Spring Green is awesome. I spent years keeping my lawn looking great. I fertilized 4 times a year, aerated and thatched, a nd killed weeds. Not Spring Green does all that better. I make an annual payment and enjoy my lawn. I haven't seen a stray weed since I started with Spring Green. I don't know how they do it?
Always great communications and shows up when they promised. Any issues I see in my lawn they sent a representative out in a very timely manner to assess my questions. Where necessary suggested possible remedies to address the issue and they also offered suggestions that I could do on my own.
We have had our lawn serviced by Spring-Green here in Richland, WA since 2015 and are absolutely floored by their service. Not to mention that we also have the nicest lawn in in our hoity-toity neighborhood! When we first moved into this area in 2015 the lawn looked like garbage - very dry, crunchy, and yellow. Cut to the future and now it is OUTSTANDING! I will post some pics after it gets mowed this coming Friday. Lush, thick, and green. No weeds or dandelions - just rich green turf baby! Spring-Green are like family to us as far as I am concerned. The same people have worked for them for years! That truly says something. Thank you very much Spring-Green!!
Spring Green Lawn Care of my lawn has been very good. However scheduling is not convenient. They always call the day before to let me know they have scheduled my lawn for treatment the next day in either the morning or afternoon. I have 2 large dogs running around happily in my back yard. Spring Green will NOT give me a call when they are 15 minutes or a half hour from arriving. Nor will they give me a 1 or 2 hour block of time for their arrival. I need to put the dogs in their pen and unlock the gate to the back yard before the Spring Green folks begin their work. So I have to spend the entire morning or afternoon waiting for them to ring my doorbell. Obviously I need to find a lawn care company that does good work AND will schedule their visits for less than a 5-6 hour block of time.
Our yard looks like Augusta National! We struggled in years past keeping it green and free of bugs and weeds. Spring Green made all the difference and very affordable. We spent far more doing it ourselves without the great outcome.
This is my second year of using Spring Green for my lawn and tree care. Not only have they been well priced, the results have been better than I expected. They maintain contact with their customers and provide ample notice before treatment days, enabling us to unlock gates and bring dogs in. You also receive your invoice at the end of the visit to see what was done. I’m not sure why I waited all these years to get their help.
I have used Senske and Colononial for lawn services and should have never changed to Spring Green. Technician said that he performed service and asked to wait 2 weeks before difference with weeds(see pictures). I had less weeds 2 weeks ago than now. They had to reschedule the service twice, because of the wind and temperatures, but they know the forecast when they scheduled the service.When I called the office Shalayni and Sarah (I think are their names) , highly unprofessional in addressing my concern and was told that I have to wait or can do another spray , as if that’s my fault. Save your money by not hiring Spring Green, these people are joke!
Spring Green has done a great job since day one! We've appreciated their kind and flexible sales and service. They've allowed us to customize the services we receive including spraying for weed prevention in our flowerbeds and large gravel driveway. They've adapted to our needs in terms of payment schedules, even allowing us to delay payment after we had unexpected medical bills. They've sent us email reminders one or two days prior to services when phone and voicemail reminders weren't effective. AND THE BEST PART: Our lawn is healthier and stronger than it has ever been! When we moved in 4 years ago, we had dandelions, crab grass, and other weeds everywhere. Now, we have none of those weeds AT ALL and our lawn is healthy, thick, and green. Knowing that Spring Green can transform a 25 year old lawn in just 3 years of service, I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you, Spring Green!

Awful customer service. Overcharged me for services I never received. Would never come out when they said. couldn t actually give me even an estimate of when they might be out when I asked. As a person that has worked in this line of work I m utterly appalled with how they handled concerns and how they did not care at all.

Im contacted with them to get 6 treatments a season for the last two years. One being sprayed for bugs in the yard and around the house. Im billed each time. The prices are comparable to other companies in the Tri-cities. The first year is cheaper and they offer a discount if pay in advance for the season, and referrals. My yard has improved some, and very little problem with bugs. Good customer service.
Lawn fertilization and weed control, as well as pest control around my home. They are also taking care of my Bermuda Grass problem in the front yard and have made great strides to eliminating it!
I signed up and paid in full online. My mistake. I was never contacted to discuss the service or timing. I had a broken irrigation system which was very apparent. I also left a message asking that they not fertilize until my sprinklers were fixed but they fertilized twice anyway. My yard burned in the heat with no water. I just met the guy outside as he was about to do something else and when I said that I didn t need any service right now he was beyond rude. I was willing to accept that their policy is no customer service at all and I wasn t even too upset about the obvious lack of care in applying fertilizer to a dry lawn. But rude, condescending interaction is unacceptable. I paid over $500 for this garbage company and hope that my reviews on all the platforms saves some of you money you can spend instead with a reputable company.

These people are wonderful! Very kind, prompt, knowledgeable, cheerful, caring service. My lawn looks thick, without weeds, and is very green. George is always careful to close the gate so the dogs don t get out. I pay in advance for the whole year which is convenient and provides a discount.
We have used Spring Green for two different houses over the last several years, and they are great! I wouldnt use anyone else for my lawn and pest control.

We have had Spring-Green take care of our properties in the past and when we moved to our new house we trialed other lawn care companies just to see the difference. We always end up coming back to Spring-Green. We have them do the lawn fertilizer, weed spray and for the areas we dont want anything to grow, they have used their version of ground clear which works really well without sterilizing the property. My neighbor brought up a concern that he thought one of the treatments killed his shrubs on the back part of the property line. I called Spring-Green and the owner was the one who answered the phone. I relayed my neighbors thoughts which I wasnt sold on and Jim took it very seriously and said he would be right over to look at the bushes. Jim (the owner of Spring-Green) came right over to my house in the down pouring rain and looked at the bushes. He confirmed what I had thought and expressed that it looked like a disease was starting to kill off the shrubs with evidence further down the line of shrubs to support the idea. He offered to talk to my neighbor which I politely declined and Jim gave me a card to give him if my conversation with him didnt convince him(my neighbor). Jim went back to the office to e-mail me information on the disease that was likely ravaging my neighbors shrubs. Two hours later, Jim was back at my door to personally drop off a packet of information on the disease process and give it to my neighbor when I talk to him. Jim took this matter very seriously and this experience only solidified why Spring-Green will always take care of my lawn because they stand behind their work and are very personable. Thank you Jim!
Verbally told me one flat price. I didnt have to sign a contract. The man that came out was pretty firm about the one flat price verbally, so I didnt notice he slipped in an extra charge on the first visit. If he had told me there was a one time extra charge for bug prevention I would have been okay with it, but to slip it in I wasnt happy with that. I cancelled after the first service. I dont play the extra charge game.
