The cost is about the same as buying all the fertilizer, pre-emergent and post -emergent, but without having to do the work ourselves or have the knowledge of when and how much to apply. The service was brief. I was concerned about a damaged feed station, and replacement but the technician did not think it was necessary. I also thought they all were changed each year, I was told only when necessary. I presume the service was adequate.

I cant express how grateful my family is for Waynes Pest Control. We recently lived a mouse nightmare comparable to Night of the Living Dead. They were coming from every direction and when they reached the kitchen counters, I was done! I sent an email to Waynes on Friday night, they called Saturday morning, had someone out on Monday to assess and give us a quote, and the work was done by Tuesday. We are beyond pleased. The folks working here are great! Our first point of contact was Mike Tedesco. Hes awesome! I cant remember the name of the gentleman who came and completed the work, but he was awesome as well. Both very professional and compassionate...they really felt sorry for us, lol, bc we were so terrified! As a side note, we were quoted $2100 from another company which required us to pay $712 to get on the schedule. Two weeks later, we were still waiting. Waynes really came through for us. They were timely and completed the job for a fraction of the cost we were quoted from the other company. I could say it a million times and it still wouldnt be enough: WAYNES IS AWESOME! Dont hesitate to call them for your pest control needs. My family will not use any other company but Waynes. Waynes, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!

We had roach & pest control Friday & he done an excellent job. We had a yearly termite inspection Tuesday by David & he done a great job. Both services were done professionally & both men were very polite & respectful.

I am using their lawn treatment system. I have more weeds than I did before I started the service.

Update: I really appreciate John reaching out to me immediately and offering to come back out to follow up and check to make sure the nest was gone. He was understanding of my frustration and he made it right. He is very considerate and has great customer service. I will continue to work with this company in the future. Original: Wayne s Pest charged me $250 to come spray some Raid. They did not, in fact, get rid of or remove the wasp nest. I will NEVER use their useless service again. I will be disputing the charge.

In my experience, customer service as a whole has suffered in recent years and I was pleasantly surprised by the time and effort Joseph devoted to getting my service set up. I dont like that appointments aren t scheduled and service just shows up. We have a locked gate and unless someone is home, they won t be able to complete the work.

Disappointed in service paid a lot of money for bats to be removed and exterior inspections were told plenty times technicians removed bats but time after time I hear bats in my attic every night, they ve attempted 4 times to remove bats various ways but on July 5th the receptionist stated it s illegal to remove bats during mating season but they managed to accept payment for it . I DO NOT recommend anyone to use this company CHECK REVIEWS. I want a refund and will be pursing legal actions against this company for lying and putting my kids life at danger they left my chimney opened and lied and said it was close shortly after last visits bats made their way in

The company has grown dramatically. Scheduling was a little bit tricky. I could not be more pleased with our service though! An extreme flea treatment and regular service on our home. Both technicians just made my life so much easier.

0-I didn t give Wayne s permission. My account was set up they were to contact me a day or two before coming.

Their price goes up higher and higher each year . I used their termite service only now theyre charging me over $400 a year and I only get to see them once a year for like 5 minutes lol

Termite inspection was completed on this visit. Tech arrived during scheduled time. Walked through the first floor looking for signs of termites. None found and went outside to inspect Sentricon units. Fast, easy and done.

Ive noticed yards that have been treated by Waynes Lawn Service for many years and they are lush and beautiful. I met my technician, Kevin, today as he applied the first treatment to my lawn. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and gave me tips on how to get the best value from the service and the thickest, greenest yard possible. I am very impressed by my first visit and highly recommend Waynes Lawn Service. 2024 - I have been with Waynes for several years now. Their professionalism and communication is still outstanding. Last year they called me to see if they could improve in any way. I mentioned it seemed the amount of product placed on my yard had diminished as I was noticing more weeds than usual. Well, they sent out a special treatment for weeds. After a few months I noticed the residual weeds were gone and my yard was looking good again. They followed up with a call to check to see if I was satisfied and let me know that if there was any reason I had concerns about my yard service to call them. I LIKE THAT!! Now, thats taking care of your customer.

The guy came in and I said hey he was there to take care of the inside of the house but we have a trap outside with them as well, and I asked him to check it please and he said nope cant do it and I got smart back with him and said ok but he changed he attitude and was better after he left and he did check the outside as well.

Great people easy to work with.

I am less than pleased with Wayne s lawncare, as their most recent liquid lawn application was sprayed over dog toys in the fromt yard. If i was spraying the lawn, i would make sure to move the 2 toys that were in the grass to make sure they didnt get sprayed, and that the all of the grass received the application.
