This was the first year I used Residential Property Maintenance. They handled mowing and mulching, plus spring and fall cleanup. Super pleased with the job they did on everything. Jim is very professional and reliable and responded quickly whenever I had questions. Will definitely use this company again next year!

Grant, Kenny, and Jim are the most professional landscaping contractors I've ever hired. They cleaned my 1.5 acre property with zero hassle and it's never looked better! They even fixed a few issues cause by the previous "landscaper". I'll be hiring them again next season!
A few weeks ago, we found ourselves with a half-mowed lawn and the need for a mowing service for the rest of the season. I called about 15 companies, and Jim was one of two of them who answered the phone. (I do understand that in this line of work, there may not be anyone available to answer the phone as they are out working, but I would like to note that so far, I haven't received any return calls.) Anyway, as luck would have it, Jim was in my area and was able to come over right away so he could get us on his schedule. He looked at the lawn, and said he would be back next week to mow. Then the next thing I knew, he finished the unmowed part of our lawn. A week later, he was back to mow, despite the 90+ degree heat. I am really impressed by his responsiveness and professionalism!
I have used Residential Property Maintenance for the past two years for snow plowing services and have been very pleased with their work. When I mentioned to the owner, Jim, that I also had a deteriorating asphalt tennis court that needed to be removed from my property, he offered to do the job. Jim took the time to discuss the project, answer all of my questions, and come up with an accurate estimate. He broke up the asphalt and hauled it away, along with two large yews, a tree trunk, and a tall chain link fence. He then brought in topsoil and planted grass. Jim kept me apprised of the costs involved in each phase of the project and was very courteous and professional at all times. I highly recommend the services of Residential Property Maintenance.
Residential Property Maintenance is great They have done every type of yard work . They snow blow my driveway in Winter, plant grass and spread mulch in spring summer , trim and cut down trees , and of course cut my lawn all summers long. Spring and fall cleanup too! Jim and Grant are the best to work with. Would recommend them anytime

We live in a small condo community. We chose Residential because they had a reasonable price and promised to hand mow our individual yards. For the first time ever, we called today because our yard was not mowed. The owner was rude and said he was sick of our whining and wanted to refund our contract. My husband said that was fine, but could they finish the mowing? No, he doesn’t “want to cut” our grass. Now I have no idea whether other neighbors have complained; I know the work is subpar (no trimming, cutting at Indy 500 speeds), but not even mowing the lawn? We are shocked that any business would act with such crudeness and unconcern for the quality-and completion-of their work. Oh—and they have never hand-mowed despite promise. They now say they have no hand mowers. 😐

We have a contract for lawn service with this company. They failed to fulfill his end of the contract and when I called to question the owner about it he got very irate and thing got heated. He is now refusing to fulfill the remaining time or refund for the remaining time. Had to get the BBB involved and he caved . He also can get quite creative with the truth.

Been using Residential Property Maintanence for many years. Always very professional and quality work. On 12/11/21 a wind storm downed a tree in my back yard I called Jim The next day and they were here to remove it, also a neighbor had a tree down and he removed hers as well. I would recommend them for any of your landscape needs.

I used this company for one full year for my cutting my lawn, fall cleanup,and also snow plowing. The lawn service was great. They did half the leaf cleanup before the weather turned bad. And the snow plowing was not bad. Here comes the problem.I ve repeatedly texted, I called repeatedly both the owner Jim and his job foreman that was my original contact, Grant and neither one of them ever returned my call or text messages. Finally, today, I was able to corner Grant as he was cutting my neighbor s lawn, a job that I got them, and asked him if my home was still on their list ? His response was No, we are full for the year I was never given a phone call or text message or any explanation until this point when I cornered him. Totally unprofessional. If they were going to drop me from their list for some reason they could ve had the professional courtesy to let me know so I would ve had time to hire somebody else. I can t tell you how many times I referred them last year trying to get them more work and this is the thanks I get! Totally unprofessional and quite pathetic in my opinion.

My husband Josh and i moved to our new house at the beginning of February in Penfield assuming the winter storms were done, from a townhouse complex, where we didnt need a shovel. Got hit with the massive snowstorm last night and couldnt get our sedan out of the driveway. Called RPM and they were here an hour before we needed them, at an undoubtedly busy time, and got our car unstuck and the driveway plowed in a flash. Couldnt recommend them anymore, excellent customer service!
Not only was our driveway done as advertised, but they came out and did it a couple of times in one day when the snow really came down. On top of that, they made sure our driveway was done early so our clients would be able to get in no problem. Highly recommend Residential Property Maintenance Inc!!!

Jim came to plow my driveway on short notice on a Sunday and did a great job. My car was stuck in the snow and he even brought equipment to help pull me out before plowing. He arrived very soon after my call and was very professional. I would recommend him to anyone looking for plowing or lawn care needs.

I contacted Jim on during the day Christmas Eve two years ago and he called back right away. The company I had been had previous hired with failed to show up despite countless unanswered phone calls. Jim himself arrived within a hour, plowed my driveway and someone has shown up EVERY single time within our contracted arrangement since. What more could someone ask? I then hired his company to mow my yard and perform spring and or fall clean up. Jim and his crew are knowledgeable about yard work, they are courteous, quick and careful.
