Jr & Sr Landscaping in Paso Robles

This business had been doing my elderly father’s yard for a few years. When I stopped by to spend time with my father they had been at his house earlier that day to do their job. I immediately noticed SEVERAL areas they did NOT do any weed eating. I also noticed an area on the lawn that was taller due to completely missing it with the mower. I noticed some of this inadequacy on previous occasions, but my father figured they would do better next time. My father informed me he was NOT happy with the job they did nor have been doing. Especially for the amount of money he pays for his small yard. I took several pictures and sent them to Jorge. I figured a business that wants to stay in good standing with a good reputation would at least come fix what they missed and make it right as that is what my father paid them to do initially. Jorge’s response to me was an apology for the “inconvenience”. He made it clear he was NOT going to fix any areas he missed and quit. Apparently that’s what he does (as you will read in other reviews). Not a problem as no one wants a business that cannot nor will not do (at a minimum) acceptable work that is paid for with hard earned money. I found a new landscaper within minutes who had previously done my father’s yard while this company was on an extended vacation in Mexico. Not only does he do an amazing thorough job but actually cares about his work, the customer, his reputation and charges less!!!! Do NOT hire this business as you will be disappointed and just wasting your hard earned money!!!

They took care of our yard in preparation for our wedding reception. Everyone on the team was so friendly and jumped right in to get it done quickly as there was a lot to do.

I used Jorge and Jr. Sr. Landscaping for about 4 months. I was very happy with them until just recently. I thought everything was going swimmingly until a new house manager asked me when the landscaper was coming and they had just been there the day before. We originally negotiated that they would come weekly for an average of 2 man hours per week for $400/mo. When I checked to see if they had come the day before, my cameras showed they only came for 1 man hour. I figured nbd, Jorge would want to know and hold his guys accountable to doing the work I'm paying for. Boy was I wrong. Not only did he not make it right, he quit with no notice and "my guys said they can't do what I asked for". Huh? I mean, if they can only work 1 man hr per week, then just charge me accordingly. His excuse for not doing proper leaf cleanup was that the green bin was full. I have a dump pit at the back of my property which they should know after 4 months. After he quit, I looked over the last 2 months and figured out that there were weeks they only spent 30 min. total. So averaged out, I was paying $114 an hour over the last 2 months. They only were there 3.5 hrs out of 8 that I paid for in the last 4 weeks. I asked for a refund of the time not spent, or to come and do fall cleanup or something to make up for it. Dead silence. I'm guessing he's great for locals who live there and they can't pull this. But if you hold him accountable to the agreement you have, he is more likely to just quit than make it right. Off to try to find someone with integrity.

I met with many gardeners before we decided to move forward with Jorge. He has always been responsive, honest, kind, and is reliable. His rates are also reasonable. I would recommend him to everyone!

They are more than reasonable, completed the work early & did a fantastic job on our tree. They also expertly trimmed our hedge and hauled away our other trimmings. I would recommend them to anyone & will use them again.
