I found Quality online and decided to give them a try for lawn care. I am 100% satisfied. Mike came to my home and introduced himself before he started mowing and he was so professional. He did a GREAT job on my lawn. I ve hired a number of companies and they all fell short, but Quality exceeded my expectations. I ll be a customer for years and I know my neighbors will be hiring them as well.

I ended up not doing that project but was so impressed with the worker that I now have them come by year round for their 6 step yard care. I am very happy with the trees installation (and misc supporting work) yesterday. The crew was on time as expected, was very respectful and professional (including talking to me about turning the trucks around in the yard), and did a top-notch job in the installation itself. The trees seem to be of very good quality and the installation was really excellent. This cost a bit more than the previous trees (from someone else), but the quality of installation was so much better this time. Im very satisfied. And of course -- I also appreciate Jordans consulting leading up to this.

My wife and I have been trying to get Quality Yard and Home Maintenance to give us an estimate for a minor repair to the wood trim on our house and some other trim repair issues needed in the future for weeks now. The first employee showed up while we were at work and nothing came out of it. My wife contacted them and they said somebody else would be out. Sombody else came out, looked at the house, and drove his truck through the tree island in front of the house and off the curb when he was leaving. We still dont have an estimate for the work so I guess we need to find someone else who needs some work.

Wes and David did a wonderful job removing the snow on our driveway and sidewalks. They were super nice. Thanks for the great job.

My wife and I recently renovated a home and utilized Quality for a number of the various projects. This company was outstanding! Very attentive to detail and completed each phase on budget. Each employee was very eager to go the extra mile to get things done correctly.

Full disclosure, I did not use this business as, in the end, I wasnt even afforded the chance to do so. Full Story: I contacted this business while looking for a contractor to repair the sidewalk in front of my house as well as pressure wash. The gentleman that came out to review the project was nice enough and all went well. I notified him that I will not be needing the pressure wash as I had already found someone else, however was still very interested in the sidewalk repair. Fast forward a few days and I received a quote by email for pressure washing the house. I replied, notifying them that I will not be needing the pressure wash and that I was only interested in the sidewalk repair. For 4 weeks, there was no response from this business. I would normally let it go as, they just dont want to service my house, a bad business practice but they arent the only only people in town that do this. Today, I received another email, asking if I would still like my house pressure washed, which prompted this review as maybe they will finally notice. Update: I have finally received an email response shortly after posting this review originally regarding the issue with my quote. I also received a voicemail from the owner regarding this review on Monday, October 3rd. After some consideration, Ive decided to update this review. The email apologized for the issues, which I appreciate, however I never was sent the quote for repairing the sidewalk. Granted, at this point in time, I have already moved on with a different company, but I would argue it still matters. The email claims that they were having computer issues, yet I never received a phone call, letter, knock on my door, or any other form of communication attempting to contact me to notify me that I might have not received an email(s) from them. The voicemail I received was from the owner of the company. He again apologized, stating that they were having technical issues. At this point, I understand, things happen and, while Its still an issue that no one bothered to call until I posted a public review, I can move with my life. But then, the owner stated that the person I had been emailing with had apologized for issue and was asking if there is anyway I can take this review down. Now, without even getting too deep into the weeds of Googles guidelines, this is shady. How many negative reviews for companies have been taken down, artificially inflating review scores? On top of that, why would you ask me to remove my actual review of your company, while letting an employee (the one I was emailing with) of that company give a 5 star review?. So, with the authenticity of their reviews now in question, I would highly recommend using someone else.

Excellent work by the team over at Quality. I was a little undecided on what I wanted to do with the old deck. The wonderful team at QYHM stepped up to the challenge, and delivered an end result that was beyond my expectations. I cant thank the crew from the Handyman department enough. Every member of that team played a huge role in this project From start to finish they were beyond awesome. I would highly recommend them for any of your home projects!!!

Powerwash House

When we first reached out to you, we were in shock and slightly panicked. We had moved into our newly built house which still needed work completed on it and our builder declared bankruptcy leaving us in the lurch and on the hook to coordinate (and pay for) the work needed to finish the house. After such a shock, our biggest priority was a trustworthy company that was hopefully local. I did a LOT of research and time and time again on local message boards, Quality Yard and Home was a company that came up as someone that was trusted in the community and that performed work at a fair price. You did not disappoint. Throughout this entire process, you have proven those reviews right time and time again while providing helpful guidance along the way. Your staff has been extremely professional and every worker that came on the property was respectful and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. I have absolutely nothing but positive words to say about anyone associated with your company that we have had interactions with. It was not only the people that were excellent. I have nothing, but praise for the results your team has produced. The tree removal for the septic system, the grading in the area around the house, and the gravel apron for the driveway apron have all been fantastic. Although we ran out of time in the year to finish everything, we are looking forward to the Spring when the last major piece of the puzzle will be put into place with the final grading and seeding. Please pass our extreme gratitude on to everyone on your crew for their outstanding performance. We would love to provide a good review for you on whatever platforms are the most useful to you. We had Quality come out and trim our trees and they did such a fantastic job that we hired them to replace our porch. I paid half upfront with the rest to be paid after the job was done. We are very pleased with the outcome, the porch looks fantastic, but we did have some communication issues. We only received sporadic updates on the porch work. It would have been nice to be told how progress was going on a regular basis, like when the inspector was to be out and when they were done with each phase of the project. Also, they sent me the bill for the balance without letting us know the work was done and making sure we were happy with it. In fact, the work was not done because they hadnt finished the step and there were nails left in the yard. When I contacted them, they quickly responded and got the porch finished as well as placing hay netting over the muddy areas, which we greatly appreciated because our dogs like to run in the yard. We will definitely consider them again because they did such a great job, but I would like to suggest they keep their customers more informed and maybe get a magnet to pick up all the nails so it wont be an issue for your customer.

Hired them for mowing, fall garden clean up, gutter cleaning, and snow removal. Fantastic job. Friendly people.

After getting estimates from several other companies, I am so pleased we decided on Quality Home & Landscape. This company does excellent work and knows the plants ~ which is so important. They were on time and worked very hard! The crew leader Juan was great and came to me whenever there was a question. I highly recommend!

This company does quality work. I get compliments from my neighbors on my yard all the time and would without a doubt refer them.

Hired them to remove poison ivy from my property. Told me $650-$700, which I assumed meant I had quite the infestation that they had identified. Day of quote, they sprayed the ivy to kill it. Probably 15-20 minutes of work, charged $80. Not particularly unreasonable. Came back a week later to remove the ivy. 2 guys were done in 20-30 minutes, tops. $585. I figured theyd be working for 2-3 hours, going around the perimeter, removing ivy. Claimed they would need protective gear - they wore normal uniforms and just cleaned their hands off afterwards. Then sat in their truck in front of my home for another 30+ mins. Which isnt even necessarily wrong, they probably just werent due for the next job yet. But with what I paid, it felt like I was paying them to sit around. But I dont blame the workers, I blame the company for this pricing. I just felt massively ripped off, and taken advantage of. Not appropriate pricing for the work that was done. An hour-ish worth of man-hours for over $650? I thought IT/tech rates were sky high, this is on a whole other level. Wont be a repeat customer.

I just had walkway paver and steps replaced at the front of our home. Andrew, Wes and Colton at Quality Yard and Home Maintenance performed exactly what I envisioned for the front walkway and the steps. Over time the landscape was overgrown and the walkway was leaning toward the house. Andrew, Colton and Wes are so polite and listened to what I was asking for and knew what they were doing. I would recommend them to anyone.

First off Tony came to our house late with no materials, not even a vacuum and later made accusations about me, while being fired. Rich told us that Tony had painted a garage door wrong before. Rich also wrote down the estimates wrong and we were accused of not giving the proper info to get our house done. It took them a month to say they were finished. We r not happy and will report to the BBB. Picture is below of how they left our house. Poor quality, poor customer service.

Our lawn was burnt by over fertilization, ugly yellow patches were left for months before they finally decided to seed it. The gutter they repaired remained leaked for months - they came back for repair once but the gutter still didn t work as expected. And when the maintenance guys came back for repair, they stopped by and 8am and rang the doorbell so loud that we woke up from sleep startled (we work late hours). Overall, just not professional work. Would not choose this landscape company anymore. Btw I don t have the wrong company, you couldn t find me because the contract is under my husband s name. But we definitely won t continue to use your service next year.

I contacted Quality Yard after my neighbor used them and she was extremely pleased with their service. I was very impressed with their quick response in getting out to my house for a quote (within 3 days) and I felt the quote was very reasonable for the job. Once I advised them I was going to use their service, they were back out within a week and had the job done! I wasnt home at the time they arrived and they were completely done by the time I got home. They did everything I asked - removing several bushes and they filled the holes and cleaned up! They adjusted the mulch and you cant even tell there were bushes in those spots. I would highly recommend them! If I ever need any other services, I am calling Quality Yard and Home Maintenance!

These guys came out and went above and beyond. We were very happy with the response time and professionalism shown. A couple plants were accidentally removed during the work they were doing. I contacted them and they came out and replaced them in a timely manner. Would use them again for more projects.

I hired Quality Yard and Home Maintenance last June after using another local lawn care company for approximately 3 years to treat my lawn, and my lawn hasnt looked better in the short time that Quality has taken care of treating it. Great job!!!! My lawn was getting progressively worse despite many conversations with the Other company until they killed an entire fenced in area of lawn so I fired them and tried to do it myself.... that didnt last very long so I called Jeremy at Quality YHM and he came out within a couple days assessed my lawn gave me a quote and said: Give us about 1 to 1-1/2 seasons to get rid of all the unwanted weeds ivy and wild violet, we arent the cheapest out there but I buy the best materials available to treat your lawn. Trust me when I say you get what you pay for and with Quality YHM and I am completely satisfied. I cut my lawn 2 times this year and it hasnt looked this good in the 25 years I have lived here and that has occurred in about the last 8 months. I called Quality YHM based on a flyer and Jeremys credentials as a certified arborist best decision we could have made. They installed 5 separate sections of curved landscape wall w/top caps around our flower beds. Prepd a design for the beds, did the plantings including 2 trees, and mulched the beds. Installed landscape lights in front and around hardscape. Cleared an overgrown section of ravine. Cleaned up at the end of every days work. Always here when promised. Prices as quoted. Dedicated, knowledgeable crews. Transformed the entire look of our property. Highly recommended.

Quality Yard and Home Maintenance has performed several jobs for me. They are always professional, hard working and polite, Jeremy and the entire staff at Quality YHM has been more than gracious to accommodate me on changes and questions. This particular project QYHM came and hauled a lot of fill dirt to fill in low spots to help drain a water problem in the back yard. The crew had a great eye to fill the right areas to help with proper drainage. I am looking forward to planting in a part of the yard I have not been able to utilize. Past projects have included removing a once beautiful spruce tree which was lost due to the spruce needle disease, mulching & edging and much appreciated fall clean up and leaf removal. This company was professional from beginning to end. Jeremy came out and gave us a quote via a professional form on email. You just accept the quote from the email; and not far after his crew is out doing your job. Our job was a smaller job so two gentlemen came. They were done with our spring clean up and mulching within a couple of hours. This is the best our lanscape has looked. The price was very reasonable! I highly recommend this company!

This company has treated out lawn for a couple of years. The employees that do the day to day jobs are so friendly and professional. Yesterday We had two sick trees removed and two new ones installed. The workers Who I have never seen before were A+ also. The company is willing to work around my schedule and everyone Ive come in contact with has been kind and respectful. Jeremy even went out of his normal service area in order to help my aging parents with yardwork they had never been willing to let anyone take care of. When I recommended Quality Yard and Home Maintenance to them they were hesitant, but as soon as they had their consult with Jeremy they did nothing but sing Jeremy and the companys praises. 100% reccomend!

After going through 4 Lawn care Specialists, it was nice to find one that actually did what he says he will do and more. Whenever I have a question or problem Jeremy always makes it a point to stop out and talk to me about a solution. He is a little more expensive than other Lawn care companies but is well worth the cost. Now if only Jeremy was a Mechanic, an Attorney and an Accountant.....
