could have been avoided if Josue Cruz or one of his team members had responded and come to fix this new irrigation leak we found.
JC and Staff are extremely courteous, professional and efficient. The two days they were at our project included reconfigured gutter/french drain System, complete side & backyard sod install, and a 300lb stone step delivery/ install. As busy as they were while onsite they were accessible,, informative and responsive to all questions and inquiries.
Excellent service. Professional, hard working, did what was agreed upon. This crew was very courteous and respectful of my property. Definitely on my keeper list !
So thankful we found this company, Jc landscaping installed an irrigation system, Some beautiful zoysia sod and a paver patio making our home so much beautiful, We recommend this company to anyone looking to beautify their home.

The results were great. However, the communication was a bit slow and it caused stress related to timing for them to complete the job. They never set a firm appointment to complete the job, but showed up one morning stating that the way we re here to complete it. I spoke with the owner after the job was completed to discuss the lack of communication and he apologized and took full ownership for the communication. He stated that he will work to do better in the future.
The guys did a good job. I am very satisfied with the fence.
I met with Joey at 7 am one Saturday. I was excited to have him come out and take a look at my disaster of a back yard. He was attentive. He took measurements and we discussed what could be done. I needed the yard graded, sodded, and some landscaping around a botched pool job that had been done last year. He assured me he could do a good job for me and my family and that hed get a quote to me in a couple of days. In fact, he then said hed make it extra special and throw in a 3-d rendering for free! I was very excited! After several days, I called since I hadnt heard anything. He didnt know who I was until I reminded him...ok...Then he said it would be Monday before he could get the rendering and quote to me. I told him I just needed a quote. However, he insisted on the whole thing. It has now been 10 days and I still havent heard anything. No quote, no rendering. Im extremely disappointed that I now have to move on and start my search and quote process all over again. What happened to customer service?
I had them install my new fence and I have found several pieces of the fence is not plumb. I am talking about all of 4.875.Or for my people who dont know their fractions. Thats 4 and 7/8ths.
Unprofessional, had a scheduled consultation wasnt informed they would be late, I had to call and find out it was essentially canceled. Then they no called/ no showed the next consultation. Just unprofessional.

It s getting harder and harder to find good work ethics these days. I cannot say enough about JC and his crew. For me attitude accounts for so much. This company is professional, respectful and pleasant to work with. They did exactly what I asked for and made sure I was happy upon completion of the project. Great communication throughout the process. Arrived when they said they would. And best of all my yard looks wonderful! It was a real pleasure working with this team, as they showed up when they said they were going to show up and did the job they said they were going to do, with exacting detail! Communication was excellent and my yard went from a burden to once again manageable. This team was professional and made it a point to let me know that if I didn t like anything, to simply let them know and they ll fix it. This is one of Pensacola s best businesses with this level of execution!

I wish I had the opportunity to write a great review but unfortunately JC Landscaping was a no call no show for my initial appointment. I did receive a phone call at 3pm in the afternoon but my appointment was at 8am. Unfortunately I missed the call. I returned the call hoping to reschedule another date but after leaving a message Ive still havent heard back from JC Landscaping. 3 HOURS LATER: Well so much for not responding. The owner came out himself and fixed my broken sprinkler heads and inspected my whole system. Pointed out some other issues and made suggestions. Im most definitely using JC Landscaping for my future projects and would recommend them to my neighbors and friends. Thank you for coming out and doing such professional work.

JC Landscaping Professionals is quick, reliable, and does amazing, high quality work! For this project, I switched from mulch to stone and I am so pleased. We went from initial consultation to quote to completion of the project in just a couple of weeks! I highly recommend them and will be working with JC Landscaping Professionals again in the spring.

My yard was a disaster, I just told them a bit of what I wanted and they created something beyond what I thought possible. Bushes were really overgrown in front of my house. Excellent job of cutting bushes to a more manageable height and made a path behind the bushes so there is now room to work between the bushes and the house.
