Never thought they are disrespectful people. Very disappointed. After setting up appointment for the day and time they never showed up or bothered to response what was the reason to not come. They made me to wait for them more than half a day and never heard back from them again. They don t even bother to take a call. Very unprofessional service.

A perfect 5-Star experience using Island Strong sprinkler service. I gave this company a call just because they had great reviews and the other two companies I had used over the years lets just say didnt meet my expectations. I very nice woman answered the phone, answered my questions and scheduled me around my schedule. They contacted me the day before (on a Sunday) to confirm. Cody and his team showed up on time. Cody listened to my concerns about my current system and the issues I thought needed to be repaired. He was an all around super nice guy. And very knowledgeable! The team went around to ever zone and marked the issues they saw. We discussed the reason for the issue in each zone and decided on the appropriate repair, the price was very reasonable and they said it would take about an hour. Well they were quick. Everything was done beautifully. In fact you couldnt ever tell they dug anything up. They had the old sprinkler heads right there because if I didnt see them Im not sure I would have believed they dug anything up it was so neat. After Cody took the time to test and show me each zoned was repaired properly and functional they way it should have been all along. I may finally have a yard that actually gets watered properly now. Not sure why I waited so long to make this call. If I ever need a repair again this company will definitely be in my favorites on my phone! Thanks Cody, Jasmine, and the team!

The company is professional from the first contact until the last. My phone calls were returned promptly. They were courteous and understanding when I had to make a change to a scheduled appointment. The arrived on time and placed a phone call to confirm the appointment. The work was performed by the owner who was friendly and capable of communicating the issues with the system. When the job was finished it almost looked like they hadn t even touched the ground. Within a few days the grass will look untouched. They did not leave a mess on my pavers. The price was fair and reasonable considering this is hard laborious work done under the hot sun. This company will now be used for my fall blow out and I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Island Strong Sprinkler Service, Cody, did our sprinkler system installation. Cody and his team were professional and informative explaining to us each step of the process and what to expect during the installation and after. They were on time and very careful with our property during the installation. Friendly and easy to talk to Cody answered all our many questions as this is the first system we have used and we didn t even know what to ask. Our yard was left in excellent condition and the sprinklers were all tested and set correctly, they gave us a tour of each section of the yard and each sprinkler location and explained how it works. They spent time setting up the app for us and going through how to use the app which was an enormous help. A few weeks later we were concerned about one of the sprinkler heads and we called to ask if they could take a look and make sure it was working properly. Cody came over that afternoon to examine the sprinkler head that we were concerned about, reviewed the rest of the system and, because it was already the end of November, Cody winterized the system for us while he was here instead of us having to make an additional appointment. We are very happy with our new system and very happy with Island Strong Sprinkler Service and highly recommend them.

I don t usually review companies but this time have to! I usually blow out my own sprinklers, replace heads and adjust on my own but one head looked like it was leaking pretty bad. Had Cody and his guys come out to check it out. They replaced 2 heads, adjusted everything and moved a sprinkler for me and gave me a great price! They were beyond nice too! I will 100% use them again!! And I would recommend them to anyone and everyone with a sprinkler system.

My sprinkler system recently went haywire. I called Island Strong and got an appointment right away. Cody came to my house on a very hot day and found our problem. He not on;y fixed the problem, but now we have unbelievable water pressure. We will continue to call this company with any of our sprinkler maintenance. A no-nonsense professional. Reliable, non-talkative, straight-forward person. Likable. Scheduled to come at 3:30pm, and arrived 20 minutes earlier. Patient to explain. His crew/associate is also a non-talker, and works to the point to solve the problem directly without much talking. If you have a budget constraint you can discuss with Cody upfront see if he can work out with a deal. Great guy, great team, great service. Update: Cody performed the service on Friday. On the following Saturday, it appears to me one of the sprinkler head still had some leaking - so I gave him a call and left a message. He called back minutes later - and said he will drop by on Monday afternoon. And he indeed dropped by as he said with his associate. He double-checked and tested again - and explained to me the reason of my observation, and it totally makes sense to me. Anyway, I am very happy to have Cody do the work in the first place. He is definitely a person of integrity - very rare in private contractors these days. Highly recommended, and I wish him all the best for his business.

True professionals. Just bought a house in the area and needed the sprinkler system serviced as it wasnt working at all. Called Wednesday morning to see what could be done, they were there by Thursday at 9AM. Cody and his partner got right to work, figured out what was wrong and had my lawn being watered by 9:45am. Do not use this company!!! Would give zero stars if possible. Had a new system installed and had nothing but problems. Was quoted one system and received something else (garbage). Subpar coverage and needed to have techs come back weekly for 2 months to resolve issues caused by installation. Eventually Cody stopped responding saying he was no longer working for free. Needed to have another company come in and pay them to fix the issues the owner refused to address. Should have done business with any of the other companies that quoted the project. I can not stress this enough, save yourself the aggravation and do not use this company.

After noticing my system was not working correctly, I called several companies to come and take a look to give me an estimate. After a few companies gave me the run around I came across Cody and Island Strong Irrigation. Cody and his team were knowledgeable, fair in pricing and most importantly honest! He walk me through the repair process and explained to me what I should expect from a sprinkler system that work correctly. After a couple of weeks since he completed the repairs, he even gave me a follow-up call to make sure everything was working as he explained. Now that is customer service!
