Our tech, Yeshua, has a tough act to follow. Aaron Jacobs had been our rep since the turnover in ownership. Aaron must have had a voice in the decision because Yeshua is a great guy, always pleasant and attentive. No one likes a change in their company rep however, choosing Yeshua was a very good replacement. Yes, will miss Aaron but like Yeshua a lot, he is a very nice young man.

Absolutely horrible service. I have no idea how they have 5 stars (which is the only reason I tried them). Since the first time I called, there have been signs that this was going to be a sham and it definitely has been. DO NOT use this service - not only did they not show up the day they scheduled me for, but the solution (mosquito buckets) that they recommended didn t work at all and when I called to cancel service earlier this week, the rep said I would receive a cancellation confirmation (which I had to specifically ask for since I knew something shady would happen) and a phone call from someone about other alternative solutions. I never received an email or a call, and I emailed them yesterday to request confirmation of my cancellation. Today, I received the receipt for automatic payment that they charged to my CC. Absolutely horrible!!!

I am devastated. I hired this company for simple sugar ants in the house. But no, they sprayed for EVERYTHING. The sprayers came and as they were about to get started I asked them directly if their products hurt beneficial insects...the guy quickly responded no. When you see my yard, the first thing you notice ais all the butterflies and bees. Theyre everywhere because I garden for them -- host plant and nectar plants. Turns out, they use Taurus SC and it kills everything. They even used it where they werent supposed to use it, based on the product instructions (not for use on the perimeter and their final report stated this is where they sprayed it). Taurus SC can kill beneficial insects like bees and butterflies. Taurus SC is a non-repellent insecticide thats designed to be picked up by insects and transferred to other insects they come into contact with. This can be detrimental to beneficial insects. Taurus SC is labeled for outdoor use only,...Its not intended for use as a spot or perimeter treatment, and it can affect nontarget animals and beneficial insects. Fipronil is the active ingredient and can kill non-target species like birds and fish, and can contaminate local ecosystems by leaching into soil and water sources. Honeybees: Fipronil can be toxic to honeybees by contact or ingestion when applied to plant foliage. It can cause agitation, seizures, tremors, and paralysis, and sublethal doses can cause bees to lose their navigation and foraging abilities. Butterflies and moths: Fipronil can affect beneficial insects like butterflies and moths. Flower bugs: Researchers have found that fipronil can kill 38.8-94.5% of beneficial predators such as flower bugs. Im so mad and sad :( Terrible company for using this kind of product in this day and age, lying to me about it, and being ignorant of the damage it can do to a yard like mine.

We just got a service from PURCOR and I feel like we got scammed. We were having a roach issue and were using another company that did regular spraying, but that didnt solve our issue. So when we talked to someone from PURCOR, they told us they would do a fumigation that would kill all the roaches and we would leave the house for 4 hours and then they would come back and vacuum, thats what we were told by the sales person, so we agreed. But then the technician showed up and just did a regular spraying, which we were having with our previous company for much much cheaper. The technician didnt know anything about fumigation. We also had little to zero communication from the company before the scheduled time, we tried to call them several times and the sales people dont know ANYTHING, they are just there to sell you, and we didnt receive communication from the technical staff on how to prepare other than a one page vague document. It seems like company is only focusing on selling a contract with whatever promise and they do not deliver!
