I live in a subdivision they come and cut every other week. They half a*s do their job. They always miss spots and tear up any decoration you have outside. Mind you i know when they are coming so i move literally everything out of my yard for them to cut the whole yard. They leave spots and only cut certain spots. They are so lazy. Cut my yard as if it were your own!!!! I do not recommend this place to anybody. Find you someone better who pays attention to detail. We spend alot of time in our yard and it sucks when the grass doesnt get cut for another 2 weeks. FIX THIS

Steven came over to our Marcus Pointe home,, beautifully explained how his company could refurbish our fountain, said he had a tech that could fix it and would contact me soon. It has been over a month and still no contact.

They don t honor their promise. They scheduled me for an afternoon assessment for a new landscaping for my yards. Their guy called that he is getting at my house earlier, I accommodated his time and took a leave from work. I arrived home as agreed and he was not there, I texted him he said that he is 15 mins away. After 15 minutes he called and said that he is 20 minutes away ! So I took them out from potential landscaping providers My conclusion that their customers satisfaction is not a priority.

They just abandoned serving our business locations. No service for a month. Did not return our phone calls. Negative Responsiveness

Stephen is Johnny on the spot as far as returning your messages and making sure your concerns are addressed! He also designed our front lawn which is lovely and the quality of lawn maintenance is A+

Rene West and Executive Landscaping installed four beautiful / mature Red Maple trees for my family ... top notch work ... expert guidance in the necessary selections and arrangements ... highest recommendation!

No-show for a design consult and won t answer or return my calls. This is after it took two different rep visits at my last house, because the first never contacted me or returned calls, and over a month to get a quote (by the time we got a quote we had already gone with another option so I can t speak to their work).

Executive Landscaping recently came to our rescue after our former attendant left town without notice and with our lawn in deplorable condition. Then Executive Landscaping came to the rescue! Led by VP Stephen Rampersad, the SWAT came on site on Friday and transformed an overgrown lawn, out of control shrubs and weedy beds into a beautiful space. Account Manager Wade, Crew Leader Martin and Maintenance Tech Ashley are miracle workers: Professional, skilled, thorough, communicative. Of course, they had to stay the first time much longer as so much cutting had to be done. When they left, no debris remained, all cleaned up, bagged & blown. I hired this company to service my lawn every 2 weeks. All of a sudden, they didn t show up one week. I thought maybe they were running behind. So another week went by. During that time, I randomly received an invoice stating that I owed them a balance when I thought I was caught up. It was from several months before and I was never notified that I had missed a couple of payments. I paid it. Now we re at about 4 weeks out with no lawn service and my grass was up to my knees in the dead of summer, so I called to find out what was going on. They proceeded to tell me that they no longer service my area, WITHOUT ONE SINGLE NOTIFICATION!! What they did was, send me a final invoice to settle my account and never showed up to my property again - which was not noted on the invoice. There was no excuse for this. They had my address, email, and telephone number and didn t notify me one single time! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I would cut my own grass before I would hire these people.

I hired them to take care of my grandfathers house and they do an amazing job. If you are looking for full service with no headaches then this is your company.

Waited 2 weeks for Reny to come out and give us a quote, only to receive an email the morning of the appt that he was canceling. He stated that he was too busy with other work. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Ask For Stephen, he will treat you royally.

Update 10/8/20 We received 17.5 of rain during Hurricane Sally on 9/16/20. The drains worked great even in this torrential rainfall. Could not be more happy. 3/2020 This is the third French drain I have had installed. By far, Executive Landscaping is head and shoulders over the others. They know what they are doing and provide a quality product. Though they are more expensive than the other two companies I used. This is a case of you get what you pay for. The other two French drains did not work well enough to solve my drainage issues. I should have gone with Executive Landscaping right out the gate. The crew were very responsive to each of my special requests - my requests were just little things but they meant a lot to me. They were so respectful of my requests and always treated me with kindness and a can-do attitude. They went over and beyond to be sure I was satisfied. Was a great experience. Rene (owner) runs a good company, Wade (salesman) is very pleasant and not pushy at all, Kenny (project manager) makes sure the project runs smoothly, Poli (foreman) made sure everything was done to my satisfaction and then some, Andy, Omar and Milan are extremely hard working and always friendly with a smile and a wave. This company sets the bar high for themselves. It was a pleasure doing business with such a professional outfit.

I had Wade out at my house and I have requested to have SOD in my front yards . He sent me a proposal I have sent him 2 differnt Emails and I never got a responce... Ok updates. I called twice I was told I would be called right back by the boss..and that was over two weeks ago.. This company must be some kind of a joke. Ok here it is 20 Oct 2020..I had called and I had called I have been promised over and over again someone will call me right back.No one ever calls.. Not sure if this place is a racket or what but they do not seem to care much about signed contracts or new customers..My advice is do not waste your time... Find someone else...

I Requested a quote, Nick called and set an appt. to be at my house today at 10am and I waited and Nick was a no show and no call or email. I will not spend money with SOMEONE THAT CANT EVEN SHOW UP FOR A QUOTE! UNPROFESSIONAL!

Had french drain and drainage lines installed in backyard. The job was done in one day and the quality of the work was great. They laid sod and looks like a new back yard with no flooding issues. I highly recommend the landscaping company.

Ive had them out to fix my sprinkler system twice now. Why twice? Because I keep forgetting to put a blanket over the above ground valve when its freezing outside! The first time they replaced it for me and the second time they were able to repair it which saved me some money. Theyre landscaping work at my friends houses is pretty awesome so Id highly recommend these guys.

Absolutely horrible. I didnt mind paying the $420 a month for a very small yard in the historic district, but they never put out mulch or sprayed like they quoted, and I had to constantly tell them to do basic things like clean the gutters. They wont return calls and make promises they cant keep. Basically, they are too big for their britches.

Underestimated the job but stayed with it with a good result for a tough drainage problem. The staff/employees were very courteous, worked hard, and were very responsive to minor corrections on the job. They came back at least twice to make sure the work was satisfactory and to correct some details.

They did an excellent job landscaping my back yard...from the initial planning with Rene until the last plant was planted each person was professional and kind. I am now switching to them for my maintenance services. A great company!!

Theyre too busy for any new business. Ive called them three times. Twice they said they had someone on it and to call me back. The third time I got their voice mail and no return call. Its not a good start. I need someone that can help me with my project. Executive Landscaping isnt that place. Unfortunate because they were a referral from a 5 star company I worked with just recently.

Very happy with the results of the job I hired Executive Landscaping to do. Steve Bruner gave a very fair estimate to trim the branches on the large trees that were blocking my signs from the view of traffic and passers-by. I feel his team went above and beyond to complete the job and ensure I was happy. I will hire them again when future work is needed.

Took over a month for the salesman to sign me up, meanwhile promising me that my yard would be done the next day but it was actually 5 weeks after his initial promise. He assured me that signing a contract would get my yard done Every two weeks, no questions asked. Hoping this would be true, I signed up. The crew is on their second visit now and apparently they dont have the correct lawn mower with them. They promised to be back the next day to complete the job. Its now 5 days later and I still cant even get a call back. Terrible business, take your money elsewhere and save yourself the headache.
