Titan Turf Management in Pelham

It takes A LOT to provoke me to write a negative review. I write many positive reviews. If a company disappoints, I usually make a change and keep it to myself. However, I will feel really guilty if any of my neighbors, friends or acquaintances initiate service with this calamity of a business and I could have possibly have warned them. I have been a customer of EnviroCare for several years. They did an excellent job. They were responsive, accountable and honest. In 2023, TITAN TURF MANAGEMENT purchased EnviroCare’s Lawn Services Division. WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE of a company this turned out to be. They managed to turn my lawn into a “weed fest” in only mere months. Reach out to them you ask? NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! Email them you ask… NO RESPONSE! Text them you ask? Shane, who identified himself as the owner, responded to one text, assured me that the issues would be addressed immediately. The issues were not addressed and the technician that came out the following month stated that he knew absolutely nothing about me contacting management about my dissatisfaction of service. So… I reached back out to Shane… multiple times!!! He stated he would contact the technician immediately and send him back to my residence. I requested for the technician to call me on his way so I could walk him through the issues. The technician showed up, did NOT CALL AS REQUESTED, left an invoice on my door with the services provided, but was never seen on our cameras treating our lawn. POOR LAWN SERVICE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, DISHONEST, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY, ZERO CREDIBILITY, UNFULFILLED PROMISES and just simply A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Our new lawn service company is awesome! Showed up on time, did exactly what they promised to do, have killed off the barrage of weeds that had taken over my lawn and even called me the following day to verbally assure me that if the weeds didn’t die off, they would be back to retreat at no charge until I was satisfied. I am not directing anyone away from this company. But, if you proceed… you now know what you may experience. AMD… WHY CANT YOU GIVE ZERO STARS????

Great customer service and people skills. Spoke to Shane today he made me feel a lot more comfortable with the transition from enviro care. Not what you would expect from most businesses. I look forward to having this company as my lawn care provider.
