From first meeting to the actual project Richard and his crew have been amazing! He made the during and after pool build landscaping process seamless. They worked hours on end to provide the perfect outcome. He communicated every process and every plant/flower to be put in. Would use over and over again for any projects!

I am super impressed with Richard Cantrell and his team. They cleaned up our yard to get it market ready within the week of calling. Throughout the process, they were very professional and happily accommodated a super quick turnaround. Prices were very reasonable. We had a pool installed in our backyard which resulted in having to redo all the sod in the backyard, landscaping and irrigation. Richard came out multiple times during the pool installation process to gauge where the process was at so they would be able to immediately lay sod once the final grade of dirt was finished by Blue Haven. Within 48 hours of that occurring, Richard had a crew out to install all new sprinklers in the backyard and had all the pallets of sod staged at our house. The next day a larger crew showed up and began laying all the sod. They also fixed all the sod and divots throughout the front yard from the pool company driving through the yard. You could tell how much pride they take in their craft; adding three additional irrigation nozzles in the backyard after the noticed some areas that weren’t getting sufficient water. They also brought in a very healthy palm tree that was then manicured and they ran an irrigation nozzle so that it would get enough water. I was able to tell they thought about things a homeowner might overlook. One of them suggested and then installed a spigot on the back side of the yard for when the pool needs more water and in order to prevent having to run a house across the pool decking and in doing so prevent a tripping hazard for our kids. The short of it is that I had five landscaping companies give me a quote for the project. He wasn’t the most or least expensive. But, there was no one that even came close in terms of how confident I was in deciding to go with his company. And his guys work confirmed it.

I am so happy I chose to work with Richard and his team at Complete Grounds Maintenance. From the conciltation to the job completion, Richard was informative, communicative and professional. His crew took a great deal of pride in their work and treated my property with care. It is rare that a project exceeds your expectations, but Richard and his team did just that. I could not recommend them more highly.

I will simply say that if you are looking for an excellent landscaping service company, you should go with the best and you will not go wrong with these folks. The owner, Richard, is totally immersed in the project and sees to every detail and if he sees something wrong, he points it out and fixes it until you have perfection. He and his crew are the best at what they do. We use them over and over again and they made our lawn and landscape the most beautiful of all the houses in Nature Trail. Our lawn and gardens are now second to none because of Richard and his crew. I recommend that for the best result, you must be engaged with Richard and the crew. Don't be bashful. Collaborate on ideas and you will learn a lot and they will learn exactly what you want and you will get it.
