Fast, clean service!

They did an average job at leveling my yard.

I scheduled an estimate for a flower bed cleaning and for a small bush to be removed and mulch to be added. No estimate was ever given nor was a follow up given. I made this appt 2 weeks ago and now they are here to do my landscaping but can t do the mulch or remove the small bush because I have to accept the estimate via e-mail which still hasn t been sent. The lady on the phone claimed that due to two other secretaries that no longer work there that the e-mails may have have not been sent to me. I have been a customer for two years and they are not consistent with the level of professionalism needed when dealing with this and other issues I have reported. I will look else where for landscaping services.

Originally had the company install grass in back yard which was done for around 1.5k. Next was weekly maintenance, that was their downfall. They are not consistent on the day when they come out to service which is an issue because I remove the lock on my fence for them to do the backyard. When they do show up sometimes they do the front yard then a day later do the back yard. Very rushed they are at my house for 4-6 minutes and the work shows. A lot of missed spots constantly plus accidental double charges sometimes. Last service they destroyed my sign in the yard (verified by my outside cameras). The individual destroyed it, looked at it for a couple of seconds and just moved on. No notification on my door or anything just business as usual as if nothing happened. To sum it up, when you call the ladies are very nice and professional. Consistency on service dates lacks and the service itself and the individual servicing the lawn are terrible. Destruction of my property with no remorse and notification was my last straw. I would recommend instillation of grass and that s about it. We used this company for about 6 months They were always on time and if we ever had an issue we called Maricela in the office and she was able to communicate and resolve the issue immediately. They came on time at 7:30ish in the morning, got the job done and came every two weeks like clock work. Positive

these people allowed my dog to run away and die and waited 30+ minutes to tell us. My dog is dead because of them. do not recommend (this is not false i have video evidence) In addition, this company has lied about cutting wires outside my moms house leaving her without AC and wifi for several days. Instead of admitting to mistakes they say people are lying as a way to make themselves look better. I am still on the edge of suing for (who the contract is under) for not immediately informing my mom that they allowed my dog to run away (again they waited 30 minutes to when she allegedly did) which was enough time for her to get hit about 50 yards from my house. (also my cameras did not show her running away but did show the car driving to where her body was found) If you want a yard company that takes bo accountability for theor actions and silences you when you have problems choose these guys.

I asked them to come out and provide an estimate for some work and the guy didnt let me know he was at my house and refused to come back so I could discuss with him what Im looking for. Wasted time!!!! Look elsewhere!!! Unprofessional!! I will be looking elsewhere for services!!! I cant seem to figure out how to reply to the owners response. But calling me a liar should be a CLEAR indication to EVERY potential customer the kind of folks you are dealing with. You called me at 11:17am to say the person providing an estimate would be at my home in 8 minutes. Per my conversation with the person who answered the phones, I wanted to speak with the person who came out to provide an estimate to discuss details on what Im thinking and get feedback. He didnt knock on my door or call again to see if I would come out of my house to meet him. I had no idea he was even here!! The quote given to me isnt even what I asked for either. I told the lady on the phone that I am ONLY interested in flower bed details, not mowing of grass but the estimate includes that!! Unprofessional and rude (again proof is in the owners comment by calling a customer a LIAR!)! BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!!!

Wow. . . pretty unprofessional. If I m paying for a service, I expect it to be done. All of it. I hired these guys to do my lawn, and they tried to leave without completing the job. First and last time I ll use them.

Due to the assigned crew members becoming ill, the office manager moved other crew members in order to have enough workers to accomplish the lawn maintenance in one day. Very pleased with the appearance of the front and back yard flower beds. I would use them again.

I have used JRs Lawn Service multiple times on my flower beds for weed removal, maintenance, mulching and even planting, for over a year now. They always go the extra mile and I have even seen them out working late at my house until dark during the evening. They always pay attention to what I am asking for and so far I have had a proposal back to me within 24 hours, all for a reasonably priced services; that is pretty impressive and I am very appreciative of that. I will continue to use them for my flower beds and will highly recommend their services.

Found JRs via Google search. I scheduled a free estimate and received it same day. Price was reasonable so I setup my online account and paid for service on a Friday. Monday morning the crew arrived to cleaned and mulch my beds. They did quality work and were finished within an hour. They even put all my garden decorations back in place. Thank you JRs for a great customer experience.

I would not use this company, nothing but problems from the beginning. I was double charged for the deposit and first service charge, had to call them to get them to refund that money. They cut my lawn shorter than I wanted, it looked scalped to me, so I cancelled my service. Then when I cancelled my service I had to hound them to return my original deposit, they kept saying that they already returned it, yes, they returned the second one which I was wrongly charged, but they still owed me the original deposit. Then they said they returned it but didn t actually. I finally got my deposit back almost 2 months after I cancelled my service. Bottom line: Their accounting sucks. I hired the service to give me more free time, however I spent more time trying to fix their accounting errors that it wasn t worth it. I would NOT recommend anyone use them.

I want to say what a wonderful job the company did. I hired them to trim a tree in my front yard that was drooping almost to the ground, and to trim up my hedges. I wasnt expecting the results. The tree looks amazing, and the hedges are great also. I have been using JRs Lawn Service for many years just for lawn but also for a couple of other jobs as well. NEVER disappointed. I highly recommend the for you lawn care or yard card need.
