Mark was very good in explaining what he was doing today and I really appreciated Marks knowledge of the weeds he was spraying!

Dorian came to the door answered my question explaining what he will be doing and what I had to do,very pleasant

I like that all I have to do is mow and water and that they can come and do the work even if I m not home. I think pricing is fair as well.

TruGreen has been applying fertilizer on two of my properties for YEARS! They are a solid company with quality customer service as their top priority.

They dont show up for appointments. No phone call, no text. Not professional from what I am seeing. They better improve very fast or they will be out of business quickly

Easy process to set up a treatment program for your lawn.

1st appointment so I dont know anything yet. The service guy seemed knowledgeable, so well see.. One thing we didnt appreciate was being told he was close but it took hours for him to arrive, Im assuming he was at another appointment. We would like a time frame so we dont stay home waiting for hours like we did yesterday..

Very difficult company to work with. My lawn is in pretty poor shape so I wanted to schedule the first applications closer to 3 weeks apart. But their service wouldnt allow it. Everything is automated to re-schedule closer to 5 weeks apart and there is no way to get them to change it. I even tried to talk to a manager but they said my issue wasnt authorized to be routed to a manager.

We were on vacation and somebody came to our house and claimed they did a service. They may have done the front yard but not the back we have a brick wall with gates that have a deadbolt and lock not to include we have cameras. When I tried to get my money back and cancel service, I sat on hold most of 31 minutes just for it to go to upper management because they treated our front yard which is so small compared to the back yard they didnt do and only want to give a refund of 50%. I do not want to deal with a company that say they completed the work when they didnt.

Anthony was very professional and prompt. He explained what he found and was doing and how to maintain. Very knowledgeable and polite.

Great communication. Good model for when and who will be arriving, reminders 24 hours in advance, a written summary sent electronically of what was done to lawn, professional appearance and layman s language for the lawn-language impaired, and a website/portal to communicate to company.

Ran into a problem with a fertilizer treatment. From the agent who took my initial complaint to the regional manager, EVERY person did exactly what they said they would in a timely, gracious manner. I was and continue to be highly impressed

Please do not waste your money. Poor quality service. Paid for 4 treatments. They only did 2. Then after complaining they finally came out to do another one and spent 5 minutes spraying for mosquitoes. In November. A Poor quality. Poor service. Save your money.

I have enjoyed my time with True Green. I actually feel they know what they are doing. I had someone come look at some spots I have in my lawn and they had someone come out and diagnose it and it was fixed within a week or so. I recommend them now and in the future.

Id strongly recommend staying away from this company. The primary reason I called was because I was in urgent need of some lawn care to take care of invasive weeds. My first phone call to ask about the service seemed to have gone very well, the guy understood what I was asking, at least I thought he did and he said that they would come out first to fertilize my yard but then another person would be out days later to talk to me and to treat the weeds in my yard. Well within a few days two guys came out to fertilize my lawn and I know its really easy to spread fertilizer around a yard but these two guys literally took zero time or effort and definitely missed several spots in my very square yard so nothing complicated at all about even coverage of fertilizer and spent no more than 5 minutes to do the job. After waiting another handful of days I was starting to wonder where the man was to help me with my invasive weed issue, so I called and to my surprise they had no idea that somebody was supposed to come out and take care of the weeds. So after letting them know how frustrated I was about being completely forgotten about which they really didnt seem to care all that much they finally sent someone out several days later to treat the weeds. The person who came by to my house to treat weeds never came to talk to me or discuss the type of weeds that needed to be treated. According to the paperwork or receipt they treated broadleaf type weeds and I know for a fact that those arent the type of weeds I am dealing with and now its been another several days and the weeds Im having problems with are still happily growing and spreading. Ive wasted all this time when I could have just found a much better local company who actually cares and who can actually help treat the issue Im having. TruGreen is truly a careless corporation who only wants money and does not oversee what their employees are doing in the field. They need to rethink the structure of their company and the fundamentals of customer service.

Overall a good experience. This year I did have a crabgrass problem that went untreated that I finally treated myself and resolved. The word crabgrass never appeared on my receipts, so I am fairly certain they never did anything about it. Also, once you sign up for the aeration and overseeding they will do it annually. I checked witht he extension agent who told me that in my area it is not beneficial annually so I wanted to scale it back to once every 3-5 years but that requires talking to a rep after sitting on hold and going through the what if I offered you 10% off, what if I offered you 20% off routine.

Michael seeded our lawn today. He was fast and responsive to my questions and gave top priority to my concerns. He was very courteous and a professional representative of your company. I appreciate his service and attention to detail. It s easy to see him going the extra mile for every customer.

They dont return calls and the job they do is poor. Still have loads of weeds.

They killed a large portion of my lawn by spilling fertilizer and not telling me. They never controlled the weeds I did it myself. Do not use them! I had one of the best yards on my street before I let them touch it. I will update this review if the problem is resolved.

Do not sign up with Trugreen. Their system is so messed up and they do not know what they are doing, service or billing. We sold the house last September and closed the truGreen account associated with that address. TruGreen still sent us the bill for the service they claimed they performed this Spring on the house which is no longer ours. We called the office a couple times telling them the issue . One lady told me we did not have to pay, then another bill came in a month later and the lady who picked up the phone insisted we must pay. I made my final call to the office today and if they still harass me with this, I am taking this to Better Business Bureau.

My yard has more weeds than ever and this has been for the last two years. I wont use them anymore.

Dont waste your money!!!!! The sales rep will offer you the world and they will not follow through on what they promise you. I paid in full and was told they put me on the schedule to have a tech come out to tell me about additional services that they provide and reassess my lawn the next year. No one showed up. No phone call. They did not even mail me a renewal to pay in full. They just continued to bill me. They told me that i have three credits for the next year when i called in and magically they disappeared. I spent hours on the phone but this company is so disorganized that no one has the same answers. I talked to a service rep in conneticut and she tried to bribe me saying the only way she will give me one of my credits back was if i continued service with them. After i canceled with them and they told me they put me on a do not contact list, i get a call the next day from them trying to solicite my business again. Where were they when i wanted a call????? Your sales department would call and interupt me a work all the time trying to sell me things but when it comes to customer service good luck. They do not honor their word at all. They put tracks all over my yard and spread fetilizer all over trampoline and sport court where my kids play everytime. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

They signed me up for a service and said it would be $45 for weed control and bug control. Then they only came out for bug control, and when I asked why they didnt do the weed control as well, they said they could do it for an additional $45. I told the rep that if I was going to be paying double what I initially signed up for, I wanted to cancel. He proceeded to argue with me for 5 minutes before finally canceling.

I can now sit out in my front lawn without being bitten by mosquitoes

Most of the employees do a really good job. I am not impressed with the employee that had been doing our flower beds; we have never had any weeds in them until this year. I watched him this last time and then looked around after he left; he only sprayed the ditches around my house....there was NOTHING in my flower beds. We dont spend so much money on having an ugly yard.

I logged in once to get a quote. They have called me no less than 15 times in the past 2 days. This is ridiculous and it needs to stop. Very unprofessional and I would never consider using TruGreen Lawn Care. I have tried twice now to have my name removed from a call list. Absolutely unprofessional sales calls.

Very unorganized company. A tech and service manager came and talked us into using them for our lawn service. After the first treatment was applied we were charged double of what we were told it would be, the same thing happened with our second application.Their billing needs to be done and explained to customers better.They also do not call ahead of time, they just show up.

Horrible company. I hired them to do pest control in my yard with specific instructions to call before they came so I could unlock gates and put up my dogs. They completely ignored that request and just showed up, in the pouring rain! for the first treatment. When that was useless and I had them come back, two days after that treatment, where again no phone call, just showed up, i came home to ants mounding on my concrete patio and earwigs feasting on all of my ground plants. Ive demanded my money back and would NEVER recommend or use them again. Ugh!

Michael Castellone is my lawn guy, Hes timely and thorough. He also takes time to talk and ask if I have any issues with my grass.... My Shrub and trees guy ( his name escapes me, has also been very polite and willing to tell me what he was applying to my shrubs/ trees.

The work was done very quickly and quietly. Hassel free.
