B Rich Lawn Services & Landscaping in Pennington

This company repeatedly mows on my property while doing the next door neighbors yard. I've asked so many times for them to follow the clear property lines and stop cuttingmy grass. This photo is a result of their work yesterday. I spend a fortune to treat my yard and mow at the proper height. Do not appreciate this being done on my lawn

Good services, quality work

I actually don’t use this business. But a lot of the homes in my neighborhood do. I walk with my baby and dog in the morning and they always stop leaf blowing or mowing when we pass. They’re very friendly and all of homes look so beautiful. Whenever they do my neighbors lawn next to us and stuff blows into our lawn they always are sure to pick it up. I enjoy doing my own lawn but if I’m ever unable to or need someone else to do it I’d call them.

To start with, I felt they were nice, trustworthy and good value as well. However all things changed, when we did actually move in to the residence, and for couple of weeks the lawn mowing service did not show up and after probably repeated calls of leaving voicemails around 5-6 times, one of the guys who used to always come in the morning and always claimed will come in the morning, came in the evening that day. Till day, they charged me for an extra mowing service to my knowledge and this sort of deceit is something I have never seen in any professional service. I did cancel their service immediately and warn anyone taking up their service to be wary on whether they do really come for the job. From a job standpoint, when they did come, I did not have any concerns.

We moved into the neighborhood recently. Despite them not taking any new clients, they helped us out with all of this snow recently. Very fair prices and they didn't even need to be called. They plowed multiple times during/after each storm and had guys shovel our walkway and dig out our cars. Great service- looking forward to having them help with our landscaping needs!

Been doing our lawn for several years now, Great service, always on time. This year they did a particularly good job with the annual clean up. We will continue to recommend them to our friends and family

Lawn was Not properly cut to my expectations! I've been calling mr. rich and has not return my phone calls!
