My wife and I are a first time customer for A Cut Above. From the very beginning phone calls with Keenan, Rebecca, and all of the crew, our experience was effortless and professional. New irrigation system, replacing and old one, along with new sod for half of our yard. Every step of the way we received professional and knowledgeable information. They were open to minor changes along the way as we were. A Cut Above has a great business approach and a great group of people living up to the high standards of its customers. Our flower beds were a mess - we never had a weed barrier installed in our almost eight years living here, and keeping up with the weeds was a losing battle. Also, I thought planting sago palms would add a cute, Floridian flare to our landscaping... how naive. I did not realize what monsters these things are. So my husband and I gave up and got in touch with A Cut Above. They were prompt to respond to my inquiry, which I sent online via their website. Customer service was pleasant, the quote was fair, and the work was excellent! They communicated via phone and text prior to our appointment, which was set for a couple weeks out from my initial inquiry - so not a very long wait. This may vary though depending on the time of year you're wanting service. They removed our old rubber mulch, installed a weed barrier, removed one of the dreaded sagos and gave the other two a proper grooming. :) And it only took a couple days, probably would've taken less time if it hadn't rained. We are very pleased with our flower beds and highly recommend this business. I am actually considering getting on a maintenance plan of some sort with them!

A Cut above landscaping has been great this summer handling our 2 acre property. I had called 3 other competitors about handling our yard and flower beds. 2 never called me back, and 1 came out for a quote but I couldn’t get anyone on the phone after that. Rebecca in the office always handles calls, questions, and messages efficiently and effectively. It’s always a pleasure to speak with her! Rickey and Adam have been consistent and professional this season. I have been able to get a hold of them whenever I need to and the address any questions I have. They communicate with me about weather and scheduling via text. Rickey and Adam go the extra mile and take ownership over their work which is a breath of fresh air now a days. I reached out requesting a quote to lay sod in my backyard. Their team was quick to contact me and schedule a time to come by the house. The specialist who came out to survey the area was professional and very knowledgeable when it came to answering all my questions regarding best grass type, lawn care, and maintenance. After accepting the estimate their team was quick to schedule a date and time to complete the task. There was constant communication in the days to follow and when the team arrived they worked diligently to get the task done. I honestly could not be more pleased with their work and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Final step (hopefully) in our three year renovation of our Pensacola money pit was to get an irrigations system out in and our backyard redone. We basically had sand, dirt, and a little grass along with a bunch of weeds. After three companies came to our house we decide to trust A Cut Above and we weren’t disappointed. First, Justin the project manager spent a lot of time understanding what we wanted, taking pictures and measurements. The other two spent about 10 minutes before providing a quote. We made a few modifications, and after a few weeks we have our new back yard. The team from A Cut Above was professional and got the job done quickly. James, the on-site project manager kept us informed throughout the work. Before leaving, everything was cleaned up and in great shape. We are very happy with the work they did and would not hesitate to bring them back for additional work.

I've had an irrigation problem that needed to fix asap, i came across this company and is was the best decision. From Rebecca on the phone to the technician (Jesse) everybody was very helpful. I called and the next day they had Jesse come by. He was very knowledgeable, informative, very kind and answer every question or concern that i had. And on top of that he fixed everything that was wrong very fast, he was patient enough to explain how everything works, and i very much appreciated that. With that being said he's customer serivce was excellent. I'm happy i chose this company.
