This company has no idea what they are doing. It took me so many calls and e-mails to simply confirm the appointment time. Then the workers show up late and their task was to remove poison Ivy from my yard. They weed whacked it….. I went to check on it and saw they had missed a huge section. They didn’t even know what it looked like. Less than a month later there is more spreading. I tried calling Jason, emailing and texting and never got a response aside from being told that they did what I asked for and being sent a second invoice.
You will regret the day you hired this company. Would not recommend this company at all, they don't know how to say anything truthful. I've been using their lawn and tree and shrub treatments and having trouble with them for a while where the fertilizer of the lawn has been horrible, uneven spread of resulting in dark green lanes next to light green lanes, weeds popping up everywhere and when they treat them after multiple arguments, they kill the grass instead, then blame it on fungus, they say they treated it but then the following week get the technicians note saying that the lawn has fungus. Then a month ago I asked them to treat the trees because there are black spots, now the fruit and trees are all moldy and rotten. The technician arrives at our house, and each time spends fifteen minutes to half an hour talking on the phone, pretending to work, gets on his machine and rushes through the application and just doesn't care about getting anything done right. How are you going to catch that the trees need treatment if you are not doing your job, oh yeah your client told you and you did nothing about it.
Really can't complain about Global Green Lawncare. Great service, great results - which is basically all youre really looking for when it comes to a lawncare company! Turned my lawn around in less than a year.

I have found that Global Green is dependable, that they care about their work, and strive to create the most healthy lawn. I have used their fertilizing service for over 20 years as well, and my lawn looks beautiful (even with out a sprinkler system!).
I have nothing but great things to say about Global Green! This April my lawn was bare, just dirt! I was super skeptical about ever having grass but, Global Green knocked my expectations out of the park! I am so thrilled with my lawn!
We have been with Global Green for the last six years and they have been excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable and responsive to any of our questions. They always let us know at least a day before when they will be coming and Christina, a fellow dog lover, always leaves our pups treats. For years we had another service and our lawn looked awful - patchy and thin. Since using GG our grass is healthy and thick and we get compliments all the time on how good our yard looks. I highly recommend Global Green.
Very knowledgeable staff in both the office and the field. Friendly and helpful. We have had the annual lawn fertilizer and lime, and pest and weed control services, for several years. They have also provided aeration and overseeing. Fair and competitive prices. Reliable, they arrive when they say they will and do excellent work. They provide expert advice and a wide variety of services. We are very satisfied with all aspects of their work and have recommended them to friends and neighbors.

We are just getting started with Global Green for fertilizing. So far so good-lawn is definitely perking up & the color looks very good. The tech who has come for the first two fertilizations is both friendly and knowledgeable. Angelina-in the office -is also very friendly and responsive.

Global Green does an excellent job as they eliminated the weeds and the lawn is green and lush.
I hired them to take care of mowing and after mowing twice they never showed up again. I discussed 2 hard scape projects with Jason, the owner, and he was friendly and enthusiastic. The smaller job was a brick edging around my greenhouse using my own materials for about 50% of the job and offering to sell me the rest of the brick at a discount because he had a small amount already that would be a match to mine. That job was to be scheduled within 2 - 3 weeks. The other job was an expensive one involving the demolition and rebuilding of an old retaining wall and regrading the space around it, for which a detailed proposal was supposed to come to my email in a couple days. Again nothing from them. Repeated phone calls and emails have not been responded to. Buyer beware
At first they were super hard to get a hold of, but I was determined because they came recommended by a local. Once I badgered them enough, I got on their rotation and soo happy I did! They completely turned our lawn around. We moved into a home with a sparse lawn and when I asked about seeding, the owner said he didn t want to sell me something we didn t need. Sure enough, their standard treatments turned it around in a years time. We Have used them for seeding in the back (which we DID need) and are very happy with those results too. I ve said it to my husband more than once, global green is my FAVORITE vendor for our house!!!!

I know Jason the owner well and if there is anything I can say, its that he and his team take their work very professionally. They always do that last 5% that other companies tend to miss.

Mike is one of the most unprofessional business owners I have ever encountered. My landscaper subbed out my irrigation and fertilizing. He would just show up without notice. Couldn t shut irrigation off for the winter because I wasn t home to get into the basement. I am a business owner since I was 23. He is an idiot. He was going to take me to small claims court for $140! I don t know how he gets out of bed in the morning?
Negativity hit my credit report as a delinquency for non payment of a debt for a property I don t own or live in and not am responsible for. The only information they need is a name to do this so beware.

Look out for over charging

Global Green, and their awesome lawn technician Brian, have taken our yard from a crab-grass nightmare to a lush and healthy lawn. We hired Global Green three years ago to remove a large system of roots that ran throughout our back yard, grade the land and add a significant amount of soil before planting their blend of grass seed. This year we haven t had any weeds at all, and have received numerous compliments on how great our yard looks! This is a local business that not only offers a better rate than most of their competitors, but their customer service and dependability are top notch!
