Recently,Town and County did our fall clean-up. We are surrounded by trees of different kinds that drop leaves at different times making it hard to find a date where the leaves are gone, but the snow hasn't fallen yet. The owner told me they will try to hit that window when the leaves are down and the snow isn't on us. They did it! Not a leaf in the yard. Two of the nicest gentlemen did the work. They couldn't have been more more thorough. I will use Town an Country in the future for all of our landscaping needs. They have a great menu of thing they do. Thanks Again, Town and Country.
I've used them for lawn care for years. But this summer reminded me why. I was having my driveway sealed and parked my cars next to the driveway. It just so happened that they came out to treat my lawn. But they couldn't treat where the cars were parked. I thought nothing of it. The next day I saw them show up again, unload their equipment and treat where the cars had been parked. They made a special trip just to treat two car spaces that they couldn't do the day before. I wonder how many other companies would have done that.
Decided this year after all the crabgrass to have T&C provide year long lawn maintenance. I got started late summer and i am already seeing a huge difference. T&C is very easy to work with and their pricing is equal or less than if I went to the big box stores and purchased all the material I needed for my property. A wise investment.
Jake and the T&C team are awesome...they beat out their competitors in customer service and knowing their business with lawn care! I highly recommend Town & Country over anyone else.
My husband and I were extremely satisfied and happy with the work Trenton and Jonas did at our house this week. We live on 28 acres of land, which is a big property to cover and those two worked nonstop both days. Trenton also moved around a few plants for me and he made sure that I was satisfied with each new location. They communicated extremely well the whole time. I am most impressed with how meticulous they both were with spreading soil to fill in dips in our yard. I appreciate the dedicated and hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone I know looking.

After 2 applications my lawn looks beautiful.. it was horrible after the last lawn care company treated the lawn. What was even better was the tech who treats my lawn use to treat it many years ago with another company so he knew the property and how to treat it. I would and I have recommend Town & Country to anyone…
I had Town and Country plow my driveway for a few years . First of all their price for close to $500. was crazy , they only came out a few times. Over the years of them plowing out my driveway they would leave at least a one foot piled high of snow in front of my garage. When I called to ask why , they said they don’t get close to the garage. I said “ for the amount of money you charge me each season, I’d expect that the guy would get out and shovel it for me, I’m paying you to do a service for me reason being because I can’t do it myself “. Their response was we don’t do that”. Then after these few years of doing my driveway, I get an email saying they don’t do my area anymore. Poor service, try another company. They want to get paid , but they don’t do a complete job.

We were looking for hardscaping - design and install of entranceway, firepit and commemorative brick patio for our sports club. Most services would not even return calls or messages. James at Town & Country was consistently responsive. He quickly submitted design ideas and pricing, then creatively worked with us to improve our ideas and overall project. Pricing was good, timeline was excellent, his crews communicated well and provided excellent craftsmanship, on or before estimated dates. We could not be happier with the service and end product. No complaints at all. We highly recommend them for those reasons.

Complete unprofessional employees, was driving in a parking lot when an employee in a company truck cut across traffic causing me to slam on my brakes to avoid a collision. He proceeded to give me the middle finger and act like he wanted to fight me. Terrible representation of the company

Landscaped around the house and trees with stone and block edging. Updated a large berm/tree area with topsoil, boulder edging, and mulch. At the end of the project, their work looks great. Repaired areas where lawn was damaged by equipment. Cleaned up well at the end of each day. Excellent job! Thank you T&C!
Town and Country did my lawn fertilization this past year. They professionally applied their products on time per the program and the results are outstanding! Any questions I needed answers to were quickly explained by Marc. Will be contracting T&C for 2024.

Town and Country has been our lawn service for many years. They do a reliably excellent job on our challenging property! They are a pleasure to work with, and very responsive to any and all requests and concerns. You won t find a better service in this area.
This winter 2021-2022 season we scrambled to find a service. Many services were only taking repeated customers or stating we were not in their service area when on their site clearly stated Penfield. When I called Town and Country, they were extremely professional and helpful. Not only that, they were well versed in explaining how their services worked. They were quick to respond to all questions, professionally provided an email quote and included explanations of all services so I could make an informed decision. While their service is slightly higher than the competition, their service was timely in clearing our driveway, especially since I leave my house for work at 4:30 am daily. We rarely had to clear the end of the driveway even after town plows came. During the storms we had, it seemed like they were here like clockwork and the bonus is minimal to no damage to our lawn! Very satisfied overall and well worth the cost and timely service for this healthcare worker and family!
I use Town and Country for plowing and landscaping. They are always prompt on plowing my driveway. They put in a beautiful garden in the back of my house and planted a maple tree in my front yard. They were very professional and clean up the work area before they left. I would highly recommend Town and Country.

Town & Country provides a great snow plow service. They re always professional, take care not to damage our lawn and always make sure our driveway is clear of snow. They ll come out multiple times in a day to ensure we never have to worry about snow removal . It s the best decision we ever made and worth every penny!

Town & Country replaced an old retaining wall, an old slate patio and a walkway. They did a great job on all 3. They were professional, courteous and easy to work with. They provided some design ideas that we hadnt though of that improved the project significantly. They cleaned up after their work, regraded and reseeded the lawn damage. As we had changes throughout the project, they were responsive to everything we wanted, got all the extras done and charged a fair price for the changes. James, Tim, and Josh all did a great job for us. One paver developed a small crack after the job was done. They replaced it with no problems and no questions. Good service!

Town and Country has plowed my driveway for the past three years. They keep the driveway neat and clean, and they return throughout the day as necessary. They did extra little things, like moved the garbage bins in order to clear the entire driveway. Recommend them highly!

Seasonal Bee service
We love being very rural - except for the bugs! We used T&C to keep down the mosquito population, & beetles, & stink bugs, & moths around the house. Prior to this, we couldnt enjoy being outdoors - especially after dark.
Yard is looking real good after the drought. Will probably increase the service next year.
I have been a customer only one year, but my lawn and landscaping has not looked better. Huge thank yous to the T&C Team that cuts and trims. Huge thanks to the lawn treatment folks too. Theirs is a process that greens up the lawn and takes care of weeds. I had an issue with some weird plant that invaded my lawn and they took care of it in the lawn program. This team is responsive and professional. I look forward to another great year of service.
We have had the Town & Country lawn care program for the past three years and we are very happy with it. The lawn technicians are very knowledgable and answer all of our questions. This year we contracted with Town & Country to plow our private drive and we are SO happy we did! Our driver Mark was courteous and meticulous and always took his time. Every person Ive spoken to from the office folks to James, the owner, have been courteous and pleasant. It is a pleasure doing business with an honest, ethical company like Town & Country and I would highly recommend them.

Town & Country has done a lot of work for us over the past several years. They installed a patio, side walk off our deck. A side walk, front stoop with and new landscaping out front. Additionally, they take care of the spring lawn clean up, mulching of gardens, trimming of plants and lawn treatment. They take pride in their work and after the spring clean up and mulching the yard and gardens look great. The lawn continues to improve each year less weeds, and a thicker lawn. They are extremely responsive and professional! If you call or email they will address the issue quickly. On October 31st we noticed a couple step stone had come loose creating a dangerous situation for kids, they came right out and fixed them that day! We have asked them questions on the cleaning the patio, they have provided us detailed guidance/instructions. They are always friendly, professional and provide great customer service!

We feel like they are always looking out for us, and we have never had an instance where we thought we were forgot about, or theyre too busy to get to us. Contacted this place for a plowing estimate for a small driveway - $459 for a seasonal contract! WHAT A TOTAL RIPOFF. Being so greatly overpriced, I would not recommend this company for anything. After making a few phone calls, we found a seasonal plowing contract for 45% less. As a homeowner with all the typical expenses that go along with it, $459 for snowplowing CANNOT be justified. All the high-priced people will give you a song and dance about why the service is better when you pay more and - you know what Ive learned - all that cr@p is meaningless.
The town and country unlimited plan for snow removal works well when it doesnt snow much. I cant get into my driveway while my neighbors plow service is on the job. Will be looking for a different company next season. We had them for spring cleanup last year but no longer after subpar service and additional charges were found on the bill. Not happy.
Town and Country Enterprises have done a great job redoing my front landscape and hardscape. When I moved into my new house in 2006 it was in such a need of an overhaul. Dave and his team came in did a draft of the whole plan including the plants and the type of brink that would look the best with the house facade. We are very happy with the results.
Dave and his crew have been servicing my lawn for 5 years. The service and quality are great and the price is fair!
