First time Ive tried this service, as my regular rain bird tech was unavailable, had a zone error code. Tech couldnt find valve control box... I get that Im not helping (I dont know where it is either) but the frustrating reality is that means I just paid $200 for them to come out and not actually fix anything, and Ive still got a dead zone in my sprinkler system...

I had some above and beyond service from Brian s Lawn Care today! I had a leak in my sprinkler system and was leaving town in a couple of days. They scheduled me a 6 AM appointment in order to accommodate my schedule. It was a relief to get my system fixed before I left town, kudos you guys!

Something you don t get with other contractors in Pensacola. And Nick called me 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment. He showed up on time. He patiently went through each zone with me so I can show him my issues. He let gave me options on the best way to solve each issue, took the time to explain the issue, and worked with me on, a solution that worked for me. I can now check this off my to do list.

Bryans was timely, very responsible, professional and courteous. They had to replace a valve on one of my zones, move a sprinkler head, repair a pipe and adjust the individual sprinklers. Quick and quality work.

We contacted Bryans Lawn Maintenance to give us quote for re-sodding a good portion of our yard. They came out and measured and gave us an extremely reasonably priced quote to kill, remove, replace 2200 sqft of centipede sod with Zoysia. They did an absolutely fantastic job. Bryan Jr. and his staff were at the house early on a Saturday and completed the job in no time. The sod they laid was great quality and I couldnt have asked for anything more. Highly recommend them for your landscape needs.

We had to redo our backyard sprinkler system after we put in a pool. Everyone was very professional; they showed up on-time and always called in advance and answered all of my questions. They even checked out our front yard system while they were here and fixed a couple of sprinkler heads. I would use them again and would recommend to anyone.

After removing my nugget mulch, I decided to add pine straw. Went to Bryan s & I was able to get everything I needed (not only pine straw but pieces of zoysia to fill the holes in my lawn. Thanks Bryan! You guys (and the nice lady sales lady) ROCK! I will be ordering more! See you soon!

A person that really knows his job. And enjoy doing what needs to be done. He installed a timer to my lawn sprinkler pump and explain the operation of it. He was easy to talk to. He was a true professional. I would recommend them to anyone. Great job.

This company is way too expensive. They charge $149.00 just to show up. Most businesses in my experience would apply that against the bill if you have them do the work; not this outfit - they add it to the final bill. Additionally, the job was to connect an irrigation pump which I had already purchased, yet somehow the pieces of pvc the worker used came to over $150.00. Also. The worker had to run to the store for a 1.5 inch to 2 inch adapter that he did not have in his truck, so I probably was billed for that time as well. The final bill to connect a pump I already had to an existing sprinkler system, was well over $500.00 $528.43 to be exact. Unfortunately, I did not call other similar businesses first - thats on me. Dont make the same mistake that I did. Call around and find a business that will provide a free estimate. The work was good, but Ill never use them again, nor do I recommend them. Addendum: After speaking with Bryans Lawn Maintenance, I am revising my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. The work performed was excellent and done quickly. The service person, Nick, was cheerful, polite and efficient. The pump and the sprinkler timer work perfectly. The company understood my perspective regarding their service call fee which they state up front is separate from the hourly labor charge. We have a difference of opinion on whether or not that should be absorbed into the labor, but it is their business and they set their charges as they see fit. Just be aware that the service call fee is a separate item on the bill and is not considered part of the labor charge.

For two weeks I had an issue with my sprinkler system. Two separate companies told me it was my well. I called Bryan s to take a look at that we needed and in under one minute, discovered the breaker was tripped on the outside panel. So yeah, super excited I didn t have to buy a new pump for my well and a bit jaded that it was an embarrassingly easy fix. Thank you Bryan s and the Tech Nick.

Lost power to our well pump and sprinkler system after electrical storm. We were going out of town in two days and needed the sprinkler system to operate while gone. Bryan was able to get someone on the job quickly. After a great deal of troubleshooting they were able to identify the problem caused by a lightning strike and make the necessary repairs. Excellent work!

I wanted to wait a couple weeks before I posted this review to make sure everything worked the way it was supposed to. I am very pleased with the work that was done. These gentlemen were very professional and pleasant. I love the fact that they did not leave a mess after they were finished. The reason why I don t give them 5 stars is bc they should tell the customer right at front that they don t do free estimates . They will charge you for a Service call .

Bought sod, called to verify on Thursday and Friday. They confirmed, arrived after renting a pickup on Saturday and they were not there, but the phone system picked up and told me they apologize, but they given my sod to someone else. I moved so many things around, hired people to help and now no sod. Would NOT recommend them at all. Poor customer service and even laughed at me.

I called Bryan s on Friday afternoon to schedule a service call. The person assisting me was very polite and customer focused. She advised me that I would get a call either Saturday or Monday to schedule the service. I received a call Saturday morning and the service call was scheduled for Monday. The service technician (Nick) not only arrived on time but called me prior to let me know he was on his way. When Nick arrived he provided friendly and very efficient service. He is a true customer service professional and is a wizard at fixing the problem. I highly recommend this company, they are true professionals.

Great company. They do it all. My experience has mostly been with my sprinkler system. However, I wouldn t use anybody else. These guys know what they re doing. They come out, answer all your questions, give you tips on ways of doing things, and then they re gone. If you need someone extremely capable regarding your pump and sprinkler system, Nick is your man.

They were friendly on the phone, called before they showed up on the scheduled day, which was a holiday, showed up on time, listened to what I needed, fixed it and fixed it quickly, cleaned up and the entire charge was VERY reasonable. I will use Bryan s again.

I was supposed to pick up my sod on Friday but due to weather they had delays. They promptly let me know what was going on and kept me updated. Bryans has been my go to place for bulk rock, soil, and mulch. Recently had a delivery of a load of rock and another load of garden soil. Both deliveries were professional and on-time... and was a good value.

I live out of town and Bryan s landscape service helped me with my rental property. They were easy to communicate with and left me with full confidence that they would complete my job start to finish! They did excellent work and the hard scape looks great!

I ordered the Bahama rock from them. Bryan was very helpful in helping me figure out how much I needed for the square footage I was trying to cover. The delivery driver called me in the morning on the day of scheduling to make sure the time would work out, and they delivered on time. Everybody was very well communicated and very helpful in making sure we got the right product that we needed for the job.

Wonderful experience. They were prompt in coming when they said they would and the technicians diagnosed and resolved the problem with our sprinkler system rather quickly. They were courteous and friendly.

Nick arrived to a mystery. I had no idea where the sprinkler shutoff or valves were located. He walked the yard even with interference from other cables located the valves and shutoff. There was no box and they were deep in the ground. No box was present because of the poor layout. He reviewed my options and then quickly made the repair while correcting the installation issues. He also stoped occasionally for pictures for future reference. From the first phone contact thru completion this was a 5 star experience.

I had the folks at Bryans repair my irrigation system. A new timer and the replacement of a few sprinkler heads. The tech was knowledgeable and efficient. He had all the parts he needed on the truck.

We had some top soil delivered on Saturday after Thanksgiving everything was good the driver was polite and a spot on driver placed that dirt directly on the tarp we placed out. Now the work begins. Bryan s has always been our go to for all landscaping needs.

I bought sod. Reasonably priced, good product and on time delivery.

This company was working a neighbors lawn, they parked vehicles and pallets of supplies all over both sides of the street making it hard to get through. They left rocks and debris all over the street. They played obnoxiously loud music over the sounds of their equipment that was a disturbance even inside neighboring homes. Very rude and unprofessional.

Bryans crew is polite, efficient and hard working. Their work is excellent and Bryan is responsive to requests. It is hard for them to work on large projects in neighborhoods that lack space for product deliveries, but at the end of each project they leave the yards and roads clean and clear.

I use Bryans for all my yard needs. Always an awesome experience!

Completely redid my front and backyard. It took 16 pallets of grass, three yards of mulch, and news irrigation gear. I bought everything through Bryan s because they were super friendly, helped me pick the right sod for the area and then answered my dumb questions about irrigation so i could do it myself. Highly recommended.

Its rare to find a construction company that works weekends. These gentlemen are hard workers and very generously ran the sprinklers all the way to insure the county right of way gets watered in addition to the yard. This company is the real deal and legit. While I didnt see an irrigation permit posted, Im sure everything will be installed correctly. If youre looking for a sprinkler company that will go the extra mile, work weekends, be neat and tidy, call these guys.

Called on Monday and ordered 4 pallets of sod paid via credit card and was told to call Tuesday between 11 and 12 to confirm it has been delivered. I call Tuesday at 11 and am told truck has not arrived yet to call back between 12:30 and 1. I call back at 3:30 to give plenty of time for truck to arrive and am told it is there and gates close at 5 so I say I will be there shortly. I arrive at 4:15 to be told my order was not printed Monday so sod is not on board to be cut and they can not get me sod until Friday. Needless to say they have wasted 3 days of time and I canceled order and am getting sod from Woerner Turf

Did not explain to me why they advertised free delivery but then tried to charge me a hundred dollars to deliver. Less than 10 miles away. Kept my money for a month and didnt try to contact me with a solution.

They laid the sod in the front and back yard and we re done in two days. Bryan s team was great and are very hard workers. With temperatures in the high 80s they kept going until the job was done.

Ive had great experiences with this company but not today! Ive been putting down sod in my back yard 20-40 pieces at a time for about 3 months. Today could have been the last round. I ordered sod online - you can usually pick it up on Friday but I cant make their 5pm closing time so I pick it up on Saturday mornings. It is a LONG WAY from NE Pensacola to Lillian Hwy for nothing and thats what I got this time - NOTHING! I didnt get an email or any contact that they did not pull up sod - NOTHING! When I got there no apology - just an offer to pick it up NEXT weekend (which I will be out of town for the next 2 weekends) OR would you like a refund. Refund it is and I have no idea when I can get the remaining sod to finish my project. A courtesy call / email / test - anything would have been appreciated - I think that was my 7th trip out there to pick up sod.

I spoke to an employee on 12/3 to confirm the availability of a dump trailer was told yes, it was available for 12/28. I asked about the process to reserve and was told to go online and submit a rental payment. I did this immediately and called 12/3 to confirm the reservation and date was notified everything was received. 12/28 arrived, and I proceeded to pick up the trailer at 930 and was told they had already rented the trailer out that day. I had no communication between 12/3 and 12/28 to confirm or update equipment rental. I referred to my reservation and conversation and was told, we cannot hold a trailer all day. The best they could do was to have it available tomorrow, which was useless to me because I had already made arrangements to use the trailer that day. I was refunded my money which was a nice gesture but was still meaningless due to the projects time constraint. If their policy for rental equipment is first-come, first-serve, they should explain this upfront. I have worked a demanding job in healthcare and dealing with the pandemic for the past two years, so time off has been limited. I was finally able to arrange time off to complete an overdue project, only to be left scrambling for equipment due to a lack of professionalism on this companies part. The situation is sad because I would utilize this business to help landscape my entire yard after a pool install to support a local business but not after this issue.

I called to have them check out my sprinkler system they appeared to fix some things, however when we turned it on later, one of the stations leaked and one of the others is not operational. I called twice to get an appt. to look at it but the morning they were to come, they canceled and have never called me back.

I required professional services for inspections of my irrigation system for the sale of my home. Mr. Nick came out and diagnosed the problems and quickly got the system working. After the inspection, there were still issues, due to loose wiring not previously detected. After making them aware of the new issue, Nick returned and corrected the problem, free of charge!

My wife and I decided to have an in-ground sprinkler system installed in the yard of our home. We invited 4 different sprinkler system installers out to our home to inspect and evaluate the proposed job site and to give us an estimate. Bryans Lawn Maintenance was one of the 4 installers. My wife and I ended up choosing Bryans Lawn Maintenance to do the installation for the following reasons: 1) Their bid presentation (scope of work and pricing) was thorough and very professional head and shoulders over the other 3 companies. 2) The sales person, Bryan Jr., who presented their bid told us that they were booked out 3-4 weeks in advance. He went on to say however that if we were flexible with our availability they could do the installation on weekends, starting with the upcoming weekend. We accepted that option and over the course of 3 weekends the job was completed. 3) The other 3 bidding companies only offered a 1 year warranty on parts and labor, where as Bryans Lawn Maintenance offers a 2 year warranty. Our sprinkler installation was completed 8 months ago and we are very happy that we chose Bryans Lawn Maintenance for the job. Weve called them out to our home on 2 occasions to make minor adjustments to our new sprinkler system. They responded quickly (within 2 days of our calls) to come out and address those issues. My wife and I are very satisfied with Bryans Lawn Maintenances sprinkler system installation. I got a number of quotes to sod my front yard. Bryan Jr got back to me with the best combination of value and professionalism of all the quotes. He gave a detailed account of what they would do and everything was executed as planned. Now I have an excellent looking front yard and quality irrigation coverage. I called this company nearly a month ago requesting a fencing quote and to have my inground sprinkler system inspected and tuned up. I was told a quote was forth coming and a tech would come to my house to work on the sprinkler system. Have I recieved a quote? No. Has anyone called or come out for my sprinkler system? No. Needless to say Bryans has been permanently excised from my list of potential home maintenance companies.

I preordered a pallet of St. Augustine to be picked up last Saturday. As soon as they opened Saturday morning, I called just to verify that my pallet was ready to be picked up, to which they told me yes it was available and to head that way. I then left my house, made arrangements to get a trailer, and was on my way. I then get a call from Bryan who tells me that one of his guys sold my pallet from under me - despite the fact that I already paid for it. After a lengthy conversation, Bryan finally sent me a refund for the pallet of sod. Luckily I was able to get another pallet somewhere else that day since I already made arrangements to get a trailer. Long story short, save your money. This place is unorganized and lacks professionalism. The quality of grass is decent, but overpriced for what you get. I wish I would have read the other reviews before I paid this company anything, it seems I m not the only who has had issues with them.

I have called Bryans Lawn Maintenance twice in the last 3 weeks. I requested a quote to sod my backyard. The lady seemed genuine and took my address, email and phone number both times. I have not been contacted. A good business should never make it hard for a customer to give them their money. So, Ill seek out other lawn business.

The Bryans Lawn Maintenance team is very hard-working and professional. They evaluated our extensive backyard damage after Hurricane Sally, and did exactly all they said they would do. And at an excellent price. Both Bryan Sr. and Bryan Jr. were responsive and provided courteous service. Their team worked consistently from morning to evening until the job was done. Time waisted today. Im pretty meticulous with details when it comes to appointments, especially living in this area. Its extremely difficult to find any business to show up on time or believes in customer service in NW FL, which is a main reason I focus on appointment details. Had an appointment scheduled for 19 June @ 3pm for an estimate. At 3 pm, no one showed, so I called the office and around 3:40pm they call back to inform me the appointment is for 20 June @ 3pm, which it wasnt. I would recommend that you check your phone recordings since all calls are recorded to confirm. I called on 4 June at 1:30 pm when I scheduled the appointment. Robert S.

I can t say enough about Scott and the entire team at Bryan s. I needed a pump replaced and an overhaul on my Mothers sprinkler system that had been down for more than a year. They got me exactly what I needed and completed the work all in one day. Even with unforeseen challenges, Scott found a way to get it done for me. Outstanding service. Showed up right on time and explained exactly what I had asked for. Turns out I had asked for about $1000 worth of work that wasnt necessary. I genuinely appreciated the tech confirming what he was going to do and the cost. If I ever need sprinkler work it will be from Bryans.

Bryans came out and replaced the back flow that had frozen the previous winter, reset all my sprinklers, programmed the controller and ensured my system was running correctly. I was very happy with there service.

The service was great. He was very knowledgeable and ran down our issues pertty quickly. My only issue was getting a return call to set up an appointment.

I had them for my regular service since Dec. I called to set up an estimate to have my backyard cleared out, set up an appointment, took the morning of work and no one ever showed up or called me. I understand things happen so I called, they apologized, had Bryan Jr call me, who apologized, said he put the appointment on the wrong day, again I understand mistakes happen. We rescheduled, I took off work early this time and guess what, no one ever showed up or called. I called another company who was out the next morning, gave me a quote and quoted less for regular service than Im currently paying Bryans Lawn. This other company will do my front and back for almost the same price Im paying now to have just my front yard done. Im in customer service and I cannot imagine treating a customer like this or running my business this way. Not even as much as an apology the second time they no showed/no called. Oh well...win for me. I have a new lawn company and will be paying less.

Horrendous customer service! Never showed to do an estimate the first time and it was my only day off. Second time they gave me a price on the phone then told me they only take credit cards! What kind of business ONLY takes credit cards! Just stupid!

JR and his crew are most professional in their business practices. Very customer service oriented and willingly go outside the boundaries for exceptionally difficult special projects for those want a more service oriented company than the mow, blow and go guys.

Bryans Lawn Maintenance, Inc. is a wonderful service. They are very personable, friendly, prompt and a good value. I have already recommended to a friend but feel anyone who needs lawn servicing would do well with Bryans. Best decision we made by calling.

Bryans did a major landscape project for us 2 years ago. It included new sod, extensive use of stone as mulch, irrigation, drainage, and plantings. Everything has worked out well. Very friendly and professional crew.

Poor service. Could not fix the problem, still had a $200 bill. Left trash all over my yard after not fixing the issue they were called for.

Such a terrible experience. Contracted them to spray weed killer in my entire back yard of my rental and front walk way. NOTHING DIED in the back yard. I had pictures to prove as well as receipts to prove I had to go purchase week killer myself. Charged me $275 for a service they didnt provide, sent me to collections, and refused to return my calls. Bryan Jr. was terribly unprofessional and disorganized. His explanation was maybe it rained that day, but my guys did the job YOU ARE A LAWN BUSINESS- SHOULDNT YOU CHECK THE WEATHER IF YOU ARE SPRAYING POISON?!?!? If it rains and Im paying you to KILL WEEDS... then repeat the service as many times as needed. They had my cell and my personal email and never contacted me before sending me to collections. No voice mails ever left. Ive called multiple times, the fact that they failed to ever call me back and have a conversation should tell you enough. I was willing to pay them something for week killer On the front walkway- as it was noticeable there it was sprayed. Stay away is my advice.

Unprofessional. Spoke with Bryan Jr who said he would come out for an estimate on our lawn at a certain time. Never showed up. Never got a phone call. Bryan Sr seemed helpful in trying to find out what was going on but to no avail. Its really bad business.

They are rude. When they came to mow my back yard they didn t have the correct mowers that fit thru my gate so they used a weed eater and did a horable job. Then they asked if they could turn the water on in the back because they had gotten hot and they did not turn it off I got home that night and there was a mud puddle outside my back door. I had to pay someone else that weekend to come and fix the yard they messed up. They didn t even blow the debris off the road or the drive. When I cancelled my service the next week they didn t even offer to fix it at all. I will never recommend them to anyone ever this is the worst experience I have ever had.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Im an out of town landlord for a home in Navarre Florida. In May 2015 I called Bryans Lawn Maintenance and talked to their reception, billing, sales department and requested service at my rental home for an In ground sprinkler system. I requested a few things be done such as adjust, repair, replace water shut off sensor and repair or replace cover box on sprinkler control and also repair, adjust, or replace all sprinkler heads. I reminded her Id be out of town and I needed a detailed invoice telling me if they repaired, adjusted, or replaced the items. I also told them to call when tech was on site to let me know what he planned to do and his estimate for all work. They readily agreed. A month goes by, no call, no work completed. I call back and same female that took my initial call answers and she doesnt remember me and cant find my paperwork anywhere?!?! Patiently I repeat all and again remind her I need an onsite call and a detailed invoice. That never happens and I call again and she claims shes emailed an invoice several times (I never received one and if she had an incorrect email she would have received a return reject email) Finally I get what the call an invoice, it does not tell me what they did but charges me $249. I call back, talk to owners son, he profusely says sorry, then proceeds to send me a typed what they consider a detailed invoice that doesnt break out what theyve done, just what I requested and an amount for $249. Next day I get a $297 bill from a collections company?!?! Im now getting in touch with the local Better Business Bureau and the Florida Attorney Generals office regarding fair business practices. BOTTOM LINE: I would not recommend ANYONE use this company as they refuse to tell me what work theyve done, lose or misfile paperwork and work requests, turn people over to collections despite the fact that the owners son admits theyve made a mistake regarding the invoice. I dont think its too much to as someone before you pay them exactly what work theyve done for you!!?? GO TO YELP AS WELL TO REVIEW, give additional reviews for this company.

Had them do some repair work on my sprinkler system. One of their repairs didnt fix the issue it was supposed to, so I called them (admittedly a couple months later but only because it wasnt a major issue and my wife and I had been super busy) to ask them to come back to fix their work...only to be told that I would have to pay another visit fee + all parts and labor. When I raised the issue with Junior that I thought I shouldnt have to pay full price for the second repair since their first repair never worked, I was accused of lying about the timing of the recurrence of the issue. Apparently, these guys dont trust their customers and dont stand by their work. Look elsewhere. I did.

Found them to be professional. Had drainage installed. They did a great job for a fair price.

They treat my lawn like its their baby i love the service i get and im willing to pay a little more for superior service. Also they did my fence and patio great job ALSO fixed my irrigation sprinklers. Trees trimmed bushes beds weeded regularly i dont ever have to see my lawn looking bad and i won lawn of the month from my Hoa!!

I contacted Bryans Lawn Maintenance for service on my sprinkler system. They said that they charged for repair/service calls and I said thats fine, I just wanted my system working properly. When they arrived, they took one look at my system and said Sorry, we ONLY work on RainBird systems, we cant help you. WOULD YOU EXPECT A BILL FOR THAT???? The owner/operators of this business have little/no ethics and commenced to yelling obscenities at me when I contacted them to dispute the validity of the invoice. They have since turned the bogus invoice over to collections which I am now dealing with and will ultimately have a disputed collection on my credit report on account of them. NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING SCAMMED!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! After payment for service the company installed the wrong part, then cut my existing equipment as to not damage the part they had installed. They stated they would be out the next day to fix the problem, but then called and stated they decided they didnt want the job anymore. They had damaged my pipe so badly, that it took me months to find another company that could fix what they damaged and it cost me double what it should have. They were horrible and unprofessional. I wish there was a no star option!
