May back yard did not get mowed. Missed completely

We’ve used Spygrass on both of our personal homes and have had great results both times. They repaired our sprinkler system and installed new sod after leveling the ground. We highly recommend Philip and his crews!

In January 2021, due to budget changes, we decided to cancel. We called in January and the person my husband spoke with convinced us it was ok to “pause” service until we were ready to start back up. Despite this phone conversation we continued to receive invoices for Feb, March, and April plus they leave letters in our mailbox about being fined for late payments. We have emailed FOUR times now since January explaining that we called ago cancel & received no response, but we keep getting bills and late payment notices. They’ll also throw in extra service during the summer without warning and just charge you for it. Not a good business and very poor communication.

I requested a change in frequency of service. The person I talked with never recorded the change. The lawn men came out and sat in their truck for 30 minutes. I finally walked up to them and told them that I was not needing service. They did not speak any English. They did leave without performing service. I called Spygrass. they apparently use GPS on their trucks to determine whether or not someone received service and billed me for the men sitting in their truck outside my home. I called and completely canceled service. I was then billed for the upcoming month. I also paid $200 to have some bricks put back in place on a step. They were not made flush with the sidewalk and are now a falling hazard.
