Acre Group Lawn and Landscape in Pelham

We recently completed a complete redo of our 1950's residential yard. Acre Group followed a Landscape plan we had commissioned and did it extremely well. Lawn, planting beds and planters, drainage, irrigation and lighting were installed as designed and expected. Acre has been responsive and flexible to our request. Because of their work we have retained Acre for our future lawn care. We highly recommend the Acre Group for your project.

Our HOA and surrounding neighborhoods use Acre and they are hit and miss. At times they do a decent job and at other times we have to send pics to the board and property management to get things taken care of. They have been out several times recently and have not bothered to even cut the dead areas out of the trees. What an eyesore and the fact that they have to be asked is ridiculous. A while back I had to call Aaron, the owner, because his “enhancement” crew left my potted plants turned over and strewn all over the driveway along with dirt everywhere. Definitely expect better!!

We had the Acre Group help redesign landscaping in the front of our house. I was so particular and had so many questions. Aaron was very patient and helped me achieve the look I wanted for the price I had budgeted. Would absolutely recommend.

They came up with a design for my backyard and installed with great communication and professionalism. I had to contact them twice - once to switch around some plants and the other to replace some under warranty the died in the summer heat- and both times they responded within the business day and was switched out the next day. Very reliable and efficient. Will use them again!

Unfortunately we are looking for a new service. Our yard is full of crab grass. Asked for some attention to our weeds and were told someone would come out. No one has shown up. Damage to our kids play set from edging. They show up inconsistently.

I cannot say enough good things about the Acre Group team and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality landscaping work. We were looking to redo our driveway, add a large flagstone patio, and a wood deck. Our backyard is on a slope and had some drainage issues which made it a challenging job. Alex, a project manager for Acre Group, came out to our home multiple times to speak with us about the design and answer all of our questions. Despite a delay on my part with the bank and a pandemic, Alex and the team kept us on schedule and worked with us to meet our goals for the yard while meeting our budget. Alex provided great project management and the team cleaned up each day before leaving the site, such as cleaning up the street in front of our home of loose rocks and small construction debris. Alex even worked with our neighbors to ensure they weren't overburdened by the construction. Everyone was extremely polite, was mindful of our home during construction, and worked with us when we had a few adjustments to the design while it was being built. I've worked with numerous contractors in the past and I've never had such a good experience in regards to communication, quality of work, and project management, especially while dealing with a pandemic and it's impact on supplies and cost inflation. Definitely five stars and I will be giving them a call for any future work!
