Manzer's has been a part of Peekskill, New York since 2003 and donated many hours to the community by providing materials and landscape design and installation services to various projects around town. TOP-QUALITY WORK & CRAFTSMANSHIP. We use Manzer’s for much more than just their landscaping services. Recently, Manzer’s completed a complex, long-term project to add an addition onto our house. We wanted the addition to match the “look and style” of our 1930’s stone & stucco Tudor. This was a difficult ask, but Manzer’s was up to the challenge. Just look at our photos! The entire Manzer’s team is professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. Their work is priced fairly, with minimal wait times to get onto their schedule. We highly recommend Manzer’s services.

NOT FOR RESIDENTIAL USE!!! They treat every lawn as if it were a 10 acre commercial lot. Zero turn mowers used on small areas to get the job done quicker, which leaves lines of uncut grass. They’ll sit and wait for rain to stop, only to arrive shortly after and mow, sinking equipment into the grass leaving ruts where water will pool. Trimmers will often whack around soccer balls, frisbees, lawn chairs, and watering canisters rather than move them. I once had them cut around a lacrosse ball in the grass, leaving a patch uncut, rather than kicking the ball to the side. Poor service for residential needs and WAAAAYYYY overpriced. They cut a “last cut” in October so low that dirt shows. $800 to clear leaves from a .25 acre lot!!! Not recommended for residential use.
Manzer's recently did a landscape design for me with beautiful plantings that bloomed all spring and summer. But you never know how good a business is until you have a real problem that needs immediate attention. I called Chappy to ask if they could dig a trench for an electrical repair and fill it with sand and cement after the electricians put down their wires/conduit. Jenn in the office immediately coordinated everything and Jesse ,who did the work at my home, worked quickly and efficiently to get the job accomplished. What a fabulous team at Manzer's!
From start to finish, Chappy and his team at Manzer's were prompt, professional, and detail-oriented. Chappy met with us and gave us an idea of how to beautify our front yard. He shared some drawings and gave us a line-by-line list of all of the plants he wanted to install. We went back and forth on pricing, and he was more than willing to work with our budget. His crew were respectful of our property and just did an amazing job. They went above and beyond to make the outside of our home beautiful. We will definitely be hiring Manzer's for our future landscaping projects and would highly recommend them to anyone.
My wife and I have used Manzer's for lawn mowing, general maintenance around the house, spring/fall clean-ups, etc. for the past 7 years. Year after year, Manzer's continues to provide excellent service. Their team is professional, responsive, and honest. We strongly recommend them!

There were no surprises and the work was clearly stellar. Chappy was responsive whenever I needed him to be. That was the clincher for me. He stands by his work and the work stands by him!
They built us a patio in our backyard and they were great from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient and fast. We figured wed have things to discuss along the way, but as soon as they started work on it, they just took care of everything for us based on what wed asked for.
A neighbor had a Turfstone driveway I liked done by Manzers. I called them up in early May and was told they would come in June to take a look and give me an estimate. TWO WEEKS later I get a call back and was told they dont work with Turfstone, go on their website to find other contractors, no further explanation. I wasted two weeks likely because my job wasnt worth their time - they could have told me that upfront. Avoid. UPDATE: their reply (below) suggests my budget was too low, but the WHOLE POINT of the appointment was to get an estimate in the first place ! Theyre implying we had set up a budget with one phone call WITHOUT having seen my driveway..
We also use them for lawn care, snow removal, and cleanups and planting- the workers are always neat and reliable- the office staff is very supportive!!!!

We used Manzer Landscaping to put a foundation in for our playard 12 years ago. Now that the play yard had been dismantled we will using it as the base for our fire pit. for the past two years they have been maintaining our lawn for the spring and summer and have done a wodnerful job of keeping weeds down and growing thick grass that we couldnt seem to get right. He is a local business owner who we are more than happy to give our business to!

Manzers is very professional. Jenn D. in the office is very responsive and friendly. Service staff are efficient and thorough. Chappy did a great job of garden design and selecting plants. All plants bloomed from when they were planted until late fall, some until first frost. Highly recommend Manzers.
We have year round services from Chappy and his crews! Mowing, cleanups and snow plowing. Great crews making sure everything is neat and clean when they re finished. Jen in the office is always on top of things and makes sure to check in to see how things are going. We even got firewood this year!
